Came in today and purchased moulding for our bathroom and hallway doors. Rodrigo started my visit and Richie finished up my order. it is not reasonable to change the terms at pickup due to an internal error. Instead of absorbing a $23 difference for their mistake, they chose to refund the entire order. It's unfortunate. Clear documentation and standing behind quoted pricing would have made this a non-issue. I hope they consider revising their forms and internal processes to prevent this from happening to others.
