But I only learned of the business because I was in dire straits. I am traveling from the west coast for a wedding and, to my surprise, there were no rental cars available at any of the major rental agencies. I checked EVERY single agency, even in the greater Charlotte area, not just the airport. Nothing on Expedia. So I searched Google maps for car rentals and, to my good fortune, found Montgomery Enterprise. Ms. Montgomery was an angel. She was so kind, personable and helpful. The rental rates were very reasonable. She even kept her office open after normal office hours just to accommodate me because of my late flight. She didn't have to do that and, in my experience, not many businesses these days offer that kind of service to their customers. Ms. Montgomery was warm, professional, welcoming and solution-oriented.
