Was told today that they do not accept walk-ins for customer support regarding a broken Mac book. I feel like that's sort of the epitome of terrible customer service. I purchased a laptop not even 8months ago and the thing doesn't work. The fact that I can count on 2 hands the number of times I've actually used this product and that it's now broken speaks volumes to the quality of the product. But I digress. I guess I just assumed that as a retailer you would do whatever you could to rectify the situation and appease a dissatisfied customer. Not make the customer rearrange their schedules and personal lives because you apparently never have any appointments available before 4pm. I had a Genius Bar appointment (that I made online - so painless and saved a wait in store). I was greeted right upon entering the store and taken up to the bar. Within a couple of minutes (and 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment) I was seen. I am sorry, I am so horrible with remembering names, but the gentleman that helped me was amazing! My MacBook is out of warranty, so I was prepared for a hefty repair cost. He found two recalls that while unrelated to my problem, take care of my problem (if that makes any sense) at NO COST! I have come to this location several times for a few different products and have ALWAYS had a positive experience! read more

Had an appointment to get my iPhone 4s fixed as it kept crashing and was unusable but missed my check in time by one minute because no one was available to check me in and cant check in on my phone like the guy said because well ITS BROKE! I was told to make another appointment for another day even though my phone does not work!so now I have to be without a phone and make another drive out to the mall and hope to be able to get someone to check me in so they don't skip me again. I came in today, with an appointment, to get my phones battery replaced. My appointment was at 12, so I showed up at 11:40. I was told they would not check me in until 12. Frustrated, I walked around the mall and returned at 12, only to be told to wait because there were 6 people in front of me... because I was there with my infant daughter, I didn't have time to wait for the six people in front of me to get served before my appointment time.. Hence why I showed up at 11:40!! I had other obligations in the area and told them to put me on the call list, hoping a slot would open up while I was still in the area. The technician told me it could be up to a 2.5 hour wait before I recover a call or text. That was six hours ago, and needless to say, I'm at home, now even further frustrated because I NEVER received a call or text. I have always been a loyal iPhone user and have never experienced such terrible customer service! I was planning to replace my battery, but after this afternoon I'm thinking I need to replace my phone.. to a galaxy note. read more

This was a very pleasant Apple Store experience and I have been to several different ones many times. We were greeted promptly and the young man who helped us was friendly and accommodating. My toddler was acting up a bit and he didn't seem to mind at all. He made our transaction easy and quick and not at all hesitant to come back for lessons or Genius Bar consultation. Took my MBP in because it got locked out with a code. I had no idea how it happened so I made an appointment with the Genius Bar to have a diagnosis check. I took my laptop and original receipt of purchase with me. The employee checked my laptop and told me he could fix it. With no charge!! Awesome! I was relived. He took my info and receipt and gave me a time line of one week. I signed and went on my way. 6 days go by and I get a call saying my computer is ready and fixed. Came in yesterday to see if I was eligible for an iPhone upgrade. Chris was able to help us and I'm so glad he did! Not only was he knowledgable with apple products, he was just an all around personable kind of dude. He was able to get us on the road with getting the iPhone set up, to installing the privacy glass on my iPhone. So glad for people like him willing to exceed customer's expectations! read more

I walked into apple with money in my pocket ready to purchase an iPad as soon as they opened. I was very tired, I worked the night before until 330am and it was my girlfriends birthday. A young man with a beanie and gold chain abruptly stopped me, he took all of my information down and then processed to tell me I have to come back in three hours. He made the process seem so complicated, like I was incompetent for bringing cash into a store and knowing exactly what I want to purchase, then he disappeared into the back of the store. No problem I thought , he is clearly back there trying to get an iPad for me. Then ten minutes later I turn around and he's helping someone else behind me. Thank goodness mike was there, he walked by me twice in that ten minute span and polity asked me if I needed anything. The second time he reassured me he could help me with anything I need , I jumped on the opportunity.He not only got me everything I needed in less then 5 minutes, but he put the perfect package together for me and even recommended the perfect restaurant to take my girlfriend to that night. It went from the worst customer service to the best customer service I have had in 2021. He made me realize I need one for myself as well , so I will be returning because of him. We have been shopping here for the past 3 years and have not had any issues. Recently I tried to purchase an apple watch series 2 and after completing my purchase was told that it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Why would I come into an apple store to order something that is going to take 3 weeks to arrive. The convenience of being able to purchase the item at the store was completing lost in this transaction. You would think the store would keep its products stocked and on hand for purchase. I wasted a trip to the store, and would have just ordered it myself online at my house had I known this up front after arriving to the store and requesting to purchase an apple watch. read more

I went into the this store on 12/07/2106 for a warranty / replacement issue and was met at the door by an employee named "Lou". He has got to be the rudest and most unprofessional employee this store has. This store has been known for almost a decade to have poor customer service and second rate genius support. Many of these stores employees have left over the years to get away from the store being a dumping grounds for troubled employees. I no longer visit this store and make the 1 hour drive to Victoria Gardens where again, some of this stores employees have moved on to get away from the unprofessional atmosphere of this store. So beware of visiting this store as you should expect to be treated poorly or just flat out ignored as others have commented. read more

Sorry. Apple used to hire good folks who wanted to help. I have now been moved thru four "seats" for my appointment which was 1/2 hour ago. No one has even asked me what the issue is. (Charging socket broken). I would rate this as very poor service 10 minutes later. Still no one. My appointment was almost 45 minutes ago. I made an appointment to get my phone looked at. I spent over 20 mins to find the place. I tried to call the store, but the automated machine wouldn't let me talk to a person for over 10 mins. When I get there they had cancelled my appointment and then said well it was cancelled but we could see you in about an hr. I am never going back to this location again. The coolest products with the worst support... Seems to be Apples motto. Love that we have an Apple store here in Temecula but each time I've gone in there's been issues.... First time made an appointment for a problem with my brand new 3G iphone battery. They lost my appointment time and actually accused me of making up the appointment! I ended up having to wait over 1 hr to talk to someone while I watched the employees chat it up with their friends and each other. Finally talked to some kid who refused to exchange the BRAND NEW phone for me while explaining to me Apple has had problem with THEIR software??? These people are condescending and rude and have no concept of good customer service... But for now I am sad to say I am a slave to to the products so I guess I am screwed! read more

Apparently walk-ins are more important than appointments. I guess that makes a lot of sense? Customer service can be worked on starting from the front to the person that checks you in (can't really say much about the Genius Bar since I didn't make it there). Really don't appreciate getting told that I'd be seen even being a few minutes late, then being told to reschedule because I was completely taken off the list. So their recommendation was to reschedule or walk in at "not-so-busy" times of the day...yea thanks for solving the problem Apple. Great help. read more

My iPhone kept shutting off and I really was hesitant to even deal with the Apple Store in Temecula, but I was pleasantly surprised. As I entered the store, I was greeted by a store employee, and then directed to another employee who who ready to help me check in to the Genius Bar. I am so glad I made an appointment on-line. I definitely recommend you making an appointment in advance because without one you may wait a long time or be asked to schedule and appointment and have to come back. I wish I had the name of the guy that helped me, but I was really impressed with his customer service skills and how fast the service was. All of the employees looked happy and very helpful to all the surrounding people. The best part is they were able to fix my phone for me! I am a HAPPY customer! read more

Very clean store and the moment I walked in I was greeted by someone to take down my reason for coming in. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was they would not replace my send battery on this iPhone five because he had a crack on the screen. I do understand that it's our fault the screen was cracked but it's not our fault that there's a recall on the battery. Normally I'm not one to complain but unfortunately today I went in looking forward to upgrading my IPhone to the Xs Max; but to begin with i went in and wasn't even greeted, I waited around the phone area for about good 10-15 mins and was not approached. I'd understand if the store was busy or short staffed but I saw employees walking around. I obviously don't know whether or not they were actually busy but still feel disappointed I wasn't able to achieve something as simple as what i wanted to do. read more
