Flowers were ordered from here with specific instruction on color and wording for the card. Not too hard. The guy on the phone was super nice and said that they could do everything I wanted and get them there on the specified time. Awesome. The flowers were delivered 15 minutes before the end of the work day. Not what I asked for but, OK, maybe they were busy. Once I get the pictures of the flowers, they are the opposite of what I asked for, which is pretty annoying when they said they could do what I asked. I call today to voice my complaint about the time and the arrangement not being the color I wanted and I get cussed out, guy says he is gonna come take the flowers and give me a refund. I would give them less stars if I could for the customer service, or lack thereof. read more

I went in with the intention of buying a small bouquet for someone in labor across the street. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff. When I didn't see anything that I liked in the display case they said they'd make one. I told them what I wanted to spend and asked if it could be delivered. I was very disappointed. I ordered white carnations with pink roses for my aunts 90th birthday. I was charged over $80.00. What was delivered was a spring bouquet made out of old flowers which were placed in a vase with no apparent attempt to have them arranged. I called to ask if perhaps the wrong flowers were delivered since I was very clear on what I wanted they looked up the notes and saw that I did ask for white carnations and pink roses. I was told they would make it right on Monday. They delivered 3 roses and 3 carnations not worth 80.00. Beware of what you order. Ever time I used them they always send those spring bouquets not being a fan I was specific on what I wanted and again their signature spring bouquet was delivered. Especially during the situation that we were going through they pulled through for us with not much time to do it. Gave them 1 star because I can't give the 0 stars. Received arrangement as birthday gift 15 hours later the flower right in the center is shriveled, limp and lifeless. Says they will re deliver on Monday well no flowers. Call Ftd to check status and they contact florist and they claim they delivered an acceptable bouquet......well I beg to differ I have time stamped pictures to show different. Save your money go buy flowers at target they live longer and you won't have to deal with horrible customer service. read more
