I'm only giving the apple store a 2 because it's a necessity. BECAUSE I HATE THE APPLE STORE. HATE. 1. I only ever come here if I have a problem, so that's a bad start. 2. Everything is expensive and that intimidates me. 3. The interior design is...techy and empty and inefficient...and intimidates me. 4. I don't know much about technology, yes, but I leave here feeling even dumber. 5. The uppity, bratty children that are always here make me fear for our future. The children are our (ugly, dependent on technology, rude, entitled) future. Ugh. 6. I always end up spending so much time here that I have a pee-mergency and freak out. Made an appointment online to replace the battery of my iPhone 6 S Plus last Sunday. Received a call from this Apple Store on Tuesday saying the battery is arrived. I said I want to be there on Sunday. They advise me to get there at 11am Sunday. Ppl at this store are pretty nice. They run a quick check on the battery and advise right now It is my choice to change it or not because the battery is still okay to use for another one or two months. I said yes, then I left my phone there. I went back to store one and half hr later, my phone is ready for me to pick up. Five stars for this store and its employees! read more

This place is a nightmare for migraine sufferers. It's perpetually overcrowded, way bright, and normally you have to wait forever for someone to assist. I had the same experience as customer below: the "Genius" staff made no effort to fix the problem with my iPad (the backlighting is failing). Instead, they blamed it on "liquid damage" or a bend in the iPad -- i.e., problems excluded from coverage, neither of which actually occurred -- in order to sell me a new iPad. While I was there, I heard two other customers being told that the problem with their computers was caused by "liquid damage" and being encouraged to buy something new. So it looks like store policy. In addition, a series of "Geniuses" diagnosed a problem with the iTunes server as a problem with my device. I logged onto iTunes without problem later that night. When a someone as non-tech savvy as me is better at solving a problem than the store's tech support, there's an issue. read more

Terrible repairs service, talk to you like your an idiot and cant hardly fix many issues they just replace the phones, had a defective battery ruin my phone and they gave me a new one but i still had to pay 50 bucks for the battery again that lasted like 2 months... read more

This was by far the best experience I've had at the Apple Store. I didn't have an appointment, but had to wait two minutes at most to talk to someone. I had just come from Best Buy where I bought my phone where they were less than helpful, so I didn't have the highest expectations going in. Kyle was extremely helpful, patient with my questions, friendly and professional. Best Buy told me there was nothing they could do, and I was going to have to buy a new phone. At the Apple Store, Kyle determined my phone issue was caused by a defective battery and they replaced it free of charge! I will definitely be back to Apple if I have any further issues, and will not waste my time with Best Buy. Thanks Kyle! read more

I went to this Apple Store on the Saturday after T'giving 2014. There was plenty of staff but they were much more interested in talking among themselves and playing games on their ipads than helping customers. I was there for ages and even went over to the table that a group of them were gathered at and no one paid attention to me. When I finally got someone to assist me (by the way, I was interested in both an ipad and and iphone 6), I thought that he was sort of dismissive of me and my questions. The store was not crowded with customers. I can imagine that people are going elsewhere to buy their Apple products if this is the way the staff generally acts. read more

I've visited this store a few times now. Today I went in to get Apple Care for my girlfriends phone. I was greeted by an associate immediately and all she asked for was the serial number from her phone. After swiping my card with Apple Pay, I was out in 5 minutes. Great experience. read more

The first time I went here, I came for the Genius Bar. It just happened to be when the iPhone 6 released; terrible timing on my part. The store was packed! However, somebody offered me help right away. My wait for assistance at the Genius Bar was about 15 minutes, which I thought was pretty good given all the people. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix my ancient laptop. The second time I came here was to do research on the next laptop I was going to buy. The representative I chatted with was very nice and polite, he answered all my questions and explained everything perfectly. We probably talked for about 45 minutes, sometimes getting way off topic. Then today I went there to pick up my laptop I bought online, and I was in and out of the store in 3 minutes. I was very pleased! read more

The customer service in this Apple Store is fantastic! Supervisor Marc as well as genius technician Marc (yes, they were both named Marc) were great! They helped me with all of the issues I was having today! My experience with Apples products has not been pleasant so far, however, every time I come in someone is more than happy to help me. Roy is usually the person who I deal with and he has been wonderful! He is always willing to listen to the ignorant questions I may have and he is always more than helpful! Unfortunately we are on a first name basis so hopefully Apple and I will stop having bad luck. Thanks guys! read more

Very helpful staff. Try to schedule an appointment online to save time. I had an issue with my laptop screen 3 years after purchase. I used their off site repair center. It took two days to fix at a flat rate of $310, which is a lot cheaper than if it gets repaired at the store. Overall, happy with their customer service. read more

Took my Mac book pro in thought it was a goner and would be looking at purchasing another. Got someone to help me in under 5 mins. Albi or Alby took great care of me. Very knowledgable. Above and beyond what I needed or expected. Asked about classes and he told me how to go about signing up. Took a class that day from Angie. It was a basic computer how to class but was definitely worth it. Angie was great. And all this at no charge. What a concept. A company who backs there product after you purchase there product. For customers needing technical support be aware that the store turns you away at 8:15 pm even though the store stays open until 9:00 pm. I was talked to so condescendingly by the store manager when I questioned why the store wasn't servicing its customers until the stated time. I strongly believe this Apple store pushes their employees to pressure customers into buying or replacing (only for a few hundred dollars) their devices instead of trying to fix them. I went in with obvious software problems (now confirmed by several other sources) only to be told that I had damaged the phone physically and it had to be exchanged. The microphone would work when the phone was first turned on, and then stop working as soon as I started a phone call. The mic would then stop working in all the other apps until the phone would be restarted and then worked fine until the next phone call etc. A thousand dollar phone should be expected to make calls, I hardly care about Apple Pay or health or home or any of the other garbage Apple is trying to force feed its consumers, but I do want to make calls. The genius in question was a young man, clearly reciting the lines he had memorized for such occasion. A young man who seems desperate to get his phone working, why not BS him into a new one. He was working with another consumer while working with me (who was also told to exchange her phone for a fee) and messing with fellow geniuses. How professional. I was later able to fix the phone after spending hours on blogs and websites telling me what to do; proving that either this Apple store employs under qualified staff or trains them to fool consumers into spending more money. I regret any purchases done there and will try to dissuade anybody from doing any business at this location. If you have something wrong with your device, go to a third party and get it fixed--- Chances are apple will not honor your warranty anyways. read more

I was dreading coming here to purchase a new iPad for grad school after reading all of the negative reviews on here. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store and was directed to the iPad station. Linda was amazing! I encourage everyone buying a new iPad to talk with Linda. We chatted about school, my note taking preferences, and what I was hoping to use the iPad for. She was very engaging and didn't try to push any additional/unnecessary products on me. She quickly got the products I selected, even checked in the back for a different color in the case I wanted. To my surprise, Apple also has a student deal, which Linda proudly announced to me. I got a free pair of Beats with my purchase! Absolutely incredible customer service, and they graciously recycled my old (very damaged) iPad for me. I would absolutely recommend new/returning students come check this place out. Also, don't forget to ask for Linda!! read more

Amazing experience, from the moment I walked in the Apple team made me feel respected and valued. They solved a malware issue on my Macbook, which wasn't allowing me to run any applications. The conversation began with "how can we help?" and patient listening as I tried to explain an issue I didn't even understand. I walked in panicked that I would have to pay a lot to get this issue fixed, having just been told it would cost $200 from a different tech store, but a short time later the job was done; it was quick, easy, and free! Plus the folks who helped me were super friendly, positive and really polite. Apple store, thanks for smiling and seeming genuinely kind throughout my visit (the previous non-Apple store I went to was really negative and rude in comparison. It makes a huge difference). Don't look for any help if you have an old machine. They won't touch them or even tell you what the error messages on the screen means. You will get more help and answers going to an online forum. At the very least these geniuses should take a look, act like they are trying to understand your problem, even push some buttons - before telling you go buy something new, we don't fix 'em. No people or marketing skills with this bunch - and not much help, either. read more

I came in because my iphone was only working while on speaker. I googled the problem and it looked as if there were many pages describing similar situations. From the moment I walked into this store, people working there weren't really interested in helping to solve the problem, but rather kept making sales pitches trying to convince me to upgrade. One of the employees took my phone into the back without asking me and came back saying that they suspect that the phone was refurbished and therefore could not help me. This was a blatant lie and another "sales technique" to try and get me to buy a new phone. I bought the phone brand new in box from Tmobile. After leaving the store, I stopped at Tmobile and was shown the history of my purchase with the warranty approval from Apple, which means that it was a brand new phone when purchased. The person at Tmobile also mentioned that this particular problem was very well known to Apple and that they used to fix it on the spot. I used to think that Apple was a different kind of company that was forward looking, but it seems that they have changed their business model. read more

Since it is no longer possible to make an appointment at the Genius Bar, I walked into the store Friday, March 26th and waited 45 minutes to get tech help. The waiting wasn't the issue. When I told the tech person that my ipad screen was frozen, he told me that Apple does not replace screens and if I wanted another ipad, I would have to purchase one. I asked him if there was some kind of test they could try to see if there was just a glitch. He said, no. It could not be fixed. He showed me some ipads I could purchase and I told him that I would think about it and come back another time. Before I walked out, I said to him, "you know I cannot even turn this off". He said, "you can always turn it off". He pushed two buttons simultaneously and sent me on my way. Three hours later, while at home I removed the cover from my ipad and it was working perfectly! What kind of technical people would Apple have working for them that would not put my ipad through the simple test of turning it off and booting it up again?? read more
