The store is selling product that have missing items on the phone itself. And when notice of the item missing, Apple staff states and imply the buyer caused the issue of the missing item and then stating that the buyer did a physical damage to the item or phone. They should never imply to the customer that. I've gotten the phone only 12 days ago when notice this missing phone mesh on the phone. I've have gotten into the store just to be insulted by them stating that I caused the damage and they won't replace my phone with my camera issue that is going on also. I have gotten on the phone with Apple staff to fix things on the phone so that I can get a replacement, made the appointment to come in and do ers it Express replacement service and they won't do it in store. They told me that the supervisor who help me on the phone was misinformed. So another dead in. Please check your device before you leave the shop as they won't let your return anything that I is missing and will imply that you did it so that can charge you $29.99 for the Apple service. read more

If only first dates could be like visits to this Apple store, ok wait let me rephrase that, if only first dates were like visits to the Apple store at The Falls, In other words, pleasant, endearing, simple, and better than expected. I awoke Saturday morning at 7am and by 7:30am I had two set appointments at this Apple Store, via the app on my phone. Yes, there's an app for that. My first appt was at 9am and I was quickly allowed in the otherwise closed store. Being one of about five guests inside an Apple Store is better than being a kid in a candy store. Chuck, was the genius assigned to me. I explained the issues, we ran one test, and then made a mutual decision to give me a new phone. Quick, painless, helpful. He understood, that given the problems I was experiencing it was better to sub out the phone since it was clearly not functioning. Now, it was time for a case for the new iPhone, enter Jonathan. I had picked out a simple case but as I forked over some cash, I asked him to take the case out and once I saw it on I was clearly disappointed. Noticing, the visible (I don't hide things well) mix of confusion and mild set-back sadness, he asked me if I'd like to see his favorite case. Yes and yes! He then led me over to the wall and chose a very pretty pink case that was perfect in every way with a hard exterior, and soft easy-to-remove interior. I left skipping around like a little kid and made a mental note to return for the 3pm iMovie, holidays class. At 3pm I was back and met with Johnny, no one else showed up so it was a 1:1 (SCORE) and he taught me the basics while we discussed 500 Days of Summer, my disappointment in his affection for Zoey D (don't look at me like that! do you like her, too? then I'm also nodding my head no to you. seriously?! she's annoying, true story) our mutual love for Star Wars, recent concerts in Miami (Go Phoenix!!!), Instagram, and a bevy of other subjects. All in all a trio of helpful, charming, disarming boys... looking forward to my next trip. I would like to mention and I must that Chuck asked me if I had back-ed up my phone and I said no, and given I had recently switched out some stuff and not back-ed up and long story but I think the Q&A should go: 1. This is probably my least favorite of the Apple stores in Miami.... mostly because of the employees. This review is based on a comparison of how the employees USED to be around last year. Back when this store opened everyone was extremely knowledgeable and seemed really passionate about the company and it's products. The last time I visited to shop and buy some cables I had to go through not one, not two, but THREE semi-nonchalant employees before someone knew what the heck I was talking about. Sure, they know about the basics of Macs and peripherals, but no one really seems to be as knowledgeable anymore. The management at this store obviously lowered their standards for the geekiness and overall passion for Macs. I went to Verizon across US-1 right before coming here. Night and Day! The customer service at the apple store is simply wonderful. I came here to replace my dad's iPhone 4, it was had some bugs, than he shattered the screen. We walked in, made an appointment (about 30 minute wait) messed around with some of the toys, then walked up to the Genius bar. Explained to William the situation and he promptly gave my dad a new phone free of charge, explaining that while the damage normally voids warranty, he would let it slide due to the glitches the phone had. He has a perfectly reasonable cause to make us buy a phone, but did the right thing. Now that is what I call customer service! read more

I think this is the best Apple Store in the Miami area, and the other reviews would seem to support this assertion. By now, everyone has been in one of these stores, so no need to spend much time describing this location. It is large, though, a definite plus considering how crowded these stores can often become. The store itself reminds me of Epcot's "Future World," circa 1984. Well, not even that - with the austere white/stainless steel decor, it's pretty much my idea of what an alien spaceship would look like. This is the consumer electronics experience in warp drive, relentlessly looking forward, fomenting demand for the latest and greatest iDevice. This location is more well-ordered than either the Dadeland or Lincoln Road stores, both of which are often characterized by a ghastly sea of rude, disordered humanity. I have my own theory; at both of those stores, one is likely to encounter large numbers of Apple-thirsty, lacking-in-gentility South American and European tourists with too much disposable income. At The Falls' location, it's more often simply a modest crowd of locals seeking help with their iStuff. Here, it is actually possible to get a same or next-day Genius Bar appointment - just try that at Dadeland or Lincoln Road! I purchased my first iPhone here a couple years ago, and the experience was painless, aside from the opening of the wallet, of course. Since then, this store has been my go-to for any issues that have cropped up - it's just more pleasant than the other locations, and as an added bonus, far easier to get an appointment. read more

After experiencing horrible customer service at Crate & Barrel for not spending enough, we walked into the Apple store for a new iPhone case and were delighted with the service. Tonya approached me with a great, big smile and asked if I needed any help. I showed her which cases I was trying to decide between and she said she would check the back of the store to see if there were any other pink cases. She brought back a really cute pink case with a flower on it and we chit-chatted about which one I should go with. I really enjoy browsing around the Apple store because everything is so well organized and so friendly for people to play with stuff. The feeling that I get when I walk into the Apple store is that of a child in a candy shop. So why am I giving this store 3 stars you ask yourself? Its simply because of the service that is offered at the Apple store. I am a very big stickler when it comes to service and I feel that the Apple store needs to make some major improvements in that area. I'm not saying that they are not knowledgeable, its just very difficult to get a hold of one of them so you can absorb some of their knowledge. If you ever need some tech support you have to make an appointment just to sit down with them. Heaven help you if your computer or iPhone died and need to get it checked out by them...you have to wait for your appointment date and you will be without your device for days, possibly weeks, until they can see you. I don't know about you...but I can't live without my computer or my phone....so if something were to happen to either, I need to solve the problem STAT! I hope one day they create a better method for helping their customers because if they were to master that they would be the best in the business. read more

I had gone once before to the store at Dadeland Mall, but the display models were empty except for the pre-programmed demo. The ones strewn about the Falls store were packed with apps, games and videos. Once I had made up my mind (realized that I could be playing with this thing at home instead of ass up, elbows bent in the middle of Steve Jobs-Ville) I approached the salesperson who informed me that my purchase would be waiting at the counter for me by the time I picked out a case. She was right and now I can play "cleavage Tetris" from bed. read more

I know there are many places that advertise iPhone repair, but I just wanted a trustworthy place to take my iPhone 5 to get a battery issue fixed (huzzah!). For anyone unfamiliar with the area who is looking for the store I'll save you a lot of time: it's in a mall. Well, an outdoor mall. So if your GPS has you going in circles in your car, just park in the garage or in the huge parking lot you'll see at the intersection and walk into the mall on foot. You'll find it pretty easily; all lit up with those infamous white Apple Store lights. As I mentioned, this Apple Store is located in an outdoor mall, with lots of green vegetation and palm trees. Probably the most beautiful Apple Store I've actually been to in that regard. "Genius" staff were very friendly. They left me alone while I looked, which can be either bad or good depending on your preference. They may have recognized that I was just there for my iPhone, but I left and came back a few times. A lot of kids were there playing with the Macs at the time I went. So, I guess, if you're looking for a fun place to take the kids, try the Apple Store! Almost forgot I was in a mall, so I didn't feel too un-hip while I waited for my phone issue to be taken care of. 5 stars for a supremely quick stay for my poor iPhone 5 and the attractiveness/cleanliness of this location. read more

There's a manager there named Dannys. He needs to go back to training. I've been going to that store for a couple years now and I can't understand why he still works there. Obviously Apple do not survey their customers. He is a complete ignoramus, in the true sense of the word. The staff there have potential but he needs to go. From all the Apple Stores in South Florida, the one at The Falls is by far my favorite. The staff here is polite, friendly, and above all, ready to help out with your needs. I have had issues with my iPhone 4 and was able to get it replaced twice - on two different occasions - without much questioning and resistance; contrary to the store at Dadeland. I also visited last month to purchase a new iMac. I met with Richard. He was excellent, addressing all my technical questions. I even asked him if it was possible to swap the Magic Mouse with a Magic Trackpad, which he did with pleasure. So whether you need to purchase a new Mac or iDevice, or need support, I highly recommend the folks at The Falls for the exceptional customer service they provide. read more

But, at Apple, even the purchasing experience was memorable. I needed a new charger for my iPod shuffle. The young man who approached me as soon as I walked in showed me the charger and asked if there was anything else I needed. "No." "Cash or credit?" "Credit" [scans charger with handheld scanner, then swipes my credit card on the same scanner] "I'll be right back with a bag." [returns 30 seconds later with a bag and receipt]. That's it. No going to the counter, no line, no fuss. About as simple and smooth as Apple's great products. read more

I recently had a great customer experience at this Apple Store. My reason for going was to see a Genius at the Genius Bar and on Apple's website they had genius bar appoints available for iPhone and Mac that same day at this store. My closest Apple Store (Lincoln Road) didn't have anything available for another two days. Dadeland Mall was also booked. As soon as I walked up to the Genius Bar in the store I was asked if I needed help and quickly assigned an associate. He wasn't able to help me out with my iPhone's repair but I was already aware that my phone was no longer in warranty so I was ready to buy a new one. So I was assigned an iPhone sale associate. While I waited, I chit-chated with a different associate. He noticed I was waiting for a while so he put me with a different sales person and quickly I was on my way again. The guy that sold me my phone was extremely friendly and helpful. He was more than happy to show me the modified iPod touch that they scan items and do their sales with. And as tech savvy as I am he was able to show me some neat tricks I could do with the phone that I didn't know existed. Safe to say these employees defenitely know their stuff. read more

Hard drive on my macbook crashed. I did some research before going in and knew it was a widespread issue due to faulty parts. Made an appt online (never go to genius bar w/out appt., it could take hours) and the guy let me know they'd replace the hard drive for free even though the warranty was expired. I would lose all my data. Blah! He was a bit smug, not very friendly, but I think that's the culture here, similar to abercrombie employees. He said I could go get estimates from data recovery people and come back and not have to wait in line. Data recovery was goign to be at least $200. BLAH BLAH. So I went back to Apple and the guy who helped me this time was real nice, we chatted about RTS video games. He was able to let me keep my messed up hard drive so i could try and recover it at some other time. This was against official company policy, but made for a happy customer. Repair was done in a day and a half and I was able to pick it up without a wait. This place is tempting, if you go, make sure you have self control. They are skilled at display marketing. read more

I've purchased 2 laptops and a desktop mac from this store. Service was good and the laptops have worked admirably well. When the desktop had a problem my wife reports she had no problems taking it in and fixing the problem. I've purchased all our iPhones through at&t. On my most recent visit though I had a question about transferring my music from an old 4s to a new SE iPhone. The person I asked there seemed clueless and peeved with my question. He ended up giving me erroneous information that caused me to spend money on something I didn't need. Luckily I worked the problem out on the phone with Apple tech support. For the expensive prices charged, I thought that the service would be better. Barely 3 star. I hope all my computers continue to work well so as to avoid having to come here again. read more

I had an emergency situation with the iPhone 4 where the home button stopped working. I live closer to the Dadeland Apple store, but there was no Genius appointment availability for another two days, so I tried my luck at the Apple Falls store and there was availability that same evening. The service was excellent and they were able to change my phone for a new one, which was great. They were running about 15-20 minutes late, but the service made up for it. Unlike the Dadeland store, there are actually more Apple reps than customers in the store, which is great customer service. read more

The service here is terrible. Granted it's iphone season, but the employees starting with the security all the way to the store leader is disappointing. People have been waiting outside for hours and they continue to turn them away, even though there is an availability of phones in store. I've checked numerous sources from apple.com to some online that track shipments and product availability and the store is still extremely rude to people outside patiently waiting. I'm an att next customer that needs to be in line and at a store I. Order to secure a phone to upgrade. With availability online people are able to order for store pick up at either the full price or 2 year contract price which will take away from the stock at hand. Now if I've been waiting for 4 hrs outside and the phones being picked off online due to availability 2 hrs ago, how is it fair? There is no manager giving us a pass to pick up the phone ,which by the way is still available online this moment. According to my other site the store accepted the shipment at 9 am and commutes those to their on hand availability. So Apple what's up? Why can you sell numerous phones to one person who sets up shop not even 50 feet from your store and scalps the phones for an increased price? But what would expect from a store in South West Miami. Today I visited the Apple store for the first time ever. I was immediately greeted by JP. He was friendly and welcomed me to browse the store. I met Steven who was extremely personable. He showed me new technology and really made me feel welcomed to the Apple store. I eventually was checked and Stephanie was my technician. She was friendly and efficient. Within a few minutes she uncovered the issue. I was able to resolve it and leave very happy. I would recommend these individuals Steven, JP and Stephanie to any customer. The place is usually packed, but I always find someone in about a minute. I bought a 27" iMac which had a problem. they exchanged it no problem. Then, the exchanged one had a problem, so I returned with it. They then exchanged that one too without a problem. Great store, great location, I am very happy with my experience there. One thing I would recommend is that the employees let the real buyers have priority access to the display gadgets instead of teenage girls. read more

I cringe at the thought of having to go to an Apple Store for support or a new device. Just passing by a store it seems like a zoo, especially since people think it's wise to bring their entire family reunion to the store. My experience today was very pleasant. The store was very busy but as soon as I walked in, someone was there to greet me and include my name on the queue. They were very helpful in explaining all the different options I had, especially since AT&T is my current carrier and things have changed since I got my last phone. The associates were fantastic. The setup took a little longer than usual but it was out of their control. They also have me plenty of attention. Absolutely phenomenal customer service by ALL! Went in to pick up my new laptop and was initially greeted by Peter. I'd ordered a laptop and Beats earbuds, but the earbuds were scheduled to be delivered later. Peter attempted to see if I could get everything at once, but halfway through the transaction, had to leave. Nathan stepped in and helped out. Eventually it was found out that I would have to return to get my earbuds. Nathan recommended and helped me purchase an external hard drive and a cover for the laptop (he forgot the USB-C which I purchased later.) All and all, a great and trouble-free experience. read more
