I live near this store have visited whenever mailing out by USPS or fedex. This shop always put shipping information very quickly on computer while I finish packaging. Visiting normal USPS is very time consuming and services offered is not that great however this store makes everything easier, faster and probably cheaper than visiting to USPS in any mean lots of time saving. If there are few people ahead I would just visit Zion or other places within this mall then come back. read more

The girls who works here are always so police and friendly. Even though I don't always come here to buy all my shipping supplies but I still manage to try to buy tape from them when I need to ship. I come to Aim Mail Center at the University Park shopping center whenever I need stamps, packaging, or to send something off. It's really convenient because it's within walking distance of my apartment, and staff are very friendly. They'll tell you when your package is expected to arrive somewhere, what the best method of delivery is, and so on. Also, their prices for basic packaging materials like padded envelopes is very reasonable, definitely better than purchasing them at a nearby grocery store. USPS comes by daily at 4:30 PM to pick up anything you leave here for shipment or delivery, so bear that in mind when you visit this place. But it's great to have Aim Mail Center so close by, especially with their customer service, and I highly recommend them as an alternative to going to the US Post Office if you have any special materials you need mailed off. read more

I never thought I would review a mailing center nor give it 5 stars, but this place deserves praise. Compared to the insanely crowded post office next to UCI, this place has less people, so you get faster and more attentive service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and will explain the different shipping rates/methods to you in detail so you can make the best decision. Shipping materials are also available and not too expensive. Although this place is a little farther from me, I'll go out of my way to come here for my USPS/UPS/FedEx shipping needs! read more

I went there because it was close to my work and I needed to notarize a document and mail it out. Notary is $10 per signature I guess. They sent messages letting me know when my packages arrived and kept them secure. They have notary services, a copy machine, they help with mailing packages and returns, sell stamps and office basics, and have assisted in carrying packages to my vehicle over the years when I needed it. Instead of one star, I gave an extra 1 because the gentleman working that day with the lady was super polite. The change in ownership was okay, until the lady (Korean lady I believe), started to work more. Maybe she is one of the owners, but she is not hiding her rip off intentions at all. -I stopped by one day and asked if I can print a label and she said, yes $2. lol For something printed black/white on a normal sheet of 8.5"x11", no thank you. -I went in last Friday to give the place another shot. She charged me for 2 boxes lol, even though the item didn't need it. 2 Boxes, foam, and wrap...came out to $21. Each box is $7.50, yes it's high, but I don't mind because I know they need to make money. But why the hell would I need 2 boxes? lol. And then she tried to say it was heavier than the postage I purchased and to buy more postage, but I told her not to worry about it. -I prepaid the shipping, which was $30, and the box and "packaging" material was $21. Hahahaha, not a lot of money, but 4 times more than if I would've just went to Target to get a box and dropped it off at USPS. I know better now. read more

This is not a reliable store and the folks who work here (Alex and Justin) are NOT trustworthy. They are nice, but not competent and transparent. Here is why: I wanted to ship a very important item that was owned by my mother who had recently passed away. At the time, Alex was very polite and accommodating with regarding to researching ways to ship at lower cost. Every week for several weeks, I would check in and he would say that he was still working on it. Many times I would call and get Justin. Justin would try to help and then defer to Alex who was in and out. Eventually, I gave up and wanted to get my item back. That is when I discovered that they lost my family treasure! According to Alex and Justin, my package was inadvertently taken by the postal driver without any tracking, etc. Not sure how in the world this could possibly happen but Alex and Justin decided that it would be best to not let me know while they tried to find my family item. I believe they tried to help but let too much time lapse and couldn't find my package. I had to take matters into my own hand and eventually (and with some luck) found the package in Denver. When the item finally arrived to my home, the box was poorly packed and the item was broken. This is a vintage piece, worth over $700 and can't be replaced. Not only did Alex/Justin lose my package, they failed to notify me, couldn't track it down, etc., they also failed to properly insure the item and wouldn't compensate me a penny for the loss. There is so much that is wrong with this situation and it begs the question as to how they remain in business given that they lack quality control in what items are picked up at their store. Probably ok for small items that have no value, but I would never trust this store again. Please note that I have never written a negative review. read more
