Another 20 minutes being told they could NOT send a service rep out until to help with chirping the bill was paid and it would cost another +$100.00 for a rep to come out. Instead "Fay" in technical services wanted me to get a screw drive and a step ladder and find the transformer and battery in the basement to disconnect it myself.!!!
