I dropped in to ATD on short notice because my car was making an unusual noise from underneath. Peter greeted me and said they'd be happy to look at it. A short while later, a tech named Richie asked me to go for a drive with him to see if we could replicate the noise. We couldn't, but Richie said he'd put the car up on a lift and examine it. Worst experience. I came to rotate my tires and I was told I need new wheels and shocks. They were unable to rotate them because there was "no point" . COMPLETELY FALSE I came to another tire shop and they said everything was GOOD! and even rotated my tires. The guy at the front desk already started recommending me a local shop to replace my wheels. I was then recommended a tire that is value based that i had to get, but it is a 60K tire. I just compared the price to Walmart and the price matched. The metal piece (picture) stuck to one of my tire and loosing the tire pressure very fast. Thankfully, I was able to take my car to the nearest American Tire Depot. I was really mad at the flat tire and frustrated but the service writer, Eric and Adrian (hope I spelled their name right), took a real good care of it after all.
