There was a slight hesitation, but I wanted to be sure everything was working properly before I walked out. All my questions were answered and I realized I needed a new adapter. We came in on a Saturday evening without an appointment and they were able to fit us in, diagnose our problem and help brainstorm some solutions. I almost always have good experiences here. Now I have to qualify that by saying that I'm an Apple fan so I'm probably biased. However I have always been able to get answers for my questions and the staff is usually very well trained to help me with whatever I need whether it's a damage device or to give me information about a new one. The Apple approach seems to be a distant cousin to the "have a magical day"approach of the Disney people. They certainly make it look magical when they have all these random people and Apple shirts just engaging people in an apparently random way. The battery on my phone needed to be replaced and I didn't want to take it just anywhere, so the Apple store at Partridge Creek was the only place I felt comfortable with. I made an appointment online for the Genius Bar for the next day. I was greeted upon arrival and they were right on time for helping me out..... no waiting at all. They start out by offering you a seat at the table while they run your phone through some diagnostics. After a thorough review of the phone, they affirmed that the battery needed to be replaced. Although my phone was out of warranty, the price for the battery was what I expected it to be. The repair only took an hour, which was just the right amount of time to have lunch and head back. The phone is performing like new and I couldn't be happier by their standards of customer assistance and the quick turnaround time that they offer. If you're ever in doubt as to where to take your phone or any Apple product, don't hesitate to take it straight to the Apple store. read more

Made an appointment for the Genius Bar. We arrived earlier than our appointment and we went in to see if they could take us in early, but they couldn't. They explained we were going to get seen closer to the appointment and to come back then. Not a problem at all and we went to kill time by walking the mall. We came back a few minutes before our appointment was due and we didn't have to wait at all. Someone came right away to help us out. Super-efficient and they run their appointments right on schedule. The nice guy that helped us explained the whole process for repairing. The store was not busy when we arrived the first time but the second time, we were there were a lot more people in the store. Clean store like any other Apple store. There were a lot of products displayed on the shelves. As usual the latest new toys are on display for the customer to play. Overall, I would come back to this store for any repairs or if I need to pick up a purchase order. read more

I scheduled a time to come in because my Apple IPad was not coming on. The sales person asked a couple questions, and said there is nothing they can do. They did not even inspect the IPad. Their only options they gave me were: Replace what I had for $249 or new IPad for $349. I took it elsewhere, where they said it's either the connecting socket or battery or both. They checked the socket, and it was fine, but found battery dead and needed to be replaced. I now saw that Apple replaces the batteries for $99. I just don't know why they did not offer me this option. I paid slightly more, but at least they were honest and told me the possible issues. I won't go to Partridge Apple Store anymore. read more

OK I admit I visited this store an uncertain gap of time ago :D But! An Apple Store is an Apple Store, right? They all have the same stuff and same placement of the merchandise, so in the end, when you visit you measure it by the size, service, and support you get when you visit. On size, this is one of the smaller Apple Stores I've been in. Thankfully it wasn't overly crowded. Because it doesn't take much for a tight squeeze in here. As far as the service and support go, this Apple Team is pretty good. I spent time talking to one of their employees and he certainly passed the test of both knowledge and care in talking. I enjoyed my experience on both visits and having this Apple Store is a plus for the Partridge Creek Mall. For me, I'm an Apple fan through and through. Just couldn't get used to that Android thing. But both have their purpose and let's remember, it's competition that has made them great. I always tell people when, for instance, you buy a cell phone, you're buying it for the operating system (OS). You can forget about all the bells and whistles that come along with smart phones. I've purchased a handful of iPhones here over the years. I've never had an issue ever buying phones. In fact, the best service I've received here has been with phone purchases. Service has been kind and welcoming in that regard. The reason for my 3 star review is the service I receive when I've been in to get my phone serviced. I've notoriously paid the money for Apple Care. I'm not the most graceful, so I always felt good buying it. After having my iPhone 7 for almost 2 years, I noticed some scratches on my screen. I'm a bit OCD and went in to get it serviced. Apparently my cracks/scratches weren't good enough for the associate to help me. He told me I should use my Apple Care for claims far more severe (I had only a month left with Apple Care.) I have bad anxiety and this man truly made me feel humiliated and like a problem. The associate selling my boyfriend a phone at the same time was a lot more understanding and considerate. I went in today to get my iPhone XR looked at for screen issues. I didn't buy Apple Care this time (why would I) and was willing to pay whatever it was to get it fixed. My boyfriend was also getting his phone looked at and we each checked into our appointments with no problem. We were told where to sit. A kind woman assisted my boyfriend and we were each under the impression she was there for both of our appointments. Nope. She walked away and helped someone else. We waited around for another 15 minutes and no one bothered assisting me. My boyfriend went in to get his phone looked at because he could no longer hear when making calls. A handful of diagnostic tests later and they said they'd have to replace the screen for $149 for it to be fixed. He left because he wasn't willing to pay that amount. Turns out the phone is now working better than before after the visit AND he didn't have to pay anything! Sometimes I feel like they're trying to scam you for all your money. First- Check in at the front. IF there is a staff member paying attention otherwise the security guard who actually pays attention will alert you to the fact you must "check in" first. So the staff realized we exist and said you "have to" make an appointment. The staff member took our information down, and told us to come back at 12:15 pm. So we walked around the mall and then walked back for 'our appointment' time. We got "checked in" for our appointment AND then waited again for about 15 minutes. I got sick of waiting. Customers have to wait for an "appointment" and then just get ignored when the show up. This particular Apple store needs to greatly work on customer service. The young lady there took a look at it and told us she could fix it right then but there was a chance of losing the photos and videos. She told us to take the phone home back up everything and make an appointment for the following day. So we came in the next day and a young guy took care of us told us it would be an hour to fix, 45 minutes later he came out and the phone was fixed. So we were pleased with the results. read more

I came here to purchase the Apple AirPods. I did not know much about this product, and I had many questions about it. The Apple representative that helped me was Joe. He was extremely patient with me and all of my questions. After about ten minutes of him helping me, I was confident in purchasing the AirPods, and I was happy with my purchase. After the transaction for the AirPods was completed, I was interested in gathering more information for my next purchase for a new computer. I explained to Joe that I currently have the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and the one thing that is important to me if I am to switch is the vision accessibility features offered by Apple. I rely heavily on vision accessibility tools due to my low vision. Joe was unaware if the MacBook or iPod offered vision accessibility; however, he took the time to find out if either products did and how to access them. He then showed me how to do it on both and I was able to play around with it to get a feel for it. I did not commit to any purchase for the MacBook or iPod (mainly because I need to do more research on what will best fit my needs). I was extremely grateful and pleased with the customer service I received from my visit to Apple. Long story short, my iPhoneX has one of the faulty screens (which is extremely common on the iPhone X). I called APPLE SUPPORT, and they told me that I could still claim the warranty for a free screen control module. So I scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving, I was informed that the warranty program is no longer active. Such garbage, i wasted 3 hours of my day driving in traffic. APPLE YOU NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER. Your "Apple support" and store employees shouldn't be giving out false and contradicting information. You'd think, that a company as established and wealthy as APPLE would have a better system between the support team and the physical store. You also shouldn't be selling faulty products to maximize profits!!! Also, I asked the employee, if my screen starts malfunctioning after I pay 270$ for a new one, what's the warranty? And it's only 90 DAYS!!!! So hypothetically, if your phone starts acting up due to a manufacturers flaw, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. Such a scam. I've literally owned iPhones since the iPhone 3 came out. I went in because the display on my 2017 Macbook Pro was not working. The worker talked to me for maybe 5 minutes, telling me more things were broken (they weren't) and that it was only worth $180 (when they're actually selling for $800 online). Then proceeded to try and sell me a new one. They were no help, and I could tell they just wanted the commission. If you need an Apple device repaired, I recommend any other device repair store. I went in 2 days ago and had the worst experience I've ever had at a retail store and went in to return an item today because I couldn't justify buying something from someone who would treat a customer so awful and Micheal immediately helped me return my item and got me directly to Tina, "the best manager ever" (which is quite true)!!! I have been to the Apple Store a couple times in the past week. The first time my sister came to purchase a new iPhone 7. Awesome service and the guy that helped us was really helpful and able to answer all of our questions. The store was dead on Halloween and we were able to get in and out of the store in only a few short minutes. On Monday my friend and I came here because her sons replacement iPhone from Sprint was no longer working after only having the phone a month. We didn't have an appointment and we knew there would be a wait. The wait was only 45 minutes and it didn't seem to take long at all. Whitney assisted us and she was wonderful! She tried her best to get the phone to work and even ran several diagnosis test and tried several ways to get the phone to work. Nothing did the trick but since the replacement phone was within a year she was able to get him a new phone. When you get a phone from your insurance carrier, it's refurbished. When you get a replacement from Apple, it's a brand new phone. I will definitely be back again to get my MacBook fixed. read more

I had an appointment and the screen repair should've taken an hour. Showed up 80 min after dropping it off and proceeded to wait an additional 10 min after I was informally checked in by someone at the front. Only after I flagged down an associate was I added to the system, who admitted she had heard my check in 10 min earlier along with the techies in the back. This may seem trivial to most, but for those that rely on their phone for business in the middle of the day, it's a huge business continuity issue. At the end of the transaction, the associate had the audacity to ask, "So, what did you learn today?" Then began to say "Next time you should get Apple Care." As a matter of fact, I upgrade my phone every year and this is the first broken screen I've had since the iPhone 4. If you knew anything about Apple Care, it's only worth it if you're on two-year upgrade cycles and break your screen more than once. I do not appreciate the condescension or ridicule after spending $300 to fix a screen. Fast forward to a day later. Realize a hexagonal screw is loose on the phone from the repair. I do not appreciate Apple wasting my time. Considering purchasing a screwdriver myself at this point. I expect more from a company like Apple, especially when my phone is required for business. I'll be servicing in Chicago, where I currently live, here on out. Steer clear of this location. read more
