    grill chicken sandwich

we had to stop when we were in town for a funeral. My dad needed a prime rib sandwich. It was so big. Got the grilled chicken sandwich. It was so good. Loved you could option any of the sides and the added pickles. Place was clean bathrooms were clean love the little extra stuff they had to share . server did a great job even though we had a bigger party.

The greystone castle offers everything- from early morning drinks at the crack of dawn, to prime rib the size of your head. It's a great dive with attentive bartenders and dead animals plastered all over the walls. Plenty of seating on the other half for lunch or dinner. The breaded mushrooms and onion rings are HUGE, delicious, and perfect to share. Kid friendly, my nephews even got a free toy with their meal!

    Tall brandy old fashion

We are not locals and we were a little unsure about Greystone Castle but we're so glad to have come! Friendly service, the prime rib sandwich was HUGE and delicious, and the Brandy Old Fashion hit the spot. We watched the Brewer game while eating- it was a friendly space and we really enjoyed the vibe. We're looking forward to coming back!

To start I want to stay this is a local, old tavern bar so if that's not your vibe then this might not be for you. My family came here to get some dinner. The waitress was very friendly and nice. The service was a bit slow because there was only one waitress and almost a full house, so we were understanding. To eat I got the seafood platter and my husband got the prime rib sandwich. The prime rib sandwich was massive and very good! As for the seafood platter it was also really good with a variety of fried seafood. We also got some cheese curds for an appetizer and they were delicious.

Booth sitting empty for 25 + minutes while I waited for a table to eat at.

Have been in here several times, but only at the bar. Today, I decided to have lunch despite they're being a booth sitting empty for over 25 minutes, I was told someone was waiting for it. I don't know if reservations are required, but I find it hard to believe. I may return for a drink here and there, but have no intentions of ever eating here no matter how good the food may be!

This historic place is full of charm with pretty great food, friendly people and lots of hunting trophies. The cheese curds are a must order...they melt in your mouth. The burgers are huge and loaded with fresh onions so much so that it barely fits in your mouth. The fries are delicious and full of flavor. A great place to stop for a great selection of beer on your way to or from Door County!

Don't let the name fool you. This is not a bougie place. It's in a grey stone building but it's a far cry from a castle. You need to enter through an alley and I was a bit apprehensive. We stepped inside and we're transported to a local hunting lodge from years ago, complete with taxidermied birds and animals. The food was excellent. We ordered the prime rib sandwich that they're known for and the 1000 cheeseburger as well as the best onion rings I've ever had. Everything was delicious! One drawback was that sandwiches are a La carte but where can you get a prime rib sandwich under $20 anywhere but here? So good. Service was great. Ambiance is local dive worth going to because the food is darn good.

    Potato skins

Food was good but uses American cheese on potato skins. Appetizers were cut in very large pieces. Ambiance was a little dirty but ok. Gambling was great it included pull tabs and quarter pusher. Service was great.

Nice environment, friendly staff. They were very busy, so out food took long to got serve. Cheese curds wit beer are delicious. Steak sandwich was more flavorful than the prime sandwich. Steak sandwich one person eats and the prime sandwich is good for two, there is a lot of meat!

It's a big slab of meat on a sammich. YOM YOM.

Oh dang, that prime rib sandwich - it's just the best thing. I don't come to Door County often, and now I might have to just to get my hands on it. It's big. It's full of meat. It's so freaking delicious. The restaurant itself? Not much to look at. When you pull up, you'll swear you're in the wrong place. And if you've got kids in the car, you might be a little nervous about bringing them inside. And hey, if you're a friend to animals, you might even be put off by the hundreds of dead animals hung as decorations. BUT. That sandwich. Oh, jeebus. Perfectly cooked prime rib sliced thick and sandwiched between two buttery slabs of Texas toast. A cup of au jus for dipping. It's killing me that I just ate this two days ago, and there are so many days between me and my next one. Service was awesome. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and cool with my kids. Blah blah blah. Gimme that meat.

I loved Bridge Up Brewing even before I tasted their beer. This is a little local Wisconsin brewery located on the basement-level of the building that houses Sonny's Italian Kitchen. When you walk into the lobby, instead of walking up the steps to Sonny's, take the ramp down below to Bridge Up and enjoy a beer or a flight of beers. They have a small menu of appetizers, mostly wings and fried things, but if you want a full meal, you should probably go upstairs to Sonny's. I didn't want a full meal, so I stayed at Bridge Up and ordered a flight of beers. One of them was a sour (I love sours), and the others were some of the more popular beer flavors. I picked the U-Pick, which is a flavored with Door County cherries, and was one of my favorites. The others were the higher ABV beers: Flip Flops and Bikini Tops (an imperial IPA) and Stubborn Sturgeon (a New England hazy IPA). I loved all of the beers I chose, but the cherry-flavored U-Pick was my favorite. When in Door County, always choose the cherry-flavored thing! If Bridge Up has U-Pick available when you visit, I highly suggest trying it. The people who work here are very friendly but also stay out of your way, which I appreciated. They encourage you to play something on the jukebox, so go ahead and put on your favorite songs.

Sat right on the lake, with a massive lawn, fire pit, and menu full of plenty of food from wraps and apps to burgers, nachos, and wings. It was a lovely night so we sat outside. People around us were playing provided yard games like bags and giant guess who, adding to the great atmosphere. We didn't come for food perse, but did get a few things for our hungry kiddos. The tenders were yummy and my youngests devoured the mac and cheese. I opted for a margarita. Though I have to say it wasn't the most enjoyable, as it was definitely made from one of those pre-mixes that is beyond sweet and syrupy. I didn't finish it. Instead, swapped to joining everyone else on having a beer. Can't go wrong with Yuengling on tap. All in all, great ambiance and would certainly return.

Generously prepared, great seasoning and with the right temperature. The fries are sprinkled with cinnamon which was a first for me. The sweet potato fries were a little soggy but not bad. The drinks and appetizer came quickly and the street corner appetizer was very good; I would order it again. Once the appetizer was finished we sat with empty glasses for a good while. Again, no communication. Once the food arrived, things got much better. Wraps were good, not great. My daughter's pizza was good.
