I made contact through the website and got a call from Wade who was very nice and helpful answering all my questions. He even went out to the vehicle to smell it to make sure there wasn't a smoke odor. We drove 3 hours to purchase the car. They were only doing meetings with an appointment because of covid. We worked with Tim, although we had already negotiated the price before even leaving home so he was largely just doing the paperwork. He had the vehicle up front and ready to go for a test drive. We took the car that evening and came back a couple days later to deliver our check, have an extra key made, and for them to perform a maintenance that they had promised to make. We were thrown off at first because even though we had scheduled all of this when we came in there was some confusion and were told "oh the key guy isnt here today". but what really happened was he had gotten into a car accident and would just be late. Corey, one of the sales reps was great and helped us with everything because Tim was on vacation. He was very calm, friendly, and helpful. The services were all done much quicker than expected. I understand how many people may be thrown off by their $1600 protection package especially when they aren't expecting it but since i had read reviews I knew to ask about it and they knocked an extra $500 off because of it. Their vehicles are cheaper than other locations but when you add the protection package and their $699 processing fee they end up being still a good value but much closer to other dealerships in price. oh they also gave my kid ice cream which was nice.

Customer service is horrible. They left me a message on Tuesday. I called back and have not been able to consult with anyone about the car issues; today is Friday. I am so disappointed. Ever since Hunter bought our the dealership its been poor quality and poor CS. My camaro was brand new from this dealership. I will not come back after how I've been treated, esp. with Jack, the service consultant.

He assured me it was a great vehicle. I made the commitment to buy it, so I flew from Madison, WI to Charlotte. Amin picked me up at the airport and the car did not disappoint! The transaction went smooth and I was off driving the GLS550 back to WI, a 13hr trek! I was a bit nervous about a potential breakdown, but to my pleasant surprise it performed very well. There was a brake shimmy so I called Amin about it and he made it right with me and I am a happy camper with this 2018 GLS 550 ! Thank you Amin for making this a very pleasant experience and I do recommend checking out their inventory, or let him know what you want to buy. Amin is a very personable and customer focused businessman. Best regards, Keith

I purchased a used Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from Godspeed Motors in August 2025. Within hours…read moreof delivery, the vehicle broke down on my first drive and had to be towed to an authorized Alfa Romeo dealership. On August 13, 2025, that dealership documented a pinched wire in the body harness and noted that body harness replacement might be required. I attempted to manage costs through an independent Alfa Romeo specialist, including a partial wiring-harness repair, but the issue persisted. I then returned the vehicle to Godspeed, where it remained for approximately one month. It was returned to me stating the issue had been resolved. Within days, the same electrical failure reoccurred, including a limp-mode event on the highway. A subsequent comprehensive diagnosis at a different authorized Alfa Romeo dealership confirmed that the entire headlight-to-dash wiring harness required full replacement. I informed Godspeed of this confirmed diagnosis. I was told I could return the vehicle again for repair, or accept a trade-in at approximately $6,000 less than the purchase price, with the final value to be determined once the vehicle was back in their possession. I was also told that repairs not performed by their facility would not be reimbursed. Given that the vehicle had already been in their care for approximately one month without resolving the wiring harness defect, I did not feel comfortable returning it again. I ultimately authorized the complete wiring harness replacement at the authorized Alfa Romeo dealership at a cost of $9,450.22, which resolved the issue. In total, I have spent approximately $15,000 out of pocket correcting a defect that was present from the first drive. A vehicle requiring a $9,450 wiring harness replacement immediately after purchase should not have been sold as road-ready. Based on my documented experience, I strongly do not recommend this dealership
