After spending hours on the phone with Apple Care, I finally spoke with a representative who explained that I would need to visit an Apple Store in order to resolve my issue. I arrived to this location on 7/8/26, around 10:55 AM and was immediately greeted by Taylor who quickly handled my issue with my Milanese watch band. If only Apple Care reps were this efficient, it would have saved me several hours of explaining as well as saving me $50 in Uber fees. The store was somewhat crowded when I arrived and I thought that I would have to wait for help. Not the case here, today. All in all I was very pleased with my visit. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I needed a battery for my iPhone 13 mini. Went through phone tree hell before giving up and driving over to the store. Got an "appointment" for 20 minutes after walking in. Waited almost 45 minutes before one of the 35 or so employees milling around decided to listen to me say, "I need a battery". They took my phone and asked me to come back in 4 hours. I did. I waited an additional 60 minutes AFTER my "pick up time", and was told no less than 5 times (by various people milling around) that it would be "10 minutes". It's a battery, not the Manhattan project. They strung me out until I was one of 3 customers left in the store. I got my phone back 5 minutes before closing time... with a 4% charge. The entire time I was there, the number of employees outnumbered customers by 2:1. Is there one person in the back working on phones? Is it impossible to accurately estimate how long something is going to take? How long can it possibly take to replace a battery? Is this store run by the government? These questions are apparently unanswerable at the Apple Store in Aspen Grove. Absolutely horrible customer service. read more

Ordered a phone via the 800# (sales dept) for pickup at this location and waited half a day for the confirmation email to no avail. So I called the store twice to see what was up... first time I called was told to wait for the email and that the order was processing. Second time, was asked if I accepted terms online.. and I had not because no such instructions were provided. Apparently that was holding up the process. Frustrated by the disconnect and time waste, I cancelled the order. Not worth $1100 out of pocket for this awful service. Purchased a iPad he day before. went in to se if they could help us set it up. We were having issues with the process. They sent us to the Genius Bar where a young woman started to help us. 10 minutes into the process she says, " It's time for my break I'll have some one check on you". Honestly not my favorite apple store. I have had issue with staff being rude and snotty. In December of 2021 I came to the apple store to trade in my iPad and talk to an apple employ about the Mac line up. The employ that I do not remember the name of was rude and made it clear she did not want to be there. She also made incorrect statements about the MacBook Pro like that the MacBook Pro had lighting ports and that the 2020 MacBook Pro came with a intel processor. Around 3 weeks latter I came back to this store to buy my MacBook Pro 2021. Zach helped me tremendously and was great to work with. Also I would recommend any one buying an iPhone to buy it at your provider you will get great deals and more hospitality. Over all a good store but the employees can be rude. read more

Maybe my briefest review.... made an appointment with the Apple Aspen Grove location to have my Belkin glass screen protector replaced. Apple staff met me curbside with masks donned and thermometers in hand. No temp and no symptoms, so I passed go and checked in with another friendly face. In literally 30 seconds, I was making my way through a roped pathway and met by an Apple specialist. We walked to an empty table where I explained my request. He happily arranged for yet another staff member to bring out the machine that flawlessly replaces said screen and I was out the door. Ten minutes tops! Beautifully oiled COVID process and team. This was as fast or faster than any pre-COVID visit with an appt. Well done! read more

Had a 10:30 appointment: Arrived at 10:05 and spoke to a red haired guy. I said the battery on my iPhone was at 75% and I would like it replaced. He said 1. we have to review /diagnose it, then I would not be able to leave it with them as I was too early For my appointment time. (Huh? They weren't busy, what kind of "service" do you call that.) I said I didn't care about the diagnosis, just needed a new battery, to which he says, no we can't do that (I pre booked this online specifically for this service), we have to do a full test/diagnosis first. But on the website for apple - I selected the things that led me to this option (new battery) - ah well. I decided that i would need to find alternative brand phones going forward. I'm not messing with a company that is 1. Curt / impolite to their customers and, 2. Unhelpful / and resistant to taking your phone until the time of your appointment, even when half the staff are standing around with noting to do. It may be this specific store and employee, but I'm not interested in that sort of treatment any longer. Yet again very disappointed in how I was treated by the iPhone nerds at this location... I simply went in to have my phone checked out do to it over heating and asked to replace the phone after they ran their stupids diagnostic tests and told me I needed to do a hard reset on my phone to see if it will remove any type of bug in the iOS processor or system and they want to try and give me a cheap loaner phone and to send my phone off to get fixed ..... this is not the first time I've had issues with this location and the poor customer service and most of the staff doesn't listen to the customers and they try to tell you what they think is best for you !!! Really not happy with the service at this location, there was communication issues between team members. I went in because I am having issues with my watch syncing with my phone. When I checked in, the person that I first talked to said "that since I had the receipt that there shouldn't be any problems clearing my watch to re-sync it with my phone", that they'll just take it in the back and reset it. After a 2 hour wait for my appointment, the technician said that I needed to go online go to the activation lock assist website. The reason why I am very unhappy, they have reset my watch before in the back room. Now they say they can't do it that way. So, either the person at the front of the store was incorrect, or the technician didn't want to take the time. When I went online to the activation lock assist, it said my serial number does not exist, I'm pretty sure it does, considering I have the watch and the receipt. This is a con of the first order ...several years ago I tried to get a battery in my phone... first they said if they broke the screen trying to get a battery in I was liable , not them. then they said the sensor in the phone wasn't working therefore I needed a new phone .....then they said because I wasn't on AppleCare they couldn't guarantee to put the battery in ..... and if anything went wrong I was liable....that was two years ago last week they said they couldn't put the battery in because a third-party replaced the screen ....they gave the phone back to me ...and it was broken..... it was not broken when I gave it to them in both instances I had to purchase a new phone. I have never really been an Apple fan but as I learn more about their products I am slowly, very slowly modifying my view. I went on a limb and got an iPhone last year to give it a go. I loved their iMovie app which allowed me to make several cool movies from pics pretty quickly. I loved the free classes Apple offered for me to really get up to speed on how to use the iPhone effectively. One on using the camera, one on storage, and one more. Loved each class and I learned a lot each time. More recently I went to this store to learn more about their laptops and computers. I again learned a ton of information in a short amount of time. Now I have to digest it all! All-in-all this store has been AWESOME with imparting lots of wisdom for my Android and Windows brain to soak up. Thus far, I doubt I will buy another iPhone but maybe it will end up I won't have to since the one I have will last me a lifetime :) read more

I have always been super impressed with the Apple store in Aspen Grove. I have a 6 year old son who has Autism and ADHD, so iPads are a major necessity in our household (he uses one strictly for communication,) and I purchase AppleCare on all of my devices. I've never had any issues making an appointment to go and sit with someone who helps me dig into my problem, wether it's a broken screen, a battery issue or any of the weird issues I've gone into them with. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation of having to get my iPads looked at on a regular basis. I have never walked out of the store feeling like I've been taken advantage of or that they've pushed anything on me. The most efficient way to get your needs met is to make an appointment and to talk to an associate about your issue/wants/needs. I find that making an appointment allows the associates to spend the necessary time with you to fix your issues. read more

So, when I trusted Apple and they took my phone and took it in the back room, someone is clearly sharing or selling customer account data back there. Definitely reporting this. The rudest, most unprofessional Apple store I have ever been in. I have been to Apple stores around the world. This was the worst group of employees, I will never go back to this location again. I went in for a 2 hour screen replacement. Easy job and diagnosed during a prior appointment. Instead I had to surrender my phone to repair (which cost Apple $599) being told it "might" be the logic board (even I knew better) then was given a loaner that I spent 4 hours installing a CURRENT IOS ( the loaner came with an outdated IOS) I then needed to do all the set up options... and then I needed to restore my phones information so I could do my job. 5 days later... I got an email (thank goodness I spent an hour at home restoring ALL of my passwords) saying my phone was ready and I'd get yet another email telling me where I can pickup my $1200 phone. A day later, no email, I just went to the store that I took the phone in the beginning. Ha, they had it and did have it for a day. I gave the loaner back and asked what happens to it. "It goes to repair for service and wiping". What does that cost Apple to put the loaner back into service? "$599". I was then given my phone completely blank, had to install the current IOS, my settings (which still aren't correct), and restore all my information (4 hours). Cost: Apple=$599 + $599 Apple=A return customer (me) Apple=Yelp and Facebook reviews Me= Drive time: 4 hours Software install time: 8 hours Time w/o my phone: 6 days Should have cost= A new screen: 2 hrs Or a new phone= $1000: 20 min + 4 hrs Resolve - Apple is out $1198 plus tax and a customer that worked on the Lisa, Apple IIe, Apple III, Twiggy Drive, Widget Drive, MacIntosh, Design of the JIT Fremont Factory, MacIntosh with IBM compatibility, and designer if the Lisa CRT before Steve bought it (Data Ray Corporation, Colorado). It is so much easier to deal with Apple directly than buy a phone from my unnamed cellular carrier. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Within 15 minutes I had a new iPhone set up and active with my carrier. The host also helped me transfer all my old data. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the 1 guy who has cost me HOURS of my time. I came in to get a new phone and I was assured countless times that my passwords would transfer to my new phone. Mind you I told this guy that it was not turned on for my passwords to go to the cloud, and he still insisted that they would transfer. I told him numerous times that I had 80-90 passwords, and almost all of them were different, and if they did not transfer it was not only going to cause me issues but it was going to take me hours of going in and changing passwords. Well, as I suspected, they did not transfer and I'm spending most of my Saturday changing passwords and trying to not get locked out of my accounts. I'm absolutely furious that this happened. It's like the guy was annoyed he even had to help me and wanted to get done with the transaction and move on. He ruined what was otherwise a very pleasant experience at the store. This dude cost me hours of my day and all he had to do was go ask someone and see if he was correct, but he couldn't be bothered to do that. This is definitely a corner case experience as normally the employees are amazing and very helpful, but not this guy. This was at 330 yesterday and the gentleman was a bit more elderly. I go in Tuesday night to try and fix my screen and I am told it's so busy they can't get me in but they can schedule me for a appointment to get it fixed, wonderful! Scheduled it for Thursday around 6, show up wait, then wait on the tech to tell me everything that's not wrong with my phone..... I am aware fix the screen!..... then after all the bs get told "ohhh we can't work on it til tomorrow" Wtf is the point of scheduling a appointment to fix something if it can't be done?! Now I have to miss some work and come in next day to get my phone fixed............. I do appreciate his help If a customer comes in for a specific repair to get done that day and it can't physically be done within proper time, I should have been told it wouldn't be possible to get it done at the time I scheduled. After I kicked and cussed my way through the first couple of weeks with my new device of which I was absolutely, positively sure was defective, I found my way to the Apple Store to have my suspicions confirmed. I'd made an appointment (yes, an appointment) with the Genius Bar. I was immediately greeted, checked in and escorted to the back table to wait all of one minute for my Genius to arrive. I explained my problem to her and she ran some tests on my shiny, new iPhone to find a bad digitizer pad. I'm sure this was not the whole of my problem, however it was enough for her to replace it. She expertly reloaded all my information onto the new phone and sent me on my way in all of about 20 minutes. The store is sleek and there are all kinds of goodies to try. I figure if I'm going to live in Apple land, I might as well try the pickings and this is the best place to check them out.
