Needlessly said I look much much worse now than before with bad permanent skin condition. Dr Hong is an internist not a dermatologist. He and the nurses who perform some of the procedures appear not too qualified and knowledgeable. They should study more about some of the procedures and less of money making. There should be restrictive laws and prohibit some careless practices done by money hungry doctors and nurses.

It's not for Asian sensitive skins because it can cause serious discoloration, like how it appeared on my face. I will have that for my life. I asked for my medical records and Dr Hong said no. Dr. Hong said only attorneys and other physicians can claim my medical records. I don't understand why Dr.Hong does not want to give my medical record?!! I have trusted and have been seeing Dr. Hong for 3 years. Now I never want to go back there again, I'm terrified.

STAY AWAY! This place has completely scorched my hair…read more As someone who has periodically bleached & dyed their hair for the past 30 years I'm very well aware of the dangers. I had mentioned all of my worries beforehand and insisted they did not use a high developer that may damage my hair. They had reassured me that they are professionals and if any, there may be some breakage. After the bleach was washed off, the stylist did not take me back to the chair to see the outcome but instead insisted he do the toner at the hair sink. After 2-10 min alarms went off, and the shampoo girl washed my hair, he came to see his work and then I hear him slightly gasped. He then proceeded to tell me that it was the shampooist's fault the color did not come out and said he would need to re-do the toner. When i got back to the seat i was horrified to see how white the bleach had made my hair. I asked what developer he used that my hair could be stripped so much in 1 session. He said he used a 20 volume but I've never seen any 20 developer strip that strong. Then he said it was a product he created. While they tried to dry my hair i saw that handfuls of hair just falling off. I pointed it out to him and started freaking out, telling him he had melted my hair. He started to come up with excuses saying it's not burnt and that once the color goes in it'll be healther and that it was a ph balance miscalculation on his part. He tgen asked for me to trust him and see the final outcome. Then he proceeded to put in the toner on the already chemically damaged hair saying he knows what he's doing and to give him a chance and i would like the final outcome. Stupid me gave him the chance. And NOPE!! The color was not at all what a wanted and wasn't even. It was botched and he then finally apologized. I mean he was a nice guy.. just wasn't a color professional as he claimed on the phone when i originally made the appointment He had said he was the best colorist there. So before he could even finish drying my hair i decided to leave because i knew the heat from drying my hair would make it worse. Once i got home my hair started to break off 1.5 inches from my scalp and it had filled up a gallon size ziploc. I quickly washed my hair to try to remove any remaining chemicals in my hair. I did not blow dry my hair and the next morning once my hair was dry it felt like a barbie doll. That's bad. The owner/head stylist decided to call me the next day to "find out" what happened and said she was away and she was going to call me the next day to set something up. That next day is today and she hadn't called so I called the salon and guess what.. they didn't pick up. I waited 10 minutes to see if they would call back but they didn't, so I called them with a different number and voila.. someone answers. How could they call themselves professionals? Trust me and stay away. Btw. they had also quoted me $200-$250 and then proceeded to charge me $400 for this botched work.
