Not only did Apex tree care do a great job trimming my very large trees, what really stood out was the extras: excellent communication, care with cleanup, and the professionalism of the crew. The price quoted for trimming four very large trees and one slightly smaller tree was reasonable (not super high, or suspiciously low) for the work. The owner, Paul, oversaw the project start to finish. He made sure that I was happy with all the work and he handled a small problem which cropped up promptly. I asked that when the cuttings from my trees were chipped, if that could be laid on some of my plantings at the front of my home, and it was done very neatly. After they were done, the cleanup was completed so well in both the front and back of my home, other than the newly trimmed trees there was no way you'd know they had been there. Paul was very polite and helpful on how to trim our 80 foot overgrown Ash tree, which had lost its two largest branches from the recent wind storm. I called him on Sunday evening within an hour of the damage from the branches, and he responded with a crew the next morning shortly after 9 am. They began that day to clear out the debris and to begin the tree trimming through Tuesday. As it rained hard on Wednesday, Paul's crew came back on Thurday morning to finish up, and then cleared out all of the remaining debris with a wood chipper on Friday morning. The crew cleared off all of the leaves and sticks from our roof, and removed all of the debris in our backyard. At my instruction, they replaced the shrub/tree containers in their original locations. They even did a bit of trimming on our tree in the front yard. I cannot say more about their professionalism, courtesy, cleanup, and fair price. read more
