Went in the middle of the week. Not busy or crowded. Party of 5. Food was very slow to come out. I received half of my order and then received the other half 10 to 15 mins later. Safe to say the first half was cold by the time I got my complete order. My party food didn't come out at the same time even though multiple servers were sitting around when they could have helped. We visited this restaurant on Feb. 14th with another couple before heading to a concert. When we entered, there were people sitting in the waiting area. We stood there for approximately 15 mins before the greeter came up (she was sitting nearby folding napkins/utensils); we had to go over to her and ask if she was the greeter because additional people had started to stack up at the door. We were told it would be 30 mins before we could be seated, but there were several tables opened that needed wiping down. We went to the bar instead. Once seated, it was another 15 mins before we were recognized and Millie, the bartender, asked for our drink order, which took forever to come because she was too busy talking to the other staff member behind the bar and other customers as well. The drinks finally came, but mine was a little weak. I mentioned it to Millie, when I could get her attention, and she indicated that she put the same 3oz amount of liquor in my drink, but it tasted more like water. We ordered our appetizers/food, which came out about 20 mins later. Other couples at the bar had to ask for straws, utensils and condiments when their food arrived, which was ridiculous! It's been awhile since we've visited the restaurant and soon realized that the lack of service and attention to detail hadn't changed much, which is the reason why we'd stopped eating there. Let me start by saying I have NEVER gave a 1 star review.... I stood at the host stand for 8-10 minutes (it was not busy at all, 4-5 tables all seated and food out). I ordered food,app and drink all at once. It took my waitress 30 MINUTES! 30 MINUTES to bring my drink... not a water or anything. Just a casual "it's coming" every 6-10 minutes. The food arrives and I go my drink? She had completely forgotten. Then after eating she requested I follow her to the machine to pay (behind the wall where guest definitely shouldn't be) she had be to assisted twice just to print my bill. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!On yesterday 07/25/2025 my daughter and I visited this location for the 1st time. First of all, it smelled, the table was sticky and felt like it was cleaned off with a dirty rag. Secondly, the hostess had long braids, waist length to be exact, where the briads toched the plates she was serving. Third, the chicken from the chicken parmesan was not only dry buut burnt that was covered up by sauce. I made the waitress aware and she just shrugged not offer another one or to take it off the ticket. Havent been in years. A little slow on getting our first visit from our waitress. Turns out she was doubling as the dish washer. Life & times after covid & rude 'marjories' & great resignation & the need to make more than $7.50 an hour to live. After we got our order in it all went well and server was friendly & attentive. I always have a really good time dining at the bar at this Applebees. The bar host (Kim) and the customers are always friendly and engaging. Upon my first visit -I ordered the salmon and pasta. The dish was really good. Upon a second visit-2 weeks later- there was hair in my salad -I ordered another dish and took it to go and threw it away as I was concerned about the hair in my salad. I returned three weeks later and ordered the boneless wings (I use to love their boneless wings). Although, I was having a great time at the bar the wings were cold and hard and they ruined the moment that I was having at the bar-engaging with others. Additionally, they gave me a plastic knife and fork that could not penetrate the boneless wing. Not sure what is going on with Applebee's as a whole, but we held out hope for this location for a pre holiday dinner with the family. We were seated but waited over 10 min for a drink order. The restaurant was not busy. Less than 50 percent full. The drinks came, and they ran out of tea and were making more. Our Cokes were Diet Coke and we had to send them back. We waited, and other people were seated. One family got up and left. They brought sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea and we had to send that back too. We placed an appetizer order, and a couple of our dinner entrees, they were out of. No salmon. We told her we would just have our appetizers and bring the bill. Hubby took me here for a quick bite to eat. I only had 1 hour during my sewing retreat. We approached the host stand and were seated within seconds, but getting our food in a timely manner was a different outcome. I kind of knew what I wanted, and so I ordered the grilled salmon, whereas hubby ordered the chicken quesdillas, which was an appetizer. The server did apologize for the delay, but I hate to eat when not everyone seating doesn't get their food at once. My food was hot, which was good, but the broccoli was way too salty but I made sure to drink of fluids. I guess every Applebee's locations is just meh and could use some TLC. This is my twin granddaughters favorite restaurant; so we decided to take them there to celebrate their 12th birthday and man it was awful; the waitress was kind & attentive. We had a party of 15; 4 was kids: We arrived between 6:15 & 6:30pm and we didn't get our food until around 8:30 OR 9:00pm: I asked for the manager(Darrell) he approached the table with his head down; speaking in a mumbling tone; I asked him to look up and speak up; he began stating that they're busy as I looked around the dining room they only had about 8-10 tables full; I told him that's not acceptable. One of my grandkids didn't receive his meal until about 9:30-9:45 pm which we had to get it to go. The whole experience was terrible. Darrell (Manager) did comp a percentage of the food. Oh, I forgot to say: The cooks was all on smoke breaks at the same time: I know because one my guests smokes and she were smoking in the back where they were. Darrell needs training in customer service or maybe he need to find another line of work in another field. I am very disappointed. read more

Alright. Here's the thing. Yes, the staff seems like they want you to die. Or at least that they wish you weren't there. Okay. I get that. I'm assuming that they're most likely incredibly understaffed and that the waitstaff is working long hours, and likely people are tipping less generously than they might otherwise would during this time of uncertainty. I respect that the operators are trying to keep it running. They certainly need a little sprucing up, and I think all the problems they seem to have could be resolved by bringing on new staff. But, as we all know, people don't want to work, in spite of the incredible availability of well-paying jobs. Support your neighborhood businesses and support the ones who show up. read more

My wife and I had dinner here on 9/17/22. Her and I were on the road heading to a movie and decided to try a nearby Applebee's. After asking Sori for the nearest one, she gives us this location that only had 1.5 stars. We decided to risk it, honestly, 1.5 stars? Walking in, there were several booths and several couple's tables to sit at, but the host insisted we wait at least 10 minutes to be seated. Awkward enough, we waited. More couples started to come in. They were asked to wait. Before long, there was a waiting line of people waiting, plenty of places to sit. After being seated at a booth, our waitress was gracious and served our drinks, had our appetizer, and our meal. My wife ordered steak penne while I had an 8oz steak. Her pasta had very runny sauce like it was too much milk added and both of our steaks were like rubber. Our waitress was very kind. We didn't tell her about any of our disappointment. We just had our dinners and dessert, and was on our way. We love Applebee's but seems this location really dropped the ball pretty badly. read more
