Poor service and poor food quality! I placed an order to go on the app. Pulled up outside curbside pick up at 9:05 pm ( not busy ) My pick up time was 9:13. At 9:28 pm I went inside. There were five bags of food lined up. I found my name of the bag and asked the server if this bag was all of my order. She said she had just finished bagging my food, and was going to bring it out. ( when I paid for my food online, I gave a tip for them bringing it out to the car). That didn't happen! There was no way she just bagged my food, I live less than five min from Applebees and my food was cold, barely warm. I would not recommend this Applebees. I won't be back to this location. I loved eating here until I was unable to. I am giving it 5 stars because I am not going to blame the restaurant for one bad employee. I am a mentally challenged delivery driver and most of my big paying orders came from this location and I would sometimes have lunch/dinner here until one waitress befriended me and took money and used me for free drinks at a local bar which was kicked off from the delivery apps. My friends and family told me she was using me and I told her I didn't want to be friends and she started cyber bullying me and harassing me online. Not picking up from Applebees negatively affected my paycheck because I am making a lot less. The store manager refused to sit down and talk to me. I would have a friend ride along with me to run and get an order so I can deliver it. This waitress hacked my accounts which I got back and still cyber bullying me. I hope one day I can eat there again because I love eating there and I love my job that I have been doing for 9 years. Applebees has been a favorite of my families as it is a nice atmosphere and good food for a very reasonable price. When the pandemic started our first meal we ordered out was Applebees and we have ordered it many times since both with delivery and indoors. I would give it a 5 stars if things would go back to being halfway normal. I also figured in the staffing demands, keeping the environment safe and clean for the patrons and of course the fact I am not the only customer they have to tend to I did come up to a 3 star rating. The last time I ate indoors I was checked once with a party of four. I had to wave down my waitress and other staff members just to retrieve some of our food, drinks, cutlery and even a check as the table tablet was shut down. I then ordered from Applebees twice since then and the curbside order cam out in a timely manner, I tipped very well which the staff member was grateful for and when I arrived home ( on the far end of the other side of town) I was missing parts of my order. My artichoke dip is my favorite item they serve as an appetizer and when I called down to speak with curbside the exact same staff member acted as though it was solely my fault for not checking. Then stated that they would replace it if I could drive all the way back to pick it up. *Note : It was still there they simply did not bring it out. So I left my family who was eating their food while it was still warm and I went to pick my appetizer up. She was short with me, she seemed angry that I caused her and grief which I did not being that I am very kind to everyone. Yet what topped all that off was that it was the same bowl that had been sitting there for almost an hour at this point and was less than fresh tasting. So this brings me to my last time ordering food and this time I used DoorDash as I had worked all day and felt like treating my family. We ordered 2 entrees, 1 appetizer combination and a separate appetizer for the whole family. When our dasher arrived we was missing 1 entire entree and my appetizer combo was spilled everywhere, the sauces were on top of the food, the quesadilla had a total of 1/4 cup of minced chicken with large uncooked green peppers and large tomatoes that was not tasty at all. The boneless wings consisted of 3 wings in a to go bowl and there was ranch, marinara and salsa slung over our chips and any uncovered food. Please let me reiterate that all my experiences with our local Applebees have not been bad and I will still give them more opportunities in the future. I just wish that when I called to try and get things made right I was never called back, offered a replacement or just my concerns heard and addressed. My husband and I celebrated our 17th Anniversary on Nov 14th and ordered take-out steak dinners with some substitutions. We have ordered many times from them, and my daughter gifts us meals using Grub hub quite often and we were always happy with our orders as received. This time things requested were not included and one side dish was just omitted. I called the restaurant right away and stated I wished to make a complaint about our takeout order that we just picked up. The manager was called to the phone and asked for the order name and then what was wrong. I explained it all and without hesitation she apologized and asked me if I would like them to replace the meal. That was above and beyond what I expected! I was not an angry customer, but I was displeased as we are retirees and spending almost $50 for one meal is something we only do on special occasions. I agreed and told the manager that this was our anniversary dinner, so she then offered to gift us desserts, when I declined because I am diabetic, she then offered an extra appetizer! I was really blown away and accepted her offer. My husband had to go pickup our fresh meal and while he was there two employees came to him and apologized for the mistakes on the original meal. We ended up having a very delicious meal and feeling good about being treated like valued customers. I am grateful for my wonderful husband and grateful I have had him in my life for 17 years! I wanted to celebrate our union and Applebee's made that possible by being professional and understanding. I have to say after eating at local restaurants for the past few months, I was shocked when I ended up having a later meal here. I had the sirloin (a horrible cut I could hardly slice), garlic mash (ok) and some "mac-and-cheese" that came at a $1.50 premium and I swear to you was nothing but some penne with cheese and bacon dumped on it and melted under a salamander. It wasn't busy but it took 30 minutes to get and pay my check after my plates were cleared. I wont name names to sound like a shill but you can and should do a lot better with local restaurants in town. The food is usually mediocre. Not bad but not spectacular. The servers aren't usually very friendly, but maybe they don't staff enough employees. Their French fries are great. Ouch! This meal was a miss. An issue with everything. First off, as a vegetarian, there are very few choices. Not the fault of this place, but Applebee's in general. Chips and salsa- chips did not taste fresh. Next, my mother's French Onion soup was cold and had to go back. My tomato basil soup - per my request, it was not supposed to have the cheese on top. It didn't but I picked out multiple pieces of cheese from the bottom of my bowl that weren't even the type of cheese that usually comes in that soup usually. How dirty is that kitchen? My salad- was made made without meat but the tortilla strips on it were chewy and lacked crunch. The whole thing tasted like a salad that has been sitting out for hours at a party. Not fresh or good. My mother's salad was swimming in dressing and she said it tasted like it had been made that morning. The host, Dalton was very pleasant. The manager, Zach, seemed nice. Out server, Kim, was not bad but not impressive. When my mother was only able to eat half her salad, Kim tried to take it. I said "if it was that bad they could probably fix it" my mother just wanted to leave. Kim upon hearing this did nothing and soon came back with the check. Probably best to skip this place. My husband and I stopped for dinner. We ordered the pork chops with garlic green beans and the potatoes with cheese and bacon. My pork chop was fine, but my husband's was overdone. The manager came to ask us how everything was and did bring him another one, but never addressed that both of our potatoes was burnt and there was no cheese or bacon on either and the green beans were wilted horribly as if they had been left in a microwave. Came the other day with a friend. We got some appetizers and a meal. Our appetizers came out and one of them was cold, which was sad because it was good cold, would of been awesome hot. Waited around 20 mins for our meals to come out, which we ordered the same time we ordered the appetizers. it's affordable, but the quality sucks. my boyfriend and i each got a $12.99 endless plate (he got ribs, i got boneless wings, we shared). the plates came out looking pretty sad, not much on them. my boyfriend's ribs were cold. we asked for our second servings while she handed us the food. it took an absurdly long time for us to get those, and that's how it was each time we asked for our next servings of food. it honestly felt as if they were trying to wait on purpose so that our food would settle first so we don't eat as much, lol. anyways. each plate after the first kept getting worse and worse. the ribs were cold every single time, and my final plate of wings had next-to-no sauce on them, heck one of my wings was completely sauceless. the waitress was nice at least. no complaints regarding her unless she's the reason for the delay in delivery of our orders (doubtful though, she seemed to be on top of things). all in all, the food was mediocre and i don't plan on coming back here again. not worth it. the food on their menu doesn't seem enticing enough, either. there are lots of much better options imo. menu aside, who knows, could've just been a bad day for them. go ahead and give it a try if you want, i'm not gonna try and stop you. i hope at least you will have a good experience if you do. read more

My girlfriend and I, and our friend Hubert stopped at this Applebee's on a Christmas Eve drive through the countryside, and we were not impressed. The fish was nasty, like bad nasty. All the nice servers in the world don't make up for crummy food, and maybe they had the B team in the kitchen because of the holidays, but still...I'm sure there's a fun little diner around there with better ingredients. read more

Man oh man. So my family and I are visiting family for the holidays and after eating junk all week I figured I could at least get a halfway decent steak and veggies here. We were begrudgingly greeted after being ignored by several staff. Our waitress was nice enough, complaining that it was busy (isn't that a positive in food service?) but mostly pleasant. We ordered our food with our drinks and our drinks came out pretty quickly. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Then a table sat after us by 15+ minutes got their food, had enough time to start eating, flag someone down to complain that their food was cold, and we waited more. We asked very patiently if our food was coming out soon and were quickly told that our food was in the window. Another several minutes went by and the manager came out and asked what we ordered. We stayed patient and told her. Then another several minutes went by and the manager informed us "the system lost the order". Then she looked at my husband to pay for the drinks we spent 45 minutes drinking. Needless to say we left when the manager realized she was outrageous and told us she'd "cover it".
