Fingerprinting was quick, painless, and simple. The rolling fee here is $25, and the fingerprinting process took about 10-15 mins. There was only a lone Korean gentleman manning the store so the customers who came in after had to wait. They also notarize, take passport photos, and have mailbox services here. I would recommend!! How I regret asking for a notary service from this place merely because it was the closest one. The man (Mr. Park if I remember correctly) charging $15 for this did not know what he was doing. I had an important document to be signed and stamped by two officers before international shipping. He did not put his stamp in a designated place and when questioned, he said that was left for another officer to do. As a result, the document was not accepted. What a waste of time. The whole process cost $$$ and now I have to do it again with a new, competent notary. Totally ripped off! read more

I usually drop off my FedEx packages here and recently, I ran into an issue where FedEx lost my package but claimed that it wasn't tendered to them at all. Kevin manually went through hours and hours of footage to help me provide proof to FedEx, which he totally had no obligation of doing so. I was looking for a FedEx location next to my work and came across this location. Great spot and staff member was friendly. This is an authorized FedEx location and I wanted to process a return. I had a QR return authorization but the staff member mentioned that they do not scan QR code, QR code can only be scanned at an actual FedEx location. I then had to pay and print out the label there to send out my return. Overall it was a quick process but just be aware that they do not scan QR codes and you will need to use their printer to print our your label. read more

Such an easy process! I messaged in via Yelp to get a quote and was promptly responded to. I was shipping a tiki mug I had sold on eBay - the owner said come on in and we will figure out what's best. It was a taller tiki mug, kind of an awkward shape, but he helped me pack it snugly in a flat rate box.. After some small talk and mentioning how much the tiki mug was worth - he gave me an honest opinion that we should send it via UPS Ground rather than USPS.. and to insure it! The cost ended up being only a dollar or two more.. Still shipped, packed and delivered within a few days and it cost under $30 to do. All I had to do was come in with the mug and an address. I live up in DTLA but am in OC from time to time - I will 100% be returning here for any shipping I need to do for eBay sales! read more

Living very close to this place, I've gone there many times out of convenience. The next close post office to me is the USPS Harvest station which used to be terrible, but is getting better. I agree with Courtney G about the owner... he is so nosy & talkative and asks very personal questions. "What do you do with XYZ center? Why are you mailing them every week? Are these your documents? Do you work there? How much do they pay you? Do you live by yourself? etc" you get the idea. In other words, I am so reluctant to going there unless I am in rush. There is usually no line, but its a one-man company, so be prepared for a long wait even if you are the next person in line. He also offers mail box services, but he told me that he is planning to shut down his business and go back to Korea, so I am not sure if its a good idea to rent a mailbox there. And the prices? unbelievably high. I drive to the UPS store in The District whenever I can and I am so happy with their service. read more

I've been here twice and each time I was greeted promptly and professionally. The first time I had to mail back a pair of crocs via Fedex RMA and this is one of the only locations in Irvine that's authorized to process it. I had no idea what I was doing, plus I had a toddler tugging on me but the gentleman processed everything for me in just a few minutes and I was out the door. So I came back here a second time to mail a large 15 pound package that I wasn't sure if Fedex, UPS, or USPS was the cheapest. My hunch was UPS ground and I know I shouldn't be paying more than ~$15. It turns out my total was just $15 and some odd cents. Currently I'm very pleased with this location because I know they won't overcharge me for my packages. Plus the service is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here to mail large packages. It's a lot closer than going to an actual Fedex, UPS, or the horribly rude Harvard USPS station. read more

I attempted to mail a package at Pacific Mail this morning at 8:51am, but was totally shut down by the fact that they were closed. Store hours listed on the website: M-F 8:30am to 6:30pm. Store hours listed on the door to the business: M-F 8:30am to 6:30pm. wtf Pacific Mail?!? Why are you not open when you say you are? The lights were all off and the metal bars were up, stopping me from jumping back there and just mailing the thing myself. I've only ever tried to go there once, so maybe this isn't an everyday thing, but if you need to mail something in the morning before work and are driving down Harvard and think, oh it'd be convenient to stop into Pacific Mail, think again!! Hit the Mailboxes etc. on Michaelson instead. At least they are actually open during store hours. read more

They also can calculate the cheapest/fastest way to ship packages, and around the holidays this is always helpful. If you have to wait in line, it won't be a long one! read more

I called Don a couple days ago about their shredding services as my work needed a couple legal boxes worth of documents shredded. He was very kind on the phone and told me that they have a container there that holds approximately two legal size boxes worth of paper, and that whatever I could get into that box, they would do for only $12! That's a deal if you ask me.... Two days later I finally got around to taking the documents down there towards the end of the day, and Don remembered my phone call. Once I had finished stuffing the container with all the documents, he helped me strategically place the paper in the crate so that it could close and be sent to the shredder. They also offered to have a certificate sent back to us once the documents were destroyed for our records, which I happily accepted. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely go back if the need arises again. Thank you very much Don for your assistance and kindness.
