This is my go-to nail place when I'm down in Jersey which is at least several times a year. The loyalty program is a nice incentive to keep coming back, as is the friendly service and attention to detail. I've gotten both manis and pedis here (their jelly pedicure is amazing!) and they have always been great. Also, huge selection of colors -- dip, gel, and polish. I'm really giving them a 3.5 Star Review, but Yelp won't let me. lol. I had my second visit with them today, after recommendations from others. My first visit was great! I believe I had Heather the first time, but honestly,​ I cannot remember. My pedicure was fantastic and I tried dip nails for the first time & I was obsessed! It lasted over 4 weeks, so well worth the $35 price. However, I went back today & while I still had a great experience with the dip & the removal of the original dip color off my nails, I also felt like my nail tech did not like me. She did not ask me how I liked my nails shaped, so while the dip french looks amazing, my nails are shaped a little weird​ and make my fingers look fatter than they are. I will go back​ because they have done a great job both times & dip seems to last longer, I just hope my nails get shaped better next time. Also, they charge $5 to take the previous dip polish off, which was not instructed to me, until I went to pay, so keep that in mind. And they no longer take cards, so bring cash, unless you want to use their ATM machine​. read more

I was in town for business and asked a local for the best pedicure in town. They sent me to Apple Nails and recommended Rosie and neither disappointed! I made an appointment and had zero wait time. There was a huge selection of really great nail colors from all my favorite brands (OPI, Essie, Color Club to name a few). Rosie was incredibly thorough on my poor winter feet. Her pedicure was meticulous and my toes are perfectly spring ready now! I felt my services were definitely worth the $35. The spa was quiet and had easy to see big screen TVs throughout. I brought a book with me, and enjoyed reading during my pedicure. If I'm ever visiting this area again I will gladly return to Apple Nails! read more

Hi. My first time to Apple Nails and I was not impressed! The techs were speaking to one another and its uncomfortable. The pedicure was just ok and the dip set I got was not the color I had chosen. But was told "it looks good!" No intention correcting the color, poor customer service. The prices are high and there is no special treatment of any kind! The tip was checked before I got a "thank you" from the tech!!! I will not be going back. SO many salons to choose from. read more

This was my first time coming here & it was an okay experience. I got a regular pedicure & a full set gel manicure, which costed $70. The pedicure was very basic & extremely quick. Barely got my feet scrubbed. The heels of my feet are a bit cracked, but typically when it's scrubbed good, it feels real smooth like a baby's butt, however, my feet weren't that smooth at all after the pedicure. It felt almost like there wasn't any change. The tech did an alright job painting my toes. Honestly could of done a whole lot of a better pedicure at home by myself. Pedicure wise..... I wasn't the most pleased. For my manicure, I wanted coffin shaped nails, & i feel like my nails aren't very even. I feel like the tech was rushing the whole process. I told her to correct some of the nails & She attempted to, but it just wasn't working out I guess. The color I chose is a very neutral color, which I did like the color. They definitely need to buy new polishes though because I feel like with both colors I chose, they were both kinda dried out. Would I be coming back here? No. Would I recommend this place to others? No. Overall, it's not worth getting a pedicure here. & don't get complicated shapes. If you want your nails to come out good, probably just going for a regular square shape would be your best bet. Maybe even bring your own nail polishes too. read more

Let me start by saying I have never once in my 26 years of life returned to any establishment for a re-do service or even a minor touch up, nor have I ever left a negative review! I had a dip manicure done here yesterday - showed a photo of a sage green color - the woman chose the color for me as I could not find something on the swatches. If you have had a dip manicure you know that it is difficult to see the true color until it is completed and cured. I did not have time yesterday to sit for another hour yesterday to have the bright teal blue color changed. I returned today for a color change and was told I had to pay for an entire new service. The staff was not apologetic or understanding even when I told them I would normally live with an off color but I have an extremely important event next week. I much prefer to give my money to another salon with much better customer service to change with color. I will not return to this salon which is unfortunate as I was a repeat customer who traveled from out-of-state. read more

I went here two times. They do a good job with nails but I've been to better places for sure. The person who I think might be the owner which is the only male there tries to milk money out of you for no reason. The first time I went they upcharged me $3 for the dip powder because of the pandemic and there's not enough supplies which Ok fine I understood because every salon is doing that for the dip powder since they actually use nail polish remove and some supplies to remove it. But the second time I went I had to get the gel pedicure off my toes and they charged me $5 extra and tried to sneak it in at the end without telling me I asked why and he said Bc of the supplies but what supplies did they use to remove my gel pedicure ? They used a machine to remove the gel pedicure and nothing else they don't use nail polish remover or any type of supplies that would be raised in price because of the pandemic they literally use a machine that they have to buy one time only to remove the gel pedicure. I did not like that they didn't tell me about the charge and I had to ask and that the claim was because of shortage of supplies but they didn't even use any supplies to remove it. That pissed me off because it comes off sneaky and trying to take advantage of people Bc of the pandemic. It's not nice to do that. I wouldn't have been upset if they told me in advance and not tried to sneak the price in and not mention it when I had to pay after and I also wouldn't have been upset if the charge made sense. read more

Went here for the first time based on reviews and it definitely lived up to the hype. They do Dip color perfectly - not too thick! And shaped my nails exactly as I showed them with a photo. Also, very clean, as they line the pedicure tubs. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and they took their time to make sure the experience was perfectly. Never felt rushed! I received a refill & pedicure on 10/28/18. Total was $65 for both of these services, no designs, just gel on refill. Their pedicure was $35 for extra services that come regular at other salons. Later in the evening I felt my big toe bothering me & realized that the tech didn't even bother to check for ingrown nails. It slipped my mind to tell her to do so but I shouldn't have to tell someone how to do their job. Also, I understand some salons do things different but i wasn't even told to wash my hands (no soap of course) to remove all the nail dust that was still left on me. No clear gel coat is put on prior to nail color as some other salons do. Asides from this experience, the establishment is very nice, w/up to date colors/services & technology. read more

I went for a regular manicure and the technician kept making me feel bad for not choosing gel by telling me how bad a regular polish is and it won't last long at all. She used an old nail polish and they decided to throw it out after we used it on my nails. The polish was way too clumpy and she couldn't get it on evenly. Even after having to redo one nail 3 times and getting visibly frustrated, she still stuck with the same color polish even after I said we can switch to a different color. The owner was very nice but it was still a subpar manicure. My nails were also barely buffed and taken care of aside from the cuticles. Will not be going back here. read more

The lady who was doing my nails was terrible. All I asked for was for her to take the dip polish off my nails and she decided to rip them off of my nails and it hurt so bad. And I repeatedly told her that it was my real nail and she was ripping it off but she kept going. It was just terrible and they charged me 10 for it. If you can see this is my nails after she decides to rip off my nail polish instead of soaking off like she was supposed to. The picture isn't the greatest but the white lines can on my nails is showing where my nail was ripped off. And now my nails are extremely weak and keep breaking. read more

I never write reviews but I had to share my experience. I had a last minute event to go to and needed a pedicure. My nail salon I usually go to was fully booked since they're appointment based only so I decided to try Apple Nails Spa. Bad decision. Tools did not appear to be sanitized, my nail tech Nancy put my nail trimmings on the tops of my feet then brushed it off with her "bare" hands, scrubbed my feet and calves with the exfoliant and proceed to SCRATCH the exfoliant on my legs with her nails. Imagine when you're itchy and you scratch your leg, yeah that's what I experienced with someone else's hands. Also kept spraying alcohol which I thought was odd even after applying lotion. I'm sure there are nail techs who work there who do a phenomenal job, maybe she had an off day. I will not be returning in the future. Two stars for a nice ambience. read more

Great salon, super clean and neat inside. Huge selection of colors and they offer free water and soda during your appointment. I had a spa pedicure which I don't think was worth the $35. Unfortunately, it only included all of the things any regular salon would charge for a regular pedicure. The extra massage was nice and the technician was meticulous with her work which I loved. But the extra charge for callous removing which was just a scrub with a pumice stone was not worth the extra $10. I will definitely come back for a regular pedicure but remember that it will be extremely basic and quick. read more

I just moved to the area and was worried about finding a nail salon that offered dip manicures that were of good quality. I was a walk-in for a dip manicure and had no wait at all. The salon is clean and Nancy who did my nails was fantastic. She took her time and kept making sure I was happy with her work as she went. There is an ATM at the salon and they refund you the ATM fee which is awesome. Great salon, everyone was extremely nice and professional, will definitely continue to come back. read more

I don't have any gripes about the salon and I can say that I get in and out within an hour. I've been getting the dip manicure and love it! It lasts 3-4 weeks with shine. It is clean, the staff is friendly and they do a great job--nails and waxing. They are always packed but will do everything possible to get you in (and for those, unlike me, who are planners--they take reservations). i used to like this place, i even put up with some micro aggressions with some of the workers but i'm done with it. this place is disgustingly racist just like the rest of them. i was racially profiled in a salon full of white customers on my birthday. i was forced to pay for my services even before getting it done when i one else had to do so before. imagine how embarrassing that was for me with everyone watching comfortably getting their nails done. i will never spend another dime in this place. you guys make me sick! read more
