When I found an ad for a potential purchase at Carolina Auto Imports I quickly contacted Amin for more information. I cannot overstate the degree of attention Amin gave me. He answered all of my questions, but went far above and beyond any reasonable expectation. He gave me all of the information he'd gathered from the previous owner; he went out of his way to call the service department of the dealership where the car had had all maintenance performed and get the maintenance records. It started with the moment I began inquiring about my Lexus SC 430. Amin text and emailed me more than enough pictures. Initially, the vehicle had a small section of missing paint. Although I was going to purchase the vehicle knowing there was that one imperfection, Amin sent the vehicle to his body shop and had the bruise fixed before I arrived because he wanted it to be perfect. Let me tell you that it really was perfect. After driving 3.5 hours from Atlanta to Charlotte in a rental vehicle, we were immediately greeted by Ahmad, Amin's dad. Talk about hospitality... The level of customer service was extremely warm, friendly and sincere... Wait a minute... Am I at the right place? There were no typical sales pitches or used car salesman energy. My mom and I felt completely at ease. We then test drove the vehicle and it absolutely drove as smooth as butter. I tried to find flaws to get the price down, but couldn't find any with the exception of one low beam light that was out... Lol... Amin committed to paying the fee for replacing the bulb when I returned home. Little to our surprise, Lexus had to remove the bumper to replace the bulb which resulted in a big unimaginable, unanticipated expense and a not so small job. Although it was more than any of us expected, Amin kept his word and paid the bill. We communicated before, during and after the bulb labor. I swear, the communication was so consistent, Amin never ignored my calls or text messages, it was almost as if he was sitting next to me like, "I got this!" Moreover, I used to sell new & used cars when I was in my 20s and I was extremely impressed with Amin. How did I find Amin? I was looking for a car on Cargurus and came across a car I liked. I emailed for more info and got a response back immediately. It was from Amin. It was super friendly, very informative and sincere. At that point I realized that the car I inquired about did not have the drive train needed for my weather conditions. So, I sent an email back acknowledging Amin's promptness and politeness and also in my email I expressed that I made a mistake in the car I chose to inquire about. Amin's response was that he would check around for me and that maybe in a month he could find something. I expressed that I was looking to purchase in a few days to a week or two. No sooner (1 day) Amin found what I was looking for. We then spoke on the phone and I felt super confident that he was the salesperson for me.
