I have had two experiences have just been great in the last thirty days. We ordered takeout on Thursday night and it said it would be ready in 30 minutes and it took almost 50 minutes so we had to sit and wait in the lobby for 20 minutes. I guess I don't care what the time is... Just be accurate because I would not have put the order in if I had known it would take almost an hour. We then visited during the same week on Sunday afternoon to sit at the bar and watch football. The waitress was extremely attentive and gave us great service. However, the wings came out cold and really chewy. The fried pickles were good. Usually Buffalo wild wings is an easy Old Faithful but it is definitely not at this location. read more

The New Castle location is awful. Today we ordered a large order via the website and we did not even receive half of the order. The receipt in the bag did not match the online receipt. Management refused to provide a refund and did not apologize when we (work colleagues) notified BWW of the situation. The manager and the staff member were very rude and acted as though it was no big deal that they did not correctly fulfill what was ordered. I could understand if a few items may have been missed but to leave out half of the order is ridiculous. We did return what was provided to us at the end of the work day as requested and they still did not provide a refund. We will be getting in touch with corporate. read more

Placed an on line order that said it would be ready by 7:10. Finally received my food, all wings by the way, at 7:45. It was checked, by the very nice girl up front who is put in a horrible spot having to work for this location, who said my order was correct. Once back to my vehicle I double checked and found my order was wrong. Went back in and waited for 10 minutes before I was asked what the issue was. I informed the girl up front that I didnt have another 45 minutes to wait on my order to be corrected and that I would just like the money credited back to my card. She let me know that this would involve the manager, Emily, but when she came back I was informed that Emily told her that she didn't have time to come see me. After letting her no how unacceptable that would be, the manager showed up and let me know that she was unable to credit my card back that she would need to send an email in order to have this done. The place is OK but it is not always clean. I have been there 2 times and it takes around 5-10 minutes to get seated. The staff is friendly and the food gets cool fast. I love all the TV screens and wings!!! I have always enjoyed wings, and to be able to enjoy them and have so many different choices in the flavors, it's such a big help when it comes to enjoying a food that some would say is a little fowl. One of the other things that is nice about this place is all the different sports that can be watched at the same time or, all the different football games that can be on all at the same time! After 20 minutes of nobody helping us at all and seeing tables sat after us place their orders, I pulled a waitress aside to ask if we had a waitress. She replied that our waitress would be right over. After another 10 minutes, I pulled another waitress aside and asked if we had a waitress. She said that she would check. Please contact me I had an absolutely atrocious experience regarding your general manager at store number #3701 1715 south memorial drive. We ordered two lunch menu wings for $11 each. We ordered two tequila sunrises only but instead we just wanted vodka redbull ( since it wasn't an option) we were charged for both tequila sunrises plus two extra vodka drinks. When the waitress brought our receipt it was $70.20. Which is absolutely absurd for what we ordered we noticed the extra charges on the receipt and asked to speak to the manager to get them taken off. We only received two drinks. The "general manager " is completely unprofessional and rude and has no compassion for customers or mistakes made by staff. We explained the situation multiple times. I showed him our table and the two glasses that were there. We told him that we only had two drinks and we were charged for four. He told us all alcohol sales were final ( we hadn't paid yet) and we were arguing and he kept saying "I'll take payment now" we did the right thing and paid but that guy his name is mark at that establishment. But he needs to be terminated he's extremely unprofessional and doesn't care about right or wrong or the customer. Three separate waitresses apologized to us and explained to us that he is a horrible manager and that he has no clue what he's doing. They all also said he treats them poorly. We never saw him once until we asked to speak to him. He's obviously lazy and non compliant. I would really appreciate a follow up call with regards as to what actions were taken. We don't want a gift card or any kind of reimbursement. We simply want him either terminated or at the very least talked to or demoted. Me and my fiancé have both worked serving/management positions in restaurants across the U.S for 10+ years. This person is costing your establishment valuable customers, business, and employees. After trying to eat at another east central Indiana location on my way home from work tonight, I was AMAZED with the night and day service and food at the New Castle location. A big shout out to the hostess, Riley, my server, and the chef(s) tonight!!! Definitely will go back and continue to order from my online delivery service from Buffalo Wild Wings here in New Castle, Indiana. We went in there and it was not busy at all yet took us 10 minutes to get seated. The menu was abbreviated from their normal and the waitress had no idea if we could order stuff that want on the menu. I got a burger and it was ok at best, no flavor. The wife got the wings. You would figure a restaurant that is named after wings would have good wings. They were very tough and no flavor. We told the waitress and she had no idea how to go about fixing the problem. After she talked to someone else, she agreed to get new ones but "only if e have her the previously served wings". Like we were trying to get extra food. The new wings weren't any better. I love BWW. The food is always good and I love that they are open late because not a lot of places around here are. Really, my only complaint is that when I place a to go order it's never ready at the time I'm given, especially if I order through the app. My latest order left my husband sitting there (with his food from somewhere else getting cold) for 15 minutes past the pickup time I was given and unfortunately that's completely normal!
