Portions are generous, flavors are bold, and the menu somehow manages to feel both elevated and unapologetically Hoosier. Service was friendly, the atmosphere was chaotic in the best possible way. Addison was our waiter and was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had a party of over 10 people and he handled it flawlessly. This summary from the internet agrees with my idea of rice pilaf, "Pilaf is a rice dish where grains are toasted in oil or butter with aromatics like onion and garlic before being simmered in seasoned broth, resulting in fluffy, separate grains." For entree, my dining partner had today's special which was a shredded chicken sandwich that had a jalapeño cheese sauce and the house chips.
