That's all we needed, but you'd be surprised at how many limo companies required a 3 hour minimum - meaning we would pay for the full 3 hours for a 20 minute drive. I found Applause on the internet and really liked the Chrysler 300 limo that seated 10 (exact amount of people we needed to fit). I spoke with Tony and he was incredibly flexible. He even arrived early the day we got back into port which worked out really well since we disembarked an hour early! We had booked Applause Limo for our wedding that was just a few weekends ago, and I was a little upset after it was all said and done. First off, the booking and arrangement of the limos was amazing, Tony did a wonderful ob making sure that all of our needs were met and that we were getting exactly what we wanted and for the price that we could afford as well. It wasn't until the day of the wedding that I was taken aback by the treatment that we received. Pick up at the hotels went great and the limos were very nice and in excellent condition. My parents and all of the other parties that took the limo to the venue said how nice everything was and that the service was "alright". It wasn't until the wedding that we ran into some issues. We had said that we wanted an 11:00pm pick up at the wedding venue, but as we were cleaning things up and making sure we had everything we needed, the limo drive informed us that if no one was in his limo by 11:10pm, that he would be leaving. This caught us off guard because not only had we paid for their services, but there was no talk about maybe us paying some extra money to have them stay a little longer...it was just get in or we are leaving. The groom and I had to stay to take care of some things before we left so we let some other guests and some bridal party members take the limo back, leaving him and I being stuffed in a family members car when we were finished at 11:20pm. It was a shame that the end of such an amazing day had to be like this, and we would have appreciated some negotiation about the time as that was supposed to be our ride back to our hotel. i understand that we agreed upon the pick up time, but just wish that it would have been handled in a more professional manner. Other than that incident, like I said that limos were great, clean, and on time...just think they should maybe work on their customer service and communication skills with their customers better then people are spending a good amount of money ($1,000) on their services. read more

We used Applause for our wedding and they were great. We had our wedding party get ready at a hotel and then travel to the venue. My parents and I took the town car to the venue with the bridal party following, the town car then went back and got the grooms' grandparents who had limited mobility. And she stayed on call at the venue to take his grandparents back to the hotel whenever they were ready. And then came back to get us at the end of the night. My friends and I were planning to go wine tasting in Livermore for my birthday. We decided to go big and rent a limo. I planned this event last minute, so most of the limo companies I called were all booked up. I was relieved when I got in touch with Tony, who had a limo for me. He was very helpful, and called me back promptly, whereas some of the other companies took hours to get back to me. Tony was unable to drive the limo himself, but said an affliate would take his place. Everything went smoothly, and I was very happy. The limo came about 10 minutes early, and was very clean.
