it is not reasonable to change the terms at pickup due to an internal error. Instead of absorbing a $23 difference for their mistake, they chose to refund the entire order. It's unfortunate. Clear documentation and standing behind quoted pricing would have made this a non-issue. I hope they consider revising their forms and internal processes to prevent this from happening to others. After searching everyplace for moulding to restore my 1910 house, finally someone told me about The Moulding Company. It's rare to find a building supplies business that is so well set up for customers. Inside is gorgeous. Each wall is partitioned into areas showcasing lavish amounts of moulding in every imaginable period and style. Makes you want to buy a lot and do your whole house like that! They have a wall of samples. There's an example on the outside of each compartment and samples to handle inside. So easy to envision the end result. You are welcome to take free samples home to decide on site to decide what works best for you. The prices are fair as well. My house is looking great! read more

I have supported this business for many years. I am still in shock at the customer service I received on a return. I received the wrong product when purchasing closet organizer material not realizing it was wrong until I unloaded all of it off the truck when I got home. I brought it back first thing Monday morning. The employee ask if it was MDF i said no. He had me unload and put it on saw horses and dry it off. While we were drying it he went to get Kent the owner, who I know personally. He was enraged that we were returning " wet wood" mind you it was exterior and it was not what I asked for when placing my order. They were out of 16' so the employee brought out 20'. I have never seen Kent act enraged. My husband said hey I don't need my money back, your guy gave me the wrong product and I can't use it. Kent seemed to be ok with that. Just a warning to customers, be cautious of your purchase. I will no longer support or recommend this company. read more
