She just went to vacation for a whole 4months, and I couldn't find any better service than Lee, so i just left my nails like that n wait 'till she come back. The first thing that struck me was the strong smell. They really need better ventilation. I went in for a pedicure. The person doing my pedicure kept saying something in Vietnamese (to herself?) and when I would ask what she said because I wasn't sure what she was saying she would say "nothing". I don't usually come to this salon, I go to DA nails, and the differences were pretty obvious. Apple Nails took about half the time (30 minutes vs. an hour) and did a sloppy job. Even my husband said it looked messy. The manicurist didn't bother cleaning up around the nail I guess she didn't think I'd notice that she didn't do a top coat. She also clipped one of my big toe nails at a slant so one side is visibly lower than the other. I've never had that happen at any of my other pedicures ever. I tried this place out because it's another person's usual place and closer to me than DA nails. This just reinforced the fact that DA nails has stellar service. read more

I have been here several times while in town visiting family....they open early & the place is very clean. The staff is friendly & the prices are oh so low compared to salons where I live...walk-ins are welcomed. I am a mani & pedi gal- no fake nails for me so I cannot comment on those services...A-1 service for the basics and that's just fine with me!! read more

Worst experience ever for a pedicure. Pedicure maybe lasted 15 min the most. Didn't scrub feet and barely cleaned my toes. Will never go back. Overpriced for a crappy job. read more

I absolutely LOVE this spot!!!! The ladies are AMAZING. I go here for everything and I always come out looking beautiful. Ann does my nails and she always does a fantastic job. So if you are looking to get you're nails done I would definitely recommend her, I promise she will not disappoint you . My other favorite is Tina she does my eyebrows she has the magic touch for perfect eyebrows. Those are just my recommendations, but when you go in all the ladies are lovely and they all do a great job! So try this place they are very clean, friendly and they do a great job!!! read more

I always get my nails done in crazy designs the finish product was amazing and I'm very picky on how my nails are done only bad part was there was glue left on my skin and because of my crazy design I always had extra nail ladies around me watching which I found uncomfterable but id def go back because my designs turned out amazing and for only 47 bucks not my usual 60 but I toned down my design so I'll continue going back read more

I do not like leaving negative or even "meh" reviews, preferring to focus instead on great businesses of which I have done many. I have been to this salon many times; it's close, easy, fast, convenient. However, after today I have decided that's not enough and not worth it. I just had a pedicure done not long ago, so when I walked in, I told the gal that I only needed a quick redo. She was clearly disappointed/upset that I chose the least expensive pedicure. I asked her to please cut my nails very short. I had to have her redo them as they were not short at all and again, she seemed annoyed. Then, she did the fastest job I have ever had done, and when she was finished, she put my sandals on for me, and said "you are done". I climbed out of my chair and paid for the pedicure with cash and then had to chase after her to give her a tip which she snatched out of my hands and didn't even say "thank you". I made it home only to drop a shoe on my foot and yup, the polish was still so wet and clumpy that I now have a smashed job. Poor quality polish, rush job, rude manicurist, no time to dry as I was rushed out the door; I'm going somewhere else next time and taking my 3 girls with me. read more

I have been going to Apple Nail Salon in Cypress for over 8 years. I ALWAYS get the abosilute best service here. The staff and owner are always very accommodating and friendly. I received a gift card recently so I got a manicure/pedicure ....the lady did a half ass job on my nails, the lady at the front desk was watching All the customers as if she was a warden, when the lady massage my legs and feet it was short and hard...did not feel relaxing at all! I've been a customer of Apple Nails for about 5 years now, regularly every 2 weeks. I've had several treatments, but most common are the mani/pedi duo, and eyebrow waxing. All of the ladies that work there are accommodating, friendly, and pay close attention to detail. I recommend Lin, Jenny, Kim, Li, And Tina for manicures. Hannah, Heidi, Tina, Li and Vi for pedicures. Tina gives great facials, she does a terrific job deep cleaning your pores, and the entire experience is very relaxing. I came here with my friend a few weeks ago and was not satisfied. I had a Mani-Pedi and it was rushed. It was sloppy and the lady who did it for me was named Hannah. I don't recommend her at all! She was unfriendly and didn't care about how the finished result looked.It started chipping and flaking off the very next day,and was bumpy and gross-looking. The place was clean, though the employees were eating and talking with each other LOUDLY. Talk about annoying. The manager was not helpful and was not too friendly whatsoever. I had been a faithful customer from day one but things have changed, and not in a good way. I call ahead to make an appoinment and still have to wait 30 minutes or more. The prices have doubled and the attention to detail just isn't there anymore. The ladies all are nice enough but they pretty much only talk to each other and sometimes make you feel like they are talking about you or others on the salon. Am sorry to say that I have not been back and in fact have found a nicer, more reasonable, shop closer to my home. Too bad, they had such good stuff before. read more

so i was pretty far away from home and looked this place up, all the reviews seemed pretty good but as soon as i walk in ALL the chairs were taken, their nail polish selection was poor when the lady sat me down she was speaking in her language to all the girls and laughing and what it looked like getting mad because people were leaving. their cleanness was soooo poor. she used a dirty nail clipper and was filing my nail so wrong, when one of her regulars walked in she rushed and she finished my manicure so she can see her. poor service read more
