My wife and I, hired Apple to move a couch for us, from Grand Prairie to Lewisville. They were highly recommended, to us, from some personal friends who own their own moving company. They referred us because they, only, do whole-house moves. My called to get an estimate and details about the company. She spoke to Debbie, who was, very, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and helpful. On the day the move was scheduled, as promised, the couch would be moved sometime between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. In fact, we received a call from Ronnie at 1:45 to let us know that they were on their way to pick up the couch at the location, from which, it was purchased. He stated that they would be there at 2:30. They arrived at, precisely, that time. The movers, Ronnie and Izi, were, extremely, professional, polite, careful with the furniture, and diligent in their work. They wrapped the couch to protect it from any possible mishaps. Additionally, they are fully insured and bonded, in the event of any, said, mishap. However, due to their experience, attention to detail, professionalism, those things were not necessary. Of the 3 other moving companies that we contacted, they were the were the most courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and the most reasonably priced. For the quality of work, timeliness, and their high-quality customer service, the cost was a bargain. Apple Moving was, absolutely, wonderful, all the way around. I would highly recommend Apple Moving. After All My Sons cancelled on me the day of the move, I called Apple in a panic. Deb was so helpful and professional and luckily had a spot available later that afternoon. They literally saved the day. The movers were fast, professional and they didn't charge anything extra. Additionally, due to my move time changing, I had to do some work arounds in my building so that I could use the elevator. The movers were very nice and helpful and not one thing arrived broken. I have used Apple Moving for over 15 moves since 1994! They are AMAZING!!!!! I recently moved last week and we had two wonderful, professional movers, Benny and Edward! They showed up right at 8:17 am and after going through the checklist got immediately to work . We had two extremely heavy pieces, the adjustable bed, that I was just in awe watching Edward move down 16 stairs with no problem. We were completed with the entire move by 11:00 am!! I've used Apple Moving 3 times since living in Dallas and have been plesaed each time. The scheduling process was quick and easy. The movers have always been very courteous and I've never had anything broken. Today, I used them again and the movers were great as usual. We used Apple for our short move within our neighborhood. Great service and efficient. We had to store most of our boxes and furniture in our new garage to wait on our renovations. They stacked and organized everything so that we were able to walk through aisles, in order to locate items easily. Fantastic experience. Salvador and his crew showed up promptly at their scheduled time. We showed them the items that needed to be moved-washer, dryer, solid wood bedroom suite, table, desk, plus an old sofa and coffee table for the trash. They got everything wrapped and moved from the 3rd floor in Irving to the first floor in Plano in an hour and a half! They were polite, professional, and efficient. My move was a tough challenge. I was to a third floor apartment with a loft inside. Also, getting my items from the curb to the front door of the building was a challenge as well. Just to add one more challenge to the mix, I had to have my additional items moved four miles to a Uhaul storage one more flight up.
