Which clearly is simply cosmetic on this shaft of the phone. He made it as if the phone was completely destroyed and it can no longer be under warranty. But when you look at the pictures, you can clearly see that is cosmetic scratches on the phone. No damage to the front screen, no damage to the main screen and no major dents in the phone. We walked in looking for a specific firewall, and Christian helped us find everything that we needed in the store. We didn't grab a cart when we arrived, but grabbed so much equipment that Christian helped us carry the hardware and set it aside for us at the checkout counter. We needed him to walk all around the store and show us where to locate specific parts. It was great! They had everything that we needed.
