After calling 7 other limo services Applause had the best rate, was willing to not charge for the 4 hours in between the first set of runs and the 2nd, and was awesomely accommodating for my needs. There was a strict time schedule I needed to stick to, which Tony right on time, all the time, but was flexible when members of the wedding party were running slow. I understand they want to make the most out of their money but there is a right and wrong way to talk to their customers. Very unprofessional!!! Truly a business worthy of a 5-star review. My friend and I hired them to take us around the Livermore wine festival. I could tell in just talking to Tony on the phone he was great. The limo came on time and very clean. There was water, sodas, and champagne in the car. Tony even brought juice and movies from home for my daughter to watch in the car. Not being from the area, he took us around to his favorite wineries and we had a great time. He was so friendly, fun and professional, not bad lookin either. I am not just saying this because they did our wedding but it was because of their professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, and understanding. In the past I have had HORRIBLE limo experiences and was a little nervous to use one for our wedding but luckily thanks to amazing online reviews I found Tony of Applause Limo LLC. After speaking with him I felt a comfort in knowing that they were going to be helping to drive us around on our wedding day and that they were able to work within our budget. We were utterly shocked at the gorgeous white limo that pulled up. It looked brand new and not ran down at all & it was very very clean as well. They were 20-30 minutes early to pick up our wedding party and ensured that the groom & groomsman had cold bottles of beer to open on their ride. His team was also early to pick up the bride & bridesmaids and made sure that we had a fresh bottle of champagne and champagne glasses to toast out of. Aside from that they were extremely patient with us and waited as we finished up our ceremony. One additional special touch that I want to mention and will never forget happened right after our ceremony. As my hubby and I came out of the church and got in the limo our driver greeted us with a smile and said, "Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. we have a couple of ice cold beers chilling for you so you can sip on the way to the reception." It's a rare occasion when you get a great price and great service! Tony was awesome to work with to schedule our company party to go into SF and see the Christmas lights. He made it real easy to work with him and was always easy to get a hold of. He recommended a great place for us to have dinner and once we were done almost an hour early, he did his best to get us picked up earlier than we had planned. The driver, Josh, was just as awesome as Tony. A super cool guy who was very accommodating and super easy to communicate with. We ran into bumper to bumper traffic and he was patient, upbeat and fun even when trying to cross 4 lanes of traffic in a stretch limo. I planned a girls wine tasting trip with me friends and we really just needed a designated driver as I came up with the tasting itinerary. The booking process was incredibly easy, I did everything online. I really liked the fact that the gratuity was already included and we could tip more if we wanted (we did). This was our first experience with Tony, and with Applause Limo Services, and it was fantastic! We needed a 3 am ride to the airport and had 6 passengers who were groggy and a bit cranky!
