In a very short, annoyed and clipped tone , she shit back that she didn't have her writing pad. She left. We waited another inordinate long amount of time for her to come back to tak our order. In the meantime, 3-4 parties of people came in, were served, and had their food in front of them before our food order was even taken. Cut to the food: the burgers I had talked up for so long came out charred black and nearly inedible. I feel if we had sent them back, that grouchy lady may have huffed and spit on them. After all the work my family put into this place, trying to foster a friendly family atmosphere, and bragging it up to my friends...I had to APOLOGIZE to my friend for THEIR shitty service. I am deeply, deeply saddened and disappointed today. The employees clearly just despise their jobs. And when we got our food, this lady plops them on the table and walks away. No, "Enjoy your meal", "can I get you anything else," "can I refill your drinks". I was so grossed out at the bullied reputation we worked so hard for nearly 2 decades to build. The absolutely ridiculous turf, they stupidly put down in a children's play area.... I cant even! There are these black pellets all over the place "for your comfort and safety" Let me tell you my child's bloody murder screams from the pellet in his eye, that refused to come out, and the over 15 minutes he spent crying in pain on the bathroom floor, to his now probably scratched cornea... safety and comfort are not exactly the words that crossed my mind. There were a lot of swear words that did, however. This definitely ruined my son's fun. I really do not understand the point of this material being added. It is definitely not safe. I will not be back (for the inflatables) for this reason specifically. I would also recommend parents go to other inflatable entertainment facilities we have in the area.
