Brandon arrived on time with a ton of papers for my reverse mortgage loan. He was friendly, professional, and willing to follow my choice of Covid precautions. I chose not to wear a mask and with my permission, he did the same. He was organized and thorough, but at no time did I feel he was rushing me through the process. He answered all my questions and when I was surprised that one service was added to my loan, he invited me to call my broker before signing off. I decided the fee was not a deal breaker because HomeCision's loan offer was still over 5k lower than competitive bids. Brandon offered to carry in several Amazon packages he offered to bring in from my door step. After our signing session ended, I drove off to run some errands. Upon my return 30 minutes later, he was just driving up to my home. I asked if he'd forgotten something, but he had not. Brandon said he'd spent the last half hour reviewing all the documents and discovered one signature line (out of about 80) with extremely low font was missing my signature. His attention to detail saved us both the time and trouble for his need to return. What with a deadline for all documents to be submitted no later Saturday, my loan should go through as planned. Wow! Brandon responded quickly, was very professional, took the time to answer my questions. I needed to get an apostille but was out of the Country. Everything he promises, he delivers. Once he received our Fed Ex, he obtained the apostille the same day, scanned it for us, and returned everything via Fed Ex.
