Primeiro deixa eu esclarecer que meu primeiro idioma não é o Inglês. Por esse motivo procurei a Apple store na Cambridge Side Galery no dia 31 de Julho de 2018 as 14:35. A primeira pessoa que falei foi com o gerente da loja ( soube depois ) e expliquei a ele que tinha comprado um Iphone novo para minha esposa e gostaria de transferir os dados. Ele me disse que teria que acessar o ICloud. Prontamente eu fiz e o sistema no telefone me pediu para desbloiquear atraves do email. Prontamente fiz de novo! Apos trocar a senha o funcionario e tambem gerente da loja disse que nao poderia resolver mas se prontificou a chamar alguem. Para minha surpresa, ele somente agendou uma chamado do suporte para mim. Eu novamente fui ate a ele e disse: Nao quero falar com ninguem por telefone porque tenho dificuldade em me comunicar, por esse motivo vim a loja para falar algum dos seus " genios" . O gerente me disse, Ok, mas vai demorar de 1 a 2 horas. Eu disse, sem problemas. Depois de quase 2 horas voltei a loja e o "genio" a qual ele me indicou em 2 minutos me disse que teria que falar por telefone e de novo , argumentei que tinha problema com comunicacao e teria que ser pessoalmente. Sem me pergunatar mais nada e ao menos olhar na minha cara ele disse: desculpa, nao posso te ajudar. Sem alternativa comecei a minha tentativa em conversar com o atendente que me fez trocar de senha do icloud mais 2 vezes e vizivelmente perdido, me pediu para acessar o computador da loja e conectar o telefone para transmitir os dados do Icloud. Ao se passar mais de 2 horas, percebi que ja nao tinha mais bateria no meu telefone e que o apontamento com cliente as 6pm ja havia perdido. Pedi a gentileza a uma das vendedoras que me emprestase o carregador para meu celular e ela me disse que nao poderia porque estavam todos ocupados. A esse ponto ja eram quase 7pm eu sem bateria, com o dia perdido, com o cliente me esperanado na porta do meu escritorio a 1 hora e ainda com o mesmo problema! Desliguei o telefone , afinal nao tinha mais bateria e pedi para falar com o gerente, nesse ponto desobri que era o funcionario que me atendeu da primeira vez. Tentando ficar o mais calmo possivel, disse a ele que era um cliente da Apple que possuia em torno de 8 produtos, e penso que sou um bom cliente. Ele prontamente me disse que todos sao bons cleintes!! Perdendo a primeira oportunidade de se desculpar, aumentou o tom da voz e me disse que a culpa era minha porque nao sabia a senha do icloud e que por razao de seguranca ele nao podia fazer nada!!! Disse a ele que mesmo que eu nao soubese estrava ali para ser ajudado. Vendo o gerente que eu estava muito nervoso, pediu a um "genio" para me ajudar, a essa altura eu ja tive que sair para tentar ver meu cliente e dexei minha esposa na loja. Para minha surpresa ela me disse que ele resolvei o problema em 10 minutos! Pergunta: Porque ele nao pediu para alguem me ajudar antes? para que serve os "genios" da loja? Quanto vale minha insatisfacao? Quem vai pagar o prejuiso que tive por nao atender esse cliente? cereja do bolo! Quando cheguei em casa o WhatApp nao estava funcionando... After almost 2 hours I went back to the store and the "genius" he told me in 2 minutes told me that I would have to talk on the phone and again, I argued that I had a problem with communication and it would have to be in person. Without asking me anything else and at least looking in my face he said: sorry, I can not help you. Without alternative I started my attempt to talk to the clerk who made me change the icloud password 2 more times and visibly lost, asked me to access the store computer and connect the phone to transmit the Icloud data. When more than 2 hours passed, I realized that there was no battery in my phone anymore and that the appointment with customer at 6pm had already lost. I begged one of the vendors to lend me the charger for my cell phone and she told me she could not because they were all busy. read more

The home button on my iPhone stopped responding, sometimes taking as much as a dozen presses to work. Been holding off going to apple store to get it checked out because had no idea if my warranty was still up and running and the iPhone warranty tends to be pretty useless anyway when it comes to damage. I finally decided to head to the store; as the home button is pretty needed for standard functions. Of course that day I decide to head to their store the button starts to work. Figured I'd head in anyway in case it stops working again. I speak with a woman named Christine who sets me up to see one of the so-called "genius's" at 6:20. About a 20 minute wait. I head to Best Buys to kill time and come back and Christine recognizes me and brings me immediately to the "Genius", Lance. I explain my issue to Lance and he looks the phone over a short while. Then hands me some paperwork to sign and hands me a replacement phone, new. Apple has one of the best customer services there is. read more

Now that Steve Jobs is gone Apple is already selling defective, junk, computers, and they don't seem to care. I guess that's the only way they know how to increase profits now that their genius is gone. My IMAC is the slowest computer I have ever owned. The fan in my IMAC is out of control. My IMAC is slightly over the warranty period and Apple tells me its my problem. I paid top dollar for an Apple product and I ended up with cheep junk. The repair center tells me that it needs to be making the noises when they look at it. The problem is that the noise is sporadic. I discovered from shaking the computer out of frustration that the fan operates normally for a while. Apple didn't like this review so they banned me from writing reviews concerning Apple stores while using Apple products and Google Maps! The next computer I buy will be a different brand. If you own Apple Stock this may be a good time to sell it. The new management is no Steve Jobs. read more

The Manager at the CambridgeSide Apple store, Jessica Kovach, was extremely helpful - even when I had an issue as simple as something with a gift card. Overall, I thought the customer service there was great, and I would definitely go back to this particular apple next time! read more

I spent a lot of time with a business rep there (over an hour) going over my system needs and he never called me back. Very disappointing.

I feel sorry for Apple company to have that store under their name very bad, customer, service, and manager

Worst apple to go to! You'll be waiting forever and then they'll tell you your items not in stock!

Terrible costumer service. Employes were rude and did the least they could to help.
