Just want to share my experience with Apple Garage Doors. The spring on our garage door broke late last night. Based on the recommendations on Nextdoor and Yelp, I called Apple Garage Doors early this morning and left a voicemail. Mike called me back in no time and was here in our house at the time he said would come. He assesed the problem and gave a quote upfront. He was done in like 30 minutes (more or less) and gave me and my husband tips on how to lubricate our garage door to make it last longer. I like how he is very prompt in responding to calls and in arriving on time not to mention that he's really nice too. We have been using this company for our garage door repairs for a few years already and are extremely happy with them. The mechanic is fantastic! He has been always courteous and responded to all phone calls immediately. He arrived at our location 10-25 minutes from our first call, was very professional, able to determine the problem and solutions within minutes, and quickly completed all needed repairs. This company is unbelievably honest and never tried to over charge us or sell services we do not need. My wife called to have someone come out and get the broken spring replaced, and possibly convert to two springs. Mike was at the house 28 minutes later and was finished 30 minutes after that. Just under 1 hour and we have two springs instead of one, and the door is smoother than before. It doesn't bounce when the opener starts going up anymore! Stop reading reviews and CALL. THIS. GUY! Absolutely AWESOME!!! I called 4 other companies, and they couldn't make it out until tomorrow, so I was referred to Apple Garage. Mike said he could be out in an hour to look at it. Mike fixed my garage in 30 min, and the price was great! He even replaced some wheels and brackets and the garage is works better than it did before.
