I came with my family and traded in our phone and numbers from T-mobile to AT&T. This is a corporate store. They promised us to pay the cost of new phones through a monthly credit back to us. They also told us that they will pay our traded phone off to T-Mobile. We owed about $200 on each phone. Also we signed up for premium line so we Will be able to use at&t in Brazil for free since they have Promotion for 21 country in south America, there will be no charge if signed up on premium lines. One year later, we found out that the traded phones were not paid off with T-mobiles and they put a Collection on our credit! Their 21 south American country is not working and we were not able to use our phone in Brazil. We called so many times to AT&T while in Brazil and they tried everything and still no luck! We could not even call each other while in Brazil. On top of it, they charged roaming fees as well. The credit that they promised for the new iPhone that we purchased , was not applied and we ended up with huge bill. This whole thing is a scam on a major scale!!! read more

ZERO Star This review is based on service, or lack thereof, after SEVERAL visits in the official AT&T store at the Falls this year. The first time I visited was years ago when they just opened, the service was excellent which I was not surprised considering the location and the clientele. Well fast-forward to May 2018, I realized those days were long gone. I came to ask for some assistance in to adding a new line to my account. Thinking I was being proactive, I did it online before I came. Right away, I was asked to call the 1800 number to check the status. I couldn't hide my "but I'm already here at the AT&T store" face and so he said because he can't see it in his computer. So I decided I will be patient and wait, grab dinner and come back to check on the status. An hour later, he was still unable to get me some answers. Which sucks because I could not purchase a new phone without adding that new line and so my mom's mother's day present plans was a total bust! Today, I visited the store again in hopes that I can unlock an old iphone. I haven't been in the store for more than a minute, and the same guy from my MAY visit told me that I have to do it online. So naturally, my "but I'm already here at the AT&T store" face presented itself. But, I told myself, no worries, I'll just log-on to Att.com/unlockdevice on my phone while infront of him so that he can walk me through should I get stuck. And ofcourse he said that it appears that the mobile website is not working. So I drive back home at 33033, because this store is nowhere near where I live nor work. I log on to the website just for it to reject IME# I have on the cover of this old iphone5. So now I am upset. And as you can see, I have given this store several chances to show a little effort, a small courtesy, some empathy, I don't know some signs of life. I've only been a customer for over 20 yearts. I mean what is the purpose of this AT&T store? I guess it is exactly what it is, a STORE. "An establishment selling items to the public." Where they greet you with a smile, and have a pretentious display of wanting to help while calculatingly forcing a sale. And once you stand firm on not falling for their trap, you are treated like as if you are wasting their time. And since good customer service is free, this store is clearly not the place for it. This store has become a wanna-be Apple store with their techy bar tables, fancy lights and contemporary sofas. And honestly, I have all apple devices and yet I don't go near that Apple store because of obvious reasons. And yet AT&T is becoming so much worse because NO ONE is in the actual store! Ever. And yet with each visit I get nothing resolved. Nothing. What a joke. You know what else is a joke? Is that AT&T slogan: "MORE FOR YOUR THING. THAT'S OUR THING." Yeah right. I wish the Disney Store was back. And oh, I received better advice from the people at Doctor Wireless a few steps away. read more

The first time I came here I received excellent customer service. This time I was totally ignored until I finally asked if there was a sign in sheet. Then a lady greeted me nicely only to have another lady interrupt her to ask for my name to tell me that there are two people in front of me. We just came from the AT&T store at Dadeland & the service was so much better there. The store isn't even crowded. Don't come here. Go to another store. Cant get anyone on the phone nor via e mail to set up an appointment. Charged me $80 for a new battery and phone battery still no good

I came here just wanting to upgrade my daughter's phone from an iPhone 5 to a 7, as a surprise college graduation gift. I sought out this store because it is a "company" store, as opposed to a "franchise" store. This is the closest store to my home and I'd thought I'd receive professional service. Sadly, that proved to be wrong. We were met at the front door and immediately referred to a salesman (who'll remain nameless). I very calmly and politely stated all I wanted was a phone upgrade. Despite this, he constantly tried in an awkward and persistent way to upsell me on a tablet, DirecTV, and a bluetooth speaker. After I declined each attempt at the upsell, he developed a sarcastic attitude. He begrudgingly transferred data between the phones and installed the screen cover and case for the phone which I bought at HIS store at too high a price, I'm sure. Additionally, he was very hard to understand, and had a poor command of the English language. He took a personal phone call while I was trying to go over something with him. Lastly, I found out later that he had assigned a mobile insurance policy to the phone, after I expressly declined it verbally and in writing, as I already have an existing multipack policy which he was aware of. This was a horrible shopping experience that ruined the joy of presenting my daughter with a gift. It was several years ago, but I received much better service at the Kendall Drive/SW 107 Ave. company store. I definitely would NOT recommend this branch at The Falls. read more

About a month ago I went in to replace my phone that jumped off my boat while fishing. The bureaucracy of AT&T is beyond frustrating, but an associate there made a commitment to me leaving that store happy. Juan went above and beyond in making sure I walked out with an operational phone. If I had a job opening I would have offered him a position right there. A true team player focused on customer engagement. He should be leading trainings. read more

Despite all the negative reviews that I see here this store is a place where I feel they care. I have been here several times and no problems, nothing is perfect but overall comparing with other stores in this business they get my 5 stars. I'm not going to pin point like others do here and be thankful that still we have stores in this "self service world" our big corporations had created. read more

My mom and dad, both senior citizens, went to the store to buy two iPhones. The sales clerk was uppity, curt, aggressive, and extremely condescending. He also claimed they did not have these phones in stock and would have to pay upfront and wait 15 days to receive the phones in the mail. Meanwhile, BestBuy in Pinecrest has them in stock and they are professional. Guess where we're going to now. This store is a disgrace to the ATT brand. read more
