One of the Dual valve stem extensions had come off leaving us with a rear tire flat and ruined. After a couple of hours we were back on the road with another new tire. Contacted Bob's when we got home and they made good on the cost of the new tire! They are a true Stand Up company. They went above and beyond to do what is right. Paid for 4 tires and had them shipped to these guys. They could only find two and seemed…read moreunconcerned that I took off work and had been told in an email and via tracking that all the tires were there. They told me to call the seller who is affiliated with them and buy two more. These tires were $220 each so no way. I called the seller and canceled and told them to issue a return authorization and get their tires back. They said they did not do that. I wasn't about to take two unmounted tires and ship at my expense. Nobody there cared or tried to figure out a solution. Had they of been more responsive and even a tiny bit interested in helping I wouldn't be leaving a review like this.
