Paid for 4 tires and had them shipped to these guys. They could only find two and seemed unconcerned that I took off work and had been told in an email and via tracking that all the tires were there. They told me to call the seller who is affiliated with them and buy two more. These tires were $220 each so no way. I called the seller and canceled and told them to issue a return authorization and get their tires back. They said they did not do that. I wasn't about to take two unmounted tires and ship at my expense. Nobody there cared or tried to figure out a solution. Had they of been more responsive and even a tiny bit interested in helping I wouldn't be leaving a review like this. read more

I have been coming here for the last couple of years since moving to the high desert. Service is always nothing less than great. Today I dealt with Lestor . I had a tire that was low on air .Lestor took the time to inspect it and found I had a nail. He patched it up and sent me on my way. All in less than 20 mins. I have been getting my Oil Changes here for a while now. Each oil change should come with a tire rotation. My tires have not been rotated the last 3 oil changes. How do I know? I mark my tires. I also see the same air pressure on my dashboard for all my tires as it was before I came in. Their paperwork however always says they are at 35. When they clearly were not. I have complained about this before but they never pay attention. They always forget to update my oil % also. I hate this place. read more

I was really looking forward to having this tire shop nearby to our new home. However, first there was a discrepancy on the website price and the price when I showed up for my appointment. The employee fixed that immediately and honored the price we were quoted. So we left feeling ok. Then we went to pick up the car with 4 new tires purchased, first we noticed there weren't any valve stem covers on there so we mentioned it and the service employee had them put on. We paid our 1k ish dollars and drove off.....unfortunately they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one of the tires. So with a wobbly tire we drive back to the shop where the employee swears it was tightened when we left. Really we drove down the street and hand tightened lug nuts but still no accountability from this shop. Unbelievable the lack of care shown by this shop. read more

He conned me into a cheap tire and kept my practically brand new expensive tire. Do not go there. I do not recommend them. read more

Beware of this place, I brought my vehicle for service on 10/13/23 to Tire Choice Auto in Apple Valley. Service requested for replacement of front, rear brake pads, and resurface of rotors. I paid 537.10 however, on delivery of vehicle I noticed while driving my vehicle on the highway it started making noises, scraping, and wobbling. I drove back to Tire Choice Auto Service in Apple valley, and I noticed the back right tire has no lug nuts in placed, tire was half way out, this was very dangerous for myself and, other driver on the road. This could have caused a severe accident, I called a staff member in charge and made aware of situation. Staff member was none apologetic and did not acknowledge their mistake that was done. Staff member was very dismissive stated, "Human error it happens.". Mind you this place is a auto service for tires and brakes. They replaced lug nuts however, did not inspect vehicle for damages to the back right tire or rotor. As I drove off once more I noticed my vehicle continually made noises of scrapping. I drove my vehicle back to Tire Choice Auto in Apple Valley and requested for manager to inspect my vehicle however, "management was not available". Staff member took my vehicle and finally evaluated it and it turns out the rotor heat shield was damaged (it was bent). They did not replace it they only unbent it. I requested for a full refund and still have not heard from management. So I advise anyone who is considering to take their vehicle to Tire Choice Auto in Apple Valley, to reconsider due to negligence, safety, and quality of work provided. They failed to rectify their service to me. read more

Feel like I was totally ripped off at this place. Took my truck in to have a wheel alignment and tire rotation completed. 4.5 hours later I get back to my truck and I can already see my tires were never rotated after they charged me. When I asked about it they asked if I could come in the next day to have it done. After I got back to my house I noticed my front wheels still had the dust on without a single finger print. Then I looked at my psi tire pressure...... it was also the same as when I took it in! But they said it was all corrected. read more

I am a long time customers that has always taken my car to this place for oil changes and I buy my tires Only here. I am so DISAPPOINTED and up set over the OVER charge and the rip off of this place! First and foremost, I bought my tires last year and they are bald on the inside after 1 year. Steve and Juan both told me that they had never seen anything like it before and they should be under warrant. Roberto the manager said NO because they did not rotate tires before and it was a balance issue. Well, thats BULL SHIT and not my fault that they did not rotate my tires every time I got a oil change. That's the managers JIM, and Eli fault for not telling me every time especially when they all knew this. This Explains why my tire light always came on and they couldn't explain why! I will post this EVERYWHERE and make sure WOMAN never go any of these trie shops here in the HIGH DESSERT because they will be RIP OFF.... I went back to see the actual store manager Jeremy, he acknowledged me and said he would get back to me and never did. I have no issues paying for things that are my fault. JUAN is the only one I think is still there and he knows I take care of my car. This is not my FAULT. Being charges $635 dollars for a oil change and 2 tires that should have been covered under the warranty and a balance alignment is a FRAUD.. So, please beware of this place!. I got 2 different quotes from different places and half the price. ITs HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, SERVICE. If I could give zero stars I would. Did a diagnostic and fixed code. Upon getting my car the check engine light was still on and my car wasn't ready but yet they called and said it was. Guy refused to test drive my car because of bad breaks but they never recommended I fix my breaks. Upon going to another shop turns out they didn't even fix the part completely. Jeremy calls all women hun and has no knowledge of any car parts he's just a receptionist In response to comment: if you weren't wrong why would you feel the need to defend yourself. When I paid Jeremy said nothing to me about the breaks until the mechanic came in. I feel sad that you try to demoralize me by saying Jeremy didn't call me hun you're obviously writing from a third person so you wouldn't know would you and I'm sure like your business he wasn't honest and btw I took it to a shop after you not before you. Asked the guy if he could mount one tire on a wheel for me, he says "Sure, no problem, come back in an hour and we'll have it ready for you" Came back an hour and a half later, almost at there closing time, and the guy tells me... "Sorry man, we couldn't get done today for you". REALLY!? You mean you couldn't mount one tire on one wheel like you said you could!? And they also removed my valve stem and didn't replace it when I picked it up! Didn't realize it was missing until I got home. What kind of tire shop is this!? I was bummed when I got a flat on the way to the high desert to visit my family. My brother recommended the Goodyear store just down the street on Tao and Hwy 18. I am always skeptical of the tire guys just because. I tell you what not these guys they were friendly helpful and quick. I am very pleased with this location and highly recommend.
