To preface this, I am food safety certified. I have worked many jobs dealing with food ranging from cooking at a restaurant, cooking at concession stands for the Vikings and Twins, as well as working fresh produce and meat for a grocery store. We first got the boneless chicken appetizer and it was raw in the inside. This is completely unacceptable and the manager simply offer excuses and said he didn't know how it happened because all food is temped. When the first of the main courses came out the burger's top bun was rock hard and the bottom was soaked through. At this point many of us had completely lost our appetite and had no trust or confidence in the food that was to come out of that kitchen. We stayed in Grenada on our way to Florida. Went to Applebee's. Ordered the bourbon street shrimp and chicken, choose onion rings as a side. My husband ordered chicken strips with fries. Our waitress Kelly, pointed out those are on the two for $25, and we could pick an app if we wanted to go that way. We did and choose the buffalo boneless wings. Everything was perfect, our server Kelly is amazing. The food perfect. Really glad this was our choice here, really pleased with service and food. I'm having the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger. My drink is a delicious Watermelon flavored lemonade that serves as the perfect thirst quencher on a hot day. At first bite the burger had me captivated. The distinctive and tangy brown sauce was very good and it brought out the flavor in the mushrooms. Melted Swiss cheese sitting on top of a robust beef patty cooked to perfection on a brioche roll, now that's my idea of a burger! In a previous Applebee's burger review I raved about a whole lotta bacon. This burger has that one beat simply because of the unique flavor of the sauce. read more

They have a new manager and it is VERY noticeable. I haven't eaten inside in a while because it was either a super long wait for food, the dining room was dirty, or the staff were rude and unprofessional. Things that have improved: -Cleanliness -Host friendliness -Seating Time -Staffing We came in during the lunch hour and were seated immediately and we had our first appetizer within 15 min. Main food was less than 25 min and it was very hot and tasty. We noticed that staff were walking around checking on their tables and actively engaging with customers. The manager was also going around talking to customers and helping out. This is a major improvement from all staff having AirPods in and ignoring customers. Keep up the good work! read more

I ordered water... the 1st cup was carbonated, the 2nd had something floating in it, although the waitress was nice to bring ANOTHER cup of water... I refuse to drink it. Now on to the entree... This is my first time here due to being in this area strictly for work. However, Shatara was working the bar and my table. She seemed to be the only person working the bar area even though I saw several employees walking around doing nothing. I asked a young lady to come to my table and she acknowledged me with a smile but then she continued to talk to the gentleman she was already talking to. I went here on Sunday, April 24, 2022. I ordered the 4 cheese penne mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. It was the most DISGUSTING thing i've ever ate. The picture looked so good, but it tasted like honey water pasta. It's mac and CHEESE, but there was absolutely NO cheese. The tenders weren't even fully cooked. Applebees here in Grenada is a hit or miss. Every time I go, it takes forever to be recognized for service, food is not up to par and refills are like pulling teeth. The customer service hasn't improved at all and neither has the quality of food. read more

This is quick, fast, and awesome. However, slow down just a little when you make the pizzas. The last time I ordered pizza from Dominos, the pizza was doughy and not fully made right. Actually only deserves 1/2 star for effort. Service was awful, the server seemed very ill equipped to do her job. She was slow never checked on us refills none. Then tells us she is new and excuse her bad service. The food was cold my medium burger was rare but I didn't send it back it would have taken forever so I ate the very rare burger. At the end of dinner we ordered brownie bites the manager brought them to the table but the ice cream was melted soup. How could the manager serve that to a table?!?! The food quality has gone down hill fast. We had dinner there last night and the food was all cold. The chicken was very dry and tasteless. The chicken quesadilla was hard and cold. They have added potato soup to the menu but it looks like slop. It was cold, lumpy and inedible. It looked like it was curdled milk with pieces of potato in it. I had the garlicky green beans and they were cold and smothered in garlic powder. The only thing warm and edible was the spinach and artichoke dip but the chips were stale.
