My husband and I love coming here for date night. The fact that they're open late is wonderful since we often don't get to go out until after work. The bar drinks are very reasonably priced compared to similar establishments. Every time we get Yajaira she is amazing. She is very attentive and quick to ask if you need another beverage when she sees you getting low. The salsa here is garbage and when it comes to food we stick to the shrimp n Parmesan steak which is always good. read more

Terrible! Ordered on Grubhub a prime rib French dip, the meat was overcooked to uneatable almost burnt, no au jus , come on how difficult is it to get an order right when it's essential to the dish! It was not delivery cool, but ice cold like it sat for a while before pick up. The ribs were cold, onion rings and fries uneatable. We're months into take out and delivery orders plenty of time to adjust and do a decent job. Charged over $80.00 for the worst delivery we've had for months! We walked in and nobody greeted us for like 10 minutes. The manager finally came over and said it would be a 15 minute wait even though a lot of tables were not being used. Some of the tables that weren't being used were dirty and still had plates on them. We waited the 15 minutes and the manager said he had to clean off the table for us. I don't think he actually cleaned any of the tables, he just stuck us at a table that was already somewhat clean. The floors were sticky. The waitress we had took forever to take our order. She barely came by to check on us, maybe once or twice for our order and refills. She even took forever to come back to our table all in all. The wonton tacos were good. My boyfriend's chicken he ordered wasn't cooked right but everything else was alright. We didn't get good service and it took way longer than it should've to sit down, eat, and leave. There were a lot of workers just standing around and not working. This Applebee's needs to do better! read more

Zoinks, what a location... ordered a bacon whiskey burger, no tomatoes. I get tomatoes. And the burger was dry. I asked for "mashed potatoes--there's no bacon, right? Okay, sounds good then" And get brought/charged for 2 orders of mashed potatoes. Queso on the fries-- it's a teaspoon amount and the same price as a side of mashed potatoes! Steamed broccoli was not steamed but rather boiled for 10 minutes. I had a dirty spoon, and the waitress didn't come by, so I ate my soup with a fork. Hardly got checked on, and waitress was avoidant after we disputed our check. I feel bad, but man, they need to work on a lot at this location. This place gets worse as the years go by. It's cramped, dumpy, and icky. The service is barely ok. The servers barely listen to you and they move like sloths. I've been there 3 times in the last 4 years because I keep forgetting how sticky and dirty I feel eating there. Not every Applebees is like this. Save yourself the disappointment.... the food was beyond bad. I ordered the BBQ brisket taco and it was charred! On top of that the taco and fries tasted as if it were cooked in old grease... Furthermore, the service was extremely slow and it wasn't even a full house. Not usually one to review chain restaurants but my experience was here was so good I had to! Boyfriend has lived less than 5 minutes from this location for 6 months now but we have never gone because it never really appealed to either of us. Especially after reading some of the reviews for this location specifically. However, left with limited options for a late dinner on a Sunday night we figured we'd (tentatively) give it a try. What a pleasant Surprise! We arrived around 10:50 and were greeted within a minute. Ended up ordering mozzarella sticks (half price after 10),Mac and Cheese with chicken tenders and the sirloin with stout sauce and potatoes (off of the $10 taste the change menu). Everything was superb and arrived in a timely manner. We waited less than 5 minutes for the cheese sticks and had just enough time to let them settle before our entrees arrived. Boyfriend's Perfect Patron Margarita tasted perfect (although it had an olive in the bottom?-- my only complaint but it didn't affect taste) Our server Morietta was super on top of things and sweet! My best friend lives 5 mins from this location. I usually am always at the location on pleasant hill. which by the way is much better! My experience wasn't horrible here. The service was fast but that is because not alot of people were there, and I am so not used to that. I felt like "OMG what is this place". I have never been to a apple bees so empty. The server was new but she was very attentive and extremely friendly. She just didn't know much of the information. I always get my pasta without tomatoes and she said "oh we can't do that' Umm what do you mean you can't women! Terrible experience. Several members of the staff were sitting at a table in the dining area talking loud and cursing. When I asked them to stop cursing, the waitress who kept dropping the "F" bomb told me she would say what she wanted to say. I told her my 10 year old was at the table. She said Oh I didn't know there was a kid, as if cursing in the the dining room loudly and carrying on like animals is acceptable for employees. Apparently at this establishment it is because the waiter came by the table, apologized on behalf of the waitress and comped the kid's meal. The manager apologized. Applebee's is a very good restaurant to eat at if you like casual food.However, it is not the best restaurant, most people do not prefer it. The service very good, they don't have you waiting that long if they don't have that many customers at the time that you come. The prices at this restaurant are decent they not too high and they not too low. It is an average restaurant based on its service, location, pricing, and menu. Sometimes, when I come here at Applebee's the line isn't that long, but other times my family and I can get seated once we get there. They don't have much seating on the inside, but they do have chairs outside for people to sit at while waiting. The host will seat you and your waiter will let you order your drinks, but sometimes they do run slow. The service here is very good when you go, unless you go when they are very busy then their service is crazy. When you come on the day that there very busy you will usually be waiting for 30-45 minutes because they're busy at the time that you came. On other days they not as busy as you can be seated usually once you get there. The waitresses are very nice, and they always make sure you have everything that you need to enjoy your meal. They always have smiles on their faces when they greet you. They have plenty of locations that you can find this restaurant, to see what it is and how they work. The location of the Applebee's is a good spot for them because they are not as close to any other restaurant. You can usually find Applebee's close to fast food restaurants. Applebee's is located in Lawrenceville not that far from Gwinnett Medical. It is right across from Chick-fil-a and Wendy's you should not miss it. The pricing at Applebee's isn't that high, but the prices aren't necessarily low either. The prices at Applebee's are descent. They always have the 2 for $20 where you and another person can order something off the list of choices that they give you. Sometimes they are expensive when you want something that is very popular. They do have variety of choices for you to choose from whatever prices you want to pay. The menu has variety of choices for you to eat and drink. You can get the good deals to eat or you can pay the full prices for the meal that you want. Some people get the 2 for $20 which isn't a bad deal for some people. The menu shows what they have new that is in the restaurant, and they show what is very popular that people are eating. The menu at Applebee's is very cool, but it also basic for people. In conclusion, Applebee's is a casual dining place for all ages. If you want to go somewhere the whole family can enjoy it than I'll suggest visiting here. The menu is good and the waiters are very nice. They will always help you out and they will make sure everything is fine. People, do not get duped. This place is even worse than I remembered. We were enticed by the "All you can Eat" Riblets and chicken. When we arrived there were very few tables occupied. Appetizer and drinks came out quickly but had to be sent back. The chicken tenders were decent at best but don't plan to dip them in ranch. I've had better ranch at fast food restaurants. Some of our party ordered their riblets for the second round and after waiting for THIRTY minutes, we asked for our orders to be revised to the regular size. I give this Applebee's an A+ for customer service. I forgot our servers name but she was such a sweetheart and made sure we left happy. But for the food. Not so much. I ordered the steak quesadillas and wings off the apps menu. The quesadillas were not even warm the steak inside it was tough and the wings were okay. The food was good and the help was attentive and friendly. The problem was the bar. There were so many people being loud and obnoxious at the bar that it was impossible for us to enjoy our meal. According to the server this has become a regular thing. The manager tried to get them to quiet down but ended up turning up the music instead which compounded the problem. Worst service ever! After being seated no one came up to ask us what we would like to drink and order. At first after 5 mins we cut them a little slack because it was a little busy, but after 15 mins no one still didn't take our order or gave us drinks. The waiter just kept passing our table and served other guests that came in way after us. After telling the hostess about the problem she then went to talk to our waiter and the waiter still continued to walk pass our table without giving us any sort of acknowledgment or took any of our orders. The guy who runs the show was awesome. If you want to have a good time with your friends go on Friday night from 10 to 2 am. The food and service on the other hand, giant disappointment! The service the worst I have ever experienced. I could never find my waiter. It took 20 minutes to get a drink from the bar.
