First, I now have a train horn. $1200 for the device and installation which included mounting the horn itself and the tank under the hood, running the power and activator to a button on the dashboard. The horn is LOUD AS HECK and will do very nicely for getting idiots out of my way on the road. Second, we added some perforated white wrap to the back windows. While it took some explaining and they had to special order the vinyl, the installation is great. I think it helps make the Sprinter look a little bit less like an RV and a little bit more like a plain vanilla work van. Stealthier. Overall, I'm pleased with the work. Initially, I was pleased with the job he did. Little did I know the personal Hell this transaction would become over the next 18 months. Not only has this man and his team proven themselves to be unable to do the job correctly, but they have also demonstrated through their actions to be dishonest, unethical, unprofessional, and very cruel. The problems with the stereo and alarm systems started almost immediately. The stereo would skip, and different screens would pop up when I would turn the car on, and sometimes the screen would be blank, so I would have to restart the car to get to the stereo. The alarm would sometimes churp different tones, which Peter indicated was a sensor issue, and the starter button would set off my alarm a lot of the time. Fast forward 2024. The alarm stopped working all together so Peter agreed to replace it. ** The second alarm is now malfunctioning ** So many long visits to AudioMasters, I was patient and respectful with this man. The last week in September, 2024, my stereo wireless stopped working, the volume went up and down by itself, screen flashed on and off. The next day, I called Peter. No answering machine, and He would not respond to my texts, I verified he received them. He just chose not call me back. Then the stereo stopped working all together. No CarPlay, no music. After a week of being ignored, I was able to speak with Peter. Peter acknowledged the problem, offered to replace the defective stereo. Another week passed. October 4, I got this text from Peter: "Morning Marcus, Just left the warehouse with the new radio and headed back to charlotte. Ill text you when I'm on the way to you." That was the last time I heard from Peter, or AudioMasters. I spoke with an employee, he put me on hold for 30 minutes. I called back, they have call waiting, they would not pick up. I had someone else call from another number, and they picked up.

Fast forward to May 17(today) the subs are blown. They couldn't handle "Blueberry Yum Yum" and they started on fire. Literally! Additionally, my cruise control no longer works, nor does sound assist with my turn signals. I haven't noticed anything else electronic wise, but I don't attempt to use all the features available; so there may be more issues I haven't noticed yet. I noticed the cruise control as I was driving back to Iowa... The subs started smoking shortly after arrival. For them to look at it is no easy feat, about 1000 miles backwards. Either way, I'm way less than impressed. I recommend going somewhere else for your car audio needs. *Update* after weeks of back and forth emails, I'll verify Diego is a LIAR! Instead of shipping new subs as we previously discussed, he now insists I drive 2000 miles(roundtrip) or pay for shipping. I'd rather forfeit the money I paid them, and continue on with life. In my opinion this is not how business should be conducted. 10/10 recommend you go elsewhere.
