When I move out from the apartment, I call someone to wash the carpet which cost me $80, but they still charge me $200 for carpet wash. And pets control fee and so on. They make me owe they $255. But they did not sent me a notice letter. I did not find out until I check on my credit score. They report me to the debt collector who never contact me. My credit score has been deduct 45 point. Be careful to avoid this situation if you decide to rent property with them.

My problem with Rockbridge is that they have done nothing to try and fix the situation. I have complained numerous times about the poor work being done here. I have tried to explain how the owner's money is being wasted and the apartment is worse off because of it, but Rockbridge has never replied to any of my official complaints. I don't even know if the owners know how bad the maintenance company is.
