i have appointments already! they text me for watting about from 1h30 mins to 2hours (not to exactly time). when i receive message ( we almost ready for you)..i stay very close the apple store and late 14 mins because cannot find the paking lot..when i appear they let me know I am late and have to wait because 6 customers before me..and i waited..35 mins later i ask him again..he answered "4 client before me" i dont know why i am late 14 mins and 6 customers before me and i am waitting 35 mins more not my turns (you can compare 14 mins late and 6 customer before and waitting 35mins they just resolve 2 customers) read more

I went here on Tuesday, March 16, 2019 to exchange a defective Lightning to USB cable which I purchased 4 months ago in November under a 1-year warranty. So I showed them the cable and the receipt and they refused to exchange it claiming I physically damaged it! I argued with the guy so then he offered to sell me a new one for $16. When I went to pay for it he changed the price to $26 plus tax! I didn't buy anything and will never come back here again. I went to another Apple Store and they exchanged my cable right away for free without any hassle! The Temecula Apple Store has horrible customer service and don't expect them to honor your warranty so they can save money. Be warned! read more

Replaced my iPhone 4S battery which was not holding a very good charge after only about a year or so. Good thing for Apple Care they ran a diagnostics check and determined the battery was not meeting charge specifications. Only downside is I gave them my old battery at 75% and get a new one with only 33%. Oh well! read more

I think most of the employees here are not trained very well. The few employees that helped me were just going through their sales pitch, and were not knowledgeable at all. A man named Terrence is who assisted me, but never suggested a better device that would be more suitable for me. He seemed like he didn't care at all, and he seemed impatient. Another customer who happened to hear our convo intervened, and suggested a better product. I went with the customers suggestion. I'm annoyed that I was about to be sold something that wasn't conducive for me. I've also had issues with their team that works on the computers when they break down. Mine broke down, and none of their technicians could fix it. I gave it to a friend, who does not work for apple, and he managed to make it working again. What the heck? Do Apple's employees even know how to work on a computer? Apparently not. As you can tell, I'm not happy with their service at all. read more

I have the Apple iPhone 10 which is supposed to be water resistant up to 3 feet. The phone fell in 2 inches of water and I immediately pulled it out and dried it. I thought nothing of it because of the "water resistance" that the phone is advertised to have. Two hours later I went to take pictures and they were a bit murky. Then a few hours more and the phone would not turn on. We went to the Apple store to get some help from an associate beings how the phone is only 6 months old. I explained the situation and was told there is nothing they could do. The phone is not covered under warranty. The associate even stated she wished they didn't advertise the phone as water resistant because of these types of issues which she sees happen all of the time. Honestly, I feel betrayed by the lack of customer service by Apple. You have made a faulty product and do not stand by your advertising. Everyone in my family of 6 has an iPhone as well as a few iPads and 2 apple watches. I have lost complete confidence in Apple products and service. read more

I came here to pickup my new iPhone 5 I ordered online for in-store pickup the next day. When I arrived, I found someone, and went and brought my shiny new iPhone out of the back. The entire process took less then 20 minutes and I was on my way. The store was practically empty at Noon on a Wednesday. I was never offered the apple care plan when I spent almost 1000.00 there. Silly me thought I had a warranty just because I purchased it directly. Nice story, good product layout. Repair service, not the best. When one looks up the store, it provides s number that routes one to a service center, not the store. I wanted to revise an appointment for an iPhone , and never got connected to the store. The service center said they would ( try) to call the store on my behalf . I asked if the can check the repair queue , and send a message . Assuming , a repair staff person would check it for updates in a timely manor. It's 2016, but apple has no such system . Why, good question . I'm told that they have spoken to the repair department and they will address it when I arrive. Do , why do I waste my time on the phone with these idiots ? I saw the repair person and the phone was repaired, screen replaced, in 2 hours. Ultimately , the iPhone was as good as new. In the store, all their communication is done on iPads, nothing written down. I can't understand why they do not incorporate that same type of communication to the customer? Have a queue at the individual store, that customers can email or text with their issues . Have the service department monitor and respond to resolve issues or make appointments. One does not need to be routed to another state , so that person can contact the local store on the customers behalf . read more

I took my daughter into the store to purchase the first "iProduct" for our family. She wanted a 32 GB iTouch. We walked in and we walked to the "iTouch table" so she could show me what it was exactly that she wanted. Go figure, we walked past about 6 employees and no one said anything. At the table, they had an iPad to show you the features that the attached iTouch has. Also a nice little button so someone could help you if you had questions. I touched the button and "bam" I was the 1st customer in line. I figured, as I scanned around the store, that one of the 5 employees standing by the front door not doing anything would rush up to help answer my questions. I waitted 5 minutes, 5 turned into 10, ten turned into 15........... What the hell?? I was the next customer according to the damn iPad in front of me. The 5 employees were still by the front door chatting away. Finally, in order to avoids any embarrasing moments, my son went up and asked one of them for help. Thank you young man with the blond "Glee" hair (perfect parted on the side) for helping us out. You made a sale when I was getting ready to walk out. I hope that next time we go in, we plan to buy a MacBook, that we get better service. Nothing is more annoying that having awesome products and crappy service. All in all, my daughter is loving this iTouch so, you get 2 stars instead of the one I was planning on giving you. read more

I've come in at two different times with very broken iPhones. Both times I got excellent, fast service. And if a problem or issue came along it was quickly fixed. Today the Genius Bar coordinator told us 45 minutes rather than the actual 15. I had waited for the text message but never received one so I waited for 2 hours and eventually went back to the store to ask how much longer. The new coordinator had realized the mistake, immediately got us seated and I met with an Apple tech. within 5 minutes. I had major water damage to my phone, they replaced it for a very low price due to the circumstances. It was great service, and a great price for a poor college student like myself. My husband and I had an appointment today at 1:30. We walk in and check in and we are seen prolly like ten minutes later. We get up to the Genius Bar and sit down and the young gentleman asked us what was wrong with my phone. Well we tell him that the phone I had, our son threw it in the toilet and then sprint told me to contact my insurance and they'll send us a new one. So I received the new (refurbished) phone and I only had about five pictures on it and then it would tell me storage almost full and it wasn't charging that well and so on and so fourth. The guy told us that since it was a refurbished phone there was nothing he could do because on refurbished phones they use other products besides apple. He says let me just go in the back and double check. He comes back out and tells us I have some good news guys it doesn't tell me whether or not the phone is or is not refurbished so I can work on it.. We say awesome!! So he does a couple tests on it, but before he could do that he has to delete some storage in order to run the Tests. He said my I love Lucy was taking up a lot of room and that was why. I said I just downloaded that to go to Reno so it was saying that storage full before I deleted it. He goes oh ok. He then says since you guys have been so honest I'm going to go ahead and give you a brand new phone. I was so unbelievably happy with my experience here and with the associate (pretty sure his name was Martin.) I wish every person was like this!! Thank you again!! read more

Today I had two friends, senior ladies, tell a group of us how rude the service was at the Temecula Apple Store. One of my friends is 86 years old. There is no reason why she should have walked out of that store crying because a young clerk with long nails was rude. My friend had just purchased a new Iphone the previous Saturday and needed some help. To talk rudely and impolite to any elder person is inexcusable and could be considered Elder Abuse. Another friend at the same table had an appointment, was 30 minutes early and was told she could not check in any earlier than 20 minutes before the appointment. She waited and at the correct time a guy came out from the back room to wait on her and he WREAKED of marijuana. Really????? Sounds to me like the Temecula Apple Store employees need some CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES!! Perhaps an entirely NEW staff!!! I would not recommend that anyone purchase anything from this establishment! Go to your local Wireless company. From what I see from other review, the STORE DEFINITELY HAS ISSUES. read more

Just rushed into Apple and a HUGE thank you to Derrick and Martin. Derrick was able to force restart my device and Martin was very quick and acknowledgeable to all of our questions and fixed our phone with no problem. The wait time was maybe five minutes and there were no hassles as far as conversation, concerns, and fixing the problem. I never liked this Apple location but thank goodness for Martin who completely changed my mind about this location. my iphone X stopped turning on because of a hardware malfunction, I got it 2 months ago from verizon. Thankfully when I took it in, they let me do a walk in appointment and they noticed the fault and quickly handed me an entirely new iphone X without any issues, the apple care came in clutch. read more

Shortly after the new iPhones were announced I went into an Apple store to get more details about the different models. I had done some research online and knew that the screen on the iPhone X was much bigger than the iPhone 8 Plus... I'm not a fan of larger phones and assumed that the iPhone X was a large phone. As I was speaking to the Apple sales representative I explained that even though the iPhone X sounded like it would meet my needs it was just too large for me to comfortably use. The sales person never corrected me or educated me that the iPhone X is smaller than the iPhone Plus and only slightly bigger than the iPhone 8. Based on the information the sales person gave me I decided to purchase the iPhone 8. After seeing the iPhone X and realized that the sales person mislead me, I went into the same store and spoke to a manager to explain the issue and assumed he would aknowledge the mistake made by the sales rep and allow me to exchange my phone, that was not the case. Since the in-store location was not willing to help I reached out to the customer service line, they explained that a manger could offer an exception to the exchange policy to rectify the issue. I went back to the store to speak to the general manager, he was not available so they gave my his business card. I then reached out to the general manager and received no response. It seems unfair that I went into a store so that an Apple expert could help me find the best phone to fit my needs and was mislead about their products then didn't receive any assistance from the manager or general manager. Now I'm stuck with a subpar device for the next 2 years. I hate to leave a review like this since I've been an avid Apple supporter for several years and own every Apple device manufactured. I've been happy with the products and service up to this point. read more

My teenage son had a battery issue with his I phone 5. I talked to the manager Gary and he set up an appointment the same day. When my son arrived they helped him quickly and even talked to him before his appt. As a parent you worry your children may get scammed or get taken advantage of. Gary and his staff were very professional and handled the problem quickly. The battery was not fixable, so they stepped up and replaced the phone. I would recommend this store to anyone.
