This is THE worse nail salon in Saint Peters, Saint Charles county if not the state. The place is basic and not appealing at all and I was there to get a basic pedicure. Before starting I told the "elderly" lady to please heed my big toe. Simple. Nope, I left with no big toe nail, the nails looked like a five year old painted them and when I tried ever so gently to correct her, she started rambling off in Vietnamese, to which I have a translator on my phone and, let's just say her comments were less than cordial. Then when I asked if someone could please fix my big toe with an overlay, it was like I had asked for someone to walk over hot coals. All in all the pedicure chairs were awful with yellow glue oozing from everywhere. It was just not what I expected and was recommended. Never again would I ever patronize this place again. Had an appointment, but still had to wait when I got there because they had to service one of their "regulars" who came in after me first. Then during my pedicure, the lady cut me and I started bleeding and she never said sorry or acknowledged it just kept going. Then on my nails, she got the gel polish all over my cuticles, she was clearly rushing, but acted like she did a good job and deserved a tip. A little accountability would've went along way, but to not say anything at all is unacceptable. read more

Got here at 10:05 and the doors were still locked. No big deal, just waited in my car until they decided to open. There was an older lady working all by herself and scrambling until 4 other people decided to show up and help her work. The pedicure was nice until I saw the lady use the SAME TOOLS on everyone! My friend got her pedicure first then the worker scooted over to me and proceeded to use the exact same tools on my feet. I stopped the lady and asked her if they used the same tools on everyone.. she said "yes!" Then started laughing as if that doesn't go against every safety code ever. The pedicure was a rush job and would not recommend anyone to come here and risk staph infection for a pedicure. read more

My sister has come here in the past and stated that this place was clean, overall. I mean, it's a nail salon so dust is going to occur here people. On the day I went, I had a great pedicure. Loved it! They scrubbed and got everywhere on my feet and up my legs. I had gotten the mint mask and scrub combo, which felt amazing and my skin felt so smooth for like 2-3 days after. It honestly felt weird to me, but it was a good thing. I would recommend that combo to anyone who wants the frills without all the other expensive add-ons. I came with my grandmother and aunt and while I had a good experience, they had less of one. My aunt had to remind her person about scrubbing between the toes and focus on the heels. My grandmother did not get any of that. She didn't even had time to tell the person to go back and get the parts she missed. Honestly, I don't blame my grandmother if she doesn't want to come back. I had horrible experiences over there, I didn't know why I still going there( all my friends was saying I was crazy) Luke , the young boy is really good. the owner is so rude all the time, she thinks she can be rude with everyone, but I'm paying for her service. One day I went for axing and she started yelling . you are not laying down yet, I'm so busy. what??? I'm so polite, but today I really said to her, I don't come back here anymore. I did not find them to be any cheaper than other nail salons and my white tipped nails chipped quickly and the overcoat became dis colored . I doubt I'll revisit. read more

They did an excellent job. I got a basic manicure with gel and it was far past basic. I was able to get a paraffin was dip and hand massage and beautiful gel polish. I'm very picky and they did excellent. Abby did them she was she was super sweet. Andy and Sandy do excellent as well. The environment of salon is peaceful. I had a wonderful pedicure here yesterday. The staff was friendly for starters. Good selection of polish brand and colors. I got a lavender pedicure for 30$. The message was good/long and she did an excellent job trimming. I didn't get as much of an exfoliating scrub as I'd like and she didn't use the pumice to get off dead skin. Lasted about 1.5 hours. I went in around 6:30 during the week. I waited for about 45 minutes to get dip nails. The guy doing my nails was really nice but was very distracted and it seemed like there weren't enough workers. I have been to a ton of nail salons and this one is by far my absolute favorite! Andy and Sonny are super funny and my favorite nail techs but all of them do a wonderful job!!! From pedicures and manicures, dips and fills, and making sure you are happy with the shape of your nails and the length, everything you can think of! Definitely the most professional and fun nail salon around!! They also give punch cards when you pay cash and you get a stamp for every $15 you spend and once you fill your stamp card you get $10 off your next visit or whenever you choose which I love because I never seen another salon do this! 5 stars hands down. I have gone to LV a few times. Good service, until my last appt. The young woman working on my pedicure, was unfriendly and when I was getting up to put on my sandals she bumped into my pinky toe, smudging it. When I asked what should we do, she looked at me blankly and stated, "you are fine." I was so upset and instead of speaking to the owner, I left. I will never go back based on this experience and the fact that she thought this was acceptable is a poor reflection on their business practices and work ethic. this is by far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. My toes look like a 5 year old painted them. I also asked for fake nails, but she was too busy talking and didn't listen to my request. So she started to only paint them. When I stopped her, she became angry and handed me to another employee. This employee was worse. She was angry, and rushed. Disappointing. This used to be my absolute favorite nail salon. Always did exactly what I wanted. I got in the habit of making appointments because if not you could be waiting an hour or more. Until I noticed that even with an appointment I was still waiting and waiting. They take everyone. So appointments no longer matter to them. Also, every time I've paid, it's been a different price yet I'm getting the exact same service and one color gel polish. I used to pay whatever because they also looked so great but the inconsistency isn't right. they don't value me or anyone else that walks through the door and I won't be going back. :( read more

I was really disappointed with my service here. My boyfriends mom was treating me and his sister to a pedicure and she loves this place. I believe she has a specific technician she always uses so I got whoever else was available. Never got my technicians name but he was a middle aged man. Not only was he extremely rough with my feet and gave me an ingrown toenail by the way he cut my nails, but he wasn't even watching my feet at all. The entire time he was doing my feet he was watching his phone which was proper up on the side table next to me. It's almost as if he was watching Netflix or something while doing my feet. I felt like I interrupted his break and was inconveniencing him which isn't right since I'm a paying customer. The pedicure wasn't even worth $5 let alone $25. Extremely disappointed- do not plan on returning. I happened upon LV and this will be the place I visit when I am in the area. Andy and Sandy were so friendly, as were all the people who worked there. So I had an appointment at 6 today because I'm in a wedding tomorrow., and they don't close until 7 today. When I got there they were closed and had no sign sating why they closed early. As I was walking back to my car a few other people said they had an appointment too. We tried calling and no one was answering but we could see them in there with all the lights off. I have been to this place previously, and it was great! Super quick and did a great job. However this most recent time was not any of that. My best friends and I had an APPOINTMENT for 6:30 to get our nails done for her wedding, we even showed up 15 mins early, however, i was not seated to get anything done until 7:30. After i was finally started on, 3 of the other girls we were with were already going to go get their feet done. Leaving me and the other girl completely separated from the group. After doing my nails, they sit me down to do my feet, she was acting like she was in a rush and did not take the time to make sure the dead skin was off my feet. One of the other girls had 1 very crooked nail, and the bride had very uneven nails. I was not happy with anything that went on. The man ended up having an attitude with us because he thought only 3 were getting pedicures instead of all 5, which is what the appointment was down for.
