Everything was handled by staff members until the last 10 minutes of my visit. The staff was cordial enough. My appointment was on time, but there was just no warmth AT ALL. They put me through their process made a recommendation,told me how many units they thought I needed and gave me a price. ($650) It was more than I was accustomed to getting both in amount of Botox and in price, but hey, they are the experts, right? So I went with their recommendation. They got me all prepped. The doctor came in, literally said two words to me. Poked me seven or eight times in the face and walked out. I scheduled my return visit to come back in two weeks. When I came back, I noticed that the droopiness in my eyelids, which was usually corrected quite nicely with the Botox injections that I had received in the past had not changed. I basically looked exactly the same as I did when I came in the first time. When they asked me how I liked it I told them that. (again. I'm not seeing the doctor just a staff member) Instead of trying to give me some sort of solution, they just argued with me that that was what I should've expected, and there was nothing they could do about it. After I pushed back a little, (very nicely) they finally brought the doctor in who also was quite cold and defensive, and simply said that it's what I should've expected and there was nothing they could do so I paid my bill and went on my way. I think they used too much product above my eyes which caused my lids to remain droopy and I won't be going back. People will often forget what you say to them, but they will never forget how you make them feel.
