We got seated and put in our drink orders and an app at the same time - our waitress Adrian must have sensed the urgency because she asked about food as the app was getting delivered. It was perfect... We had the potato waves as an app, which were a little greasy... but it was basically potato skins in smaller bites.... great app. I ordered the cajun pasta with shrimp, and she got the o-m-cheese burger. She said the burger was cooked good. But the cheese ended up making her bun soggy, and she would've preferred shredded cheese that had been melted instead of queso. But it was decent. I had the cajun pasta and added shrimp. I hadn't at that day just yet, except for some fruit and veggies. So this hit the spot, just how it needed to be hit. My grandmother and I went here we waited for our food for a 40 minutes the service was nice but our food was not my grandmother got a oriental grilled chicken salad and I got the O.m burger my burger was burnt and the salad was a Caesar salad with grilled chicken on top and the crunchy noodles and the table was sticky,I would not go and eat there again and wasted her money on food we didn't even eat. I went here with my mother and two daughters for a quick bite to eat and when I checked in I was offered a free appetizer. Well I couldn't figure out how to use it so I showed my waitress. I asked her if she needed me to screen shot it so that she would know what kind of information she needed she said no that's okay I'll just tell them yelp and they should Know. My nachos was burnt together to the point you can't eat it and this is the second time this week

I went here to grab a bite to eat and a drink. I ordered the Asian salad and a long Island ice tea. The drinks are always great and don't disappoint. This means not waterd down for me. The Asian salad is usually great. It has slaw lettuce, crispy onions with a choice of fried or grilled chicken. I tend to choose grilled and today was no exception. It also comes with Asian dressing. This salad was light on dressing but you can always ask for more. The salad is pretty large and makes for a good meal. The calories are off the chain.. seeing the calories are serious eye openers. There was so much I took some home but I'm not a huge eater. Overall, great place to go for a drink. The bartender was not real talkative but there are typically many friendly people to hang out and chat with. Great place to catch a meal and drink by yourself. With a friend or a group. read more

First of all after visiting this restaurant several times I haven't had a problem up until the last two or three times. My order of bone and wings were over fried for the second time. I put an order in for my sick mother, who was in the hospital, for a grilled chicken salad and the salad looked very poorly made. The dressing that was given to her look like it was leftover from a previous customer. It was half full and looked used and was very runny like water. Surprisingly it wasn't that bad. It was the very first time I ever walked inside an Applebees. I sat at the bar had a cold draft beer, and the 12oz ribeye. Believe me I know steak it was cooked perfect medium rare steamed broccoli was perfectly crisp and the mashed potatoes taste great. We go to this Applebee's frequently. 80% of the time the food is good and consistent. Other times not so much. I love their ribs. Sometime they are a bit dry like they sit under a lamp. Other times, they slide off the bone. The staff is friendly and the bartenders are attentive. The curb side staff is amazing. They often run my food out before I've even parked! So let me say service at the bar is amazing! I think here it always has been! I had a beer while i waited for my togo! When I called to see if they had found it, the woman who answered sounded like she was annoyed at the fact that I was even calling to ask. My original review is below. I reduced from 4 stars to 1. On yelp no customers have more check ins at this location than me however every time I come I feel like I'm hassling the staff or inconveniencing them in some way. The only persons who is friendly there is Kelly who is the host. Anytime I have an issues I'm met with excuses from the management or I just get ignored. After today, checking in 6 times I have decided to stop going to this location. I will gladly spend $50 per week elsewhere. My place to go when the game in on. I like this Applebees location. Most of the staff here is friendly and the bartenders will actually have a conversation with you, especially if you're visiting alone. They do have busy times but I'm my experiences they generally staff properly in advance to be sure they're prepared for rushes. Half off appetizers after 9pm great for weekends and long nights. read more
