The Apple store in the Brickell City Centre is huge and impressive! Packed with customers and tourists. They offer IPhone, Ipads and more. There is a repair service also. There were no tables available when we were there but there's always next time! They offer delivery, same day delivery, and in store pickup. They have a wheelchair accessible front entrance and downstairs. There is a wheelchair accessible elevator available on the first floor to take you up. read more

Apple has turned me away a few times for a walk in support for my EarPods. This time I was able to score an appointment a few days in advance, but they got to me very late (about 45 minutes after my appointment time). The seating area is not very comfortable. It's a couple of of wooden blocks when you have to wait. There were weird stains on the ceiling. While I still like apple's products, their general experience and support has diminished from the early days. Two cops were eyeballing the place. Seems like they may have had crime issue. Initially I was going to leave a 1 star review. It's bumped up to 3 because I felt I lucked out with the genius bar this time. George genuinely heard my concern and I felt did his best to help me out. I still have to see if my problem is fully fixed, but this experience, due to George, went better than prior recent visits to apple stores. read more

Typically the apple store gives me a lot of anxiety - lines, lots going on, bright lights. But my visit today was perfectly splendid. I guess we finally found one perk to social distancing - a super quick and productive visit to the genius bar! About a month ago the microphone on my AirPods stopped working. If you have AirPods, you can understand how life changing they are. And in a world of virtual events, zoom calls, and IGTV videos I definitely need my AirPods functioning. I went online to make an appointment at the genius bar but everything was booked. After chatting with someone on Apple support via Chat they were able to get me an appointment (within a week's time) at the BCC location. It seems they changed the entire layout of the store to help with social distancing and there are about 4-5 service windows for you to walk up to once the security guard checks you in and someone is available. LS helped me and was amazing. In just under 15 minutes my AirPods had been replaced under warranty and LS helped me to make sure their paired with my devices. It was quick, easy and a super delightful experience. Masks are required to enter, and I would suggest making an appointment to make the process seamless. A friendly reminder to be kind! As we approach the holiday season in an already stressful AF year folks who work in retail are working hard to make your experience pleasant. So be pleasant, patient and courteous back. It's a pretty boring location with staff just lined up as soon as you enter through the doors to help you out. They have lots of tables with all of the gadgets and there's a few of those crazy stools in the middle. Comfort is not a priority here. This Apple store is a great addition as here I never experience long waits. When I lived in Miami Beach, the Lincoln road store took hours of my time. Every time I get help here asap. The staff is also very friendly. And so many people working that there is no wait. I bought my iPhone 8 here a few months ago and have been experiencing problems since. I finally managed to go back to the store. I had to reset the phone, what a nightmare. Gaby was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately my phone was already stuck within the hour. I didn't manage to recover all, so I'll have to go back soon again in hope to recover all my messages It took about 30 minutes of my time at no cost (duh don't sell me a shitty phone that costed $750). If you're an android fan, good for you. Wish I was better at technology and could handle android and not having to deal with Apple. I made an appointment a few days ago due a cracked iPad screen. I arrived and the team at The Apple store took care of me quickly. I have AppleCare so they ended up just replacing the iPad instead of repairing the screen for like $45. It was overall a great experience. We had to wait about an hour and 45 mins for an appointment and then still when my appointment time hit, I waited another 20 mins because " they couldn't find me" . Never thought I would be writing a review for an Apple Store, ESPECIALLY one in Miami. But when you notice your phone has some issues and you have a big vacation ahead of you with lots of pics to be taken, you do what you gotta do. Upon arrival in Miami, I noticed that all my pictures had a weird dot on the right side of all my pictures. Didn't seem to go away over the course of the day, so I came to Apple Store for a solution. Was diagnosed with some weird dust speck that someone got into my camera lens, and they quickly took my phone in for repairs. They ended up replacing something in the camera, and it only took an hour before I was able to get my phone back with all issues fixed. Now that's effective service! Really thankful for the quick diagnosis and repair. And finally, AppleCare actually pays off for me! read more

I can always rely on Apple to fix an iPhone issue for me within the drop a dime but I had never really relied on them for service to my MacBook. I wasn't sure if the charging port was damaged or if it was just my cord that had fizzled out but I took advantage and made an appointment to find resolution to my charging issue as well as fix this glitch I had on my iPhone. It's amazing how the Genius Bar exceedingly rises as the best problem solvers for all Mac products. Sometimes, the cloud can get crazy, screens break right before a vacation, laptops don't turn on, etc. and it comforting to know I can trust this location to get the job done. At first I was hesitant to pick the Brickell store just because of la mala fama of them always being inundated with endless traffic jams and difficult parking but I guess I got lucky. Plus, there's plenty of spots to have a drink and chill as you wait within the floating metropolis of Brickell City Center as well as some serious department and designer stores to satisfy your need for retail therapy. I do like that the garage parking offers a dry solution for those rainy afternoons. Plus, it's an easy way to scope out the new products released in person. read more

Review is solely based on experience with this store location. I made an appointment online to fix my iPhone xs Max. I cracked the screen when it fell earlier this week. I tried calling the store directly to make sure they had the screen in stock and I wouldn't make a drive in vain. I was told by a store associate that they were not allowed to disclose whether they had any in stock or not and that the only way I would know is by going to my appointment. I arrived earlier than my appointment was scheduled and was told they would not be able to check me in earlier than 10 mins before my appointment. (Please keep this in mind if you're planning on coming for any service that you scheduled through an appointment.) I checked in exactly at 10 mins before my appointment (5:20); appointment was at 5:30. They called me at 5:32. The sales associate that helped us was very courteous and helpful. The cost thanks to Apple car e was very economic. Apple care is with the $$. You have to pay for parking in the garage. Store is located in city Brickell center. read more

If I get a window time to pick up my stuff, and have my QR code and showed up on time, why should I carry the responsibility of the people who was late for their appointment? The manager just told the guys in the front door that they have to receive people in the order the arrive not matter if they were late for their window pick up time... and also they told me they don't have an Express Window, really? I understand the circumstances we are living but come on people... use your brain and avoid frustration and customer unsatisfactory experiences... easy, I cancelled my order and placed a new one using Apple customer service phone line and they were awesomely helpful (Dave and Ricky) and will get by tomorrow without need to go to that nightmare store again... Went to apple to repair a damaged screen that was within a year of purchase. I walked straight in and was told they didn't have an appointment until 2 1/2 hours later, thankfully I live nearby so I booked it. I come back 2 1/2 hours later and get sat at the Genius Bar about 5 minutes later I'm approached and helped. They tell me my phone should be fixed in 30-45 minutes! Guess what, in that 15 minute window , they probably cram more than they can handle . For a company like Apple this is unacceptable , you adapt and execute. The store is well maintained, it is clean and people working there are nice and attentive. There are always people waiting to get in there, but I think the organization is done very well so you don't need to wait too long. The space is big and allows people to explore different devices. This store was brutally incompetent. I went in the hopes of replacing a sticky key on my laptop -- they quoted me a laughable 4-5 days. What should have been a 15 minute visit turned into an extended odyssey to fix a simple problem. I hope this review serves as a coaching opportunity for Joe, his team, and the rest of Apple to really focus on what matters: the customer. I had an appointment with the Genius Bar on 12/26 at 1:10PM and after checking in and explaining the problem with my watch, I was told by a brunette gal whose name I didn't catch (or see her name tag) that my 15 day old iWatch series 6 would not be able to be exchanged or replaced in a timely manner as a I had bought it at a Verizon store, not the Apple store. It would take 30 days for Apple to exchange it, per their warranty, or I could deal with Verizon directly. This didn't work for me, as I was taking the watch straight to the source since this is an Apple watch, not a Verizon watch, and being the latest model that it was and only 15 days of me owning it, there's no reason why it should've broken. I had also talked to Verizon and they told me to go to Apple. After much back and forth, Joe (I'm assuming the manager tall, brunette, male) stepped in without being asked and offered his two cents. It appeared that Joe just wanted to argue the entire time and was not solution-oriented at all. Not once did he check for understanding or care to figure out why I was upset, he just kept saying that it's "your convenience for traveling" and his idea for making things work with my iWatch was that I could either go back to Verizon and they could deal with it or they could repair my watch and ship it to me. Mind you, at this point, I had already explained to Joe that I was traveling in an RV for the next 3-4 months and didn't have a clue of where I would be the next few months. Joe used the analogy that this was Verizon's problem as "you wouldn't buy a Coke at CVS and except Walgreens to return it." While that analogy was cute, it certainly didn't work as I bought an Apple product through Verizon and was taking it straight to the source. I never wanted my money back, nor was I being unreasonable or asking for a handout -- I just wanted my watch to be exchanged for one that worked. After Joe arguing with himself for 15 minutes, I finally agreed to leave my watch with Apple and pick it up in 5-7 business days. Which, by the way, was not mentioned to me at the beginning of the conversation. I was told it would take 30 days, per Apple's warranty, and of course, 5-7 days is a reasonable amount of time to wait for a repair, 30 days is not. TLDR; coaching opportunity for Joe and his team: 1. empathize with the consumer & check for understanding. Not once did Joe try to understand what I was upset about (I was upset about waiting 30 days for my watch to get fixed, which wasn't even the case at all) 2. Know your audience. Joe was belittling and condescending by using an analogy that didn't work at all, "you wouldn't buy a Coke at CVS and except Walgreens to return it." While that analogy was cute, it certainly didn't work as I bought an Apple product through Verizon and was taking it straight to the source. 3. offer solutions/what you can do to help. Instead of mentioning the quick 5-7 business days turnaround for repairing a watch, all Joe did was talk about how this isn't HIS problem, it's Verizon's problem or my problem for traveling, and that this was the policy. Sometimes, it's more important to hear the customer out and understand every person's individual situation rather than adhering to some policy that could have wiggle room. I also was not asking for anything to be given to me, all I wanted was for my watch to be fixed in a timely manner. I hope upper management takes the time to reads this, responds in an appropriate manner, and sees this as a coaching opportunity for Joe and the rest of the team. read more

Zero stars based on the customer experience. I couldn't pick up my phone earlier than I could even though it says ready for pick up. The security guards don't let you say a word at all, they just say no and keep moving. If you want to speak to a manager, they just have a recorded message saying to come at your time. They claim that they aren't allowed to have people pick up their phones due to COVID 19 and social distancing. Yet the lines are super cramped, no social distancing, the security guards are up in your face with the masks not covering their mouths and even saw employees using the masks as chin guards. Avoid this place if you can, just stick to Dadeland or The Falls. They actually will treat a customer correctly. read more

So I cracked my screen :( and needed to get it replaced. I really didn't want to get it done at one of those fix it places as I've known of people who went that route and had some screen issues with their phone later on. I knew it was going to be minimum $150 after doing some research. Made an appointment and only waited about five minutes to be seen. After a positive diagnostic check, they told me it was gonna take about an hour to replace the screen. So I lingered in the store a little and walked around Brickell City Centre! So much to see. Picked up my phone a little over an hour after and it was ready. Good as new and a very speedy checkout. They made sure I was happy with the replacement and informed me that I had a 90-day warranty on the screen incase there were any issues. Loved the team here! read more

My friend bought a Mac book pro a few weeks ago and she's a little lost with all the features a Mac computer have, so we went to this store to find out more information for my friend before she leaves the country. As soon as we walked in, one of the staff specialist came to us and asked us how he can help us. She told him that she needed help to transfer some documents from her old computer to the new Mac one and he called Chris who came and helped her sooooo much! He was formidable with her, gave her tips, advices and like a mini workshop with all the things she needs to know about her laptop before she leaves. Beside all his wonderful help, he also told us about the Free workshop this store offers to everyone, even for the little ones they have Free code classes. My experience with this store is overwhelmingly negative. They missed their appointment time twice by 30 minutes (showing no respect to customers who have to pay to park at the mall). They ignore Apple corporate's notes on your issues and run their own diagnostics (wasting more time). They aren't prepared for customers forwarded to them by corporate and send you back home to return when they order in parts. They ignored the Apple website which clearly states my iPhone was under recall and could only have the part replaced while under the original one year manufacture's warranty (despite the Apple website clearly stating 3 years after date of purchase). They disappear to the back claiming to speak to managers only to return with the same answer. Eventually, after much time wasted, they realized they were wrong and did the recall repair. read more
