Beware of Apple products!!! After 15 months, my iphone 5 stopped working for no reason. Apple couldnt fix it but for $249 theyd sell me a new one. that said, did you know if your iPhone dies and you do not replace it with another iPhone, there is no easy way to get your iCloud "back up"? Apple said they cannot download it to an ipad without wiping the ipad. To wipe the ipad, I'd first have to upload all that data to the cloud which would require me to buy more storage space FROM Apple.... I was seen very fast with my appointment. They told me my replacement would be in within 2 days or so, but it was worth the hour drive to get my iPad replaced, my iPhone 6+ camera fixed and battery replaced as well. Apple didn't have to replace my iPad and fix my camera as I was beyond my warranty......but I was persistent. Though I had to be persistent, they knew I spend slot in apple products and wanted to keep me as a customer and they did the right thing. My biggest pet peeve is proper customer service, and they did great by me! Thank you Apple. read more

My recent visit to the Rockaway store was proven with apple rep lies. I was told by a salesperson that my iPhone 5 was in the class of phones still covered by a warranty due to a faulty switch and I could receive a free replacement. I was asked to sign into the technical department of the store and my wait time was about 35 minutes. After waiting I was met by Mike from technical support who advised that in order to get my free phone I was required to pay $269. Obviously this was not what their sales team informed and when I inquired I was told the salesman was in the back and would not come out since he was off the clock. I asked for his name and was denied the information. Shame on you apple employees. All you seem to be good for is standing around like a bunch of lost blueberrys. I am now writing and filing a formal complaint with Apple Store Operations in Cupertino. read more

What happen when a company with good reputation decide to hire a bunch of idiots, dress lake a homeless, and with out a sense of customer service? They loose customers. I went today with the intention of buying a macpro desktop or perhaps a laptop even do that I have a advance pc but I want a mac, I walk around and try and look for the varies differences between them before make a decision; I was there for about half an hour and nobody I repeat nobody even ask me if they can help me, so I decided that I will give my money to someone else, I ask for the manager and they point me to the guy who was near me doing nothing for long time and never ask me anything, so I told this other idiot this history and he didn't say anything at all, no apologies, or perhaps I can help you...nothing, cero, nada, so if you looking for a mac stay away from this store, they are a bunch of idiots that look like homeless, what a shame, they need a real manager in there someone that at least has a degree in Business Administration read more

Arrogance beyond belief!! Had an apt and was late due to rain. Waited another 1/2 hr. Needed to get a diagnosis on phone and needed it updated. They did nothing after two hours, but argue with me and told me things I already knew and told them! WASTE OF TIME. I explain my normal data use. Needed to find out why I was using so much data on this phone AND I WAS TOLD IM USING MY DATA. Here I thought they were intelligent people who worked there. Man was I mislead! They never checked any of my issues out and told me a bunch of BS. The only thing I learned there was how badly they suffer from the horrible faux Einsteins syndrome. Too bad they lost a few grand from me as well because I was set and ready to spend a few grand on a computer. Better luck next time and thanks for wasting my time! read more

I have been a customer for many years with Apple and have purchased multiple products. Never have I received such a rude and arrogant associate such as Nick. First, when my husband asked for his assistance in picking up a laptop we had purchased online, he directed us to someone in repairs. No interest in helping us at all even though he was walking around asking other people if they needed help. When the associate was finally able to help up 30 mins later she said she could not help us and directed us back to Nick. He notified us the laptop we ordered was being shipped to us although we received and email stating we could pick up our item in store. Turns out it was our mistake and that is fine. We let him know that we needed to cancel the order and repurchase because we were purchasing the laptop as a gift for our son's birthday which is today. He proceeded to talk down to my husband and myself as we were some sort or morons and never offered to help us with our purchase. He then went off to another customer instead of helping us out. I will not be visiting this location ever again. read more

I brought my laptop in when I dropped it and broke the fan. It was fixed quickly. They also replaced my ipod nano when it didn't work. They know what they're talking about and they are good at what they do. read more

I was interested in changing over to apple. The guy had a nice sales pitch and so I was interested. I bought a mac book pro and they told me the wife could come in anytime to have them help her. So she showed up and they tell her she needs an appointment's and all the times are bad for anyone with a job or kids. Sad service for a company that sells on service. Far from happy. read more
