They were even able to surface problems with this tenant that weren't caught before. In terms of the Blue Team that I work with, Dominique and Trinity have been amazing. They are currently helping turn the home over after a challenging move out situation, and I appreciate how proactive they have been with communications and getting the home ready. I also appreciate the sense of urgency they are working with as it is not easy as a home owner to have a home sit empty.
