First time here and the last. I came here with my family to eat and the service was horrible. The waiter didn't bring plates for appetizer after I ask for four plates so we eat out the appetizer bowl using our hands for plates. I ordered a bbq whiskey burger with extra whiskey sauce and make sure it's well done. The burger didn't have any sauce on it at all and when I ask her can I get the extra sauce she said sure and never came back. This is the second time she ignored me. I was super annoyed so I reported it to the manager and just wanted to leave. The manager apologized but no actions was taken nor customer compensation to get my family to eat there again. So my family and I left. I was so angry I took my food to go. I didn't even eat it. So went home I started to eat my burger and this is what I found. read more

Ok, I'm giving this a three-star because that's how my experience here felt-not bad, but, not good either. Now, let me say this. The manager was excellent. When she received our complaint, instead of "making excuses" for the kitchen, she listened to the issue and resolved it without a thousand questions. That is what may bring me back. My other issue. Went here just i have a nice lunch, i usually order steak and get my daughter the hot cheeto chicken. Every time i come here the food is alright and the service is great. But when i came here awhile back ago i ordered steak and tacos. The steak was raw, cold, and you could tell the chef put no effort into it. They said they hired a new chef but my daughter specifically gave the server specific details on her food. She said the HOT version and not the normal version. She also ordered ranch and got blue cheese. Her chicken was cold she complained and my tacos were barely cooked! Even the taco shell was cold. We talked to the manager and got our food for free. This place has so much potential. The restaurant itself is really nice - more modern-looking than the last time I went to an Applebee's. It must've been a long day for me because I couldn't tell where the door was or where we were supposed to go to be seated, haha. The service was great, but the food? Not so much. What bugged me was that the spoon and plates for our appetizer were dirty. Our food was so salty. I got the Firecracker Shrimp Cavatappi and my husband got the Bourbon Chicken & Shrimp. Me being me, I don't like food to go to waste, so I tried my best to eat what I could. My hubby usually eats his food to the point where his plate is clean, but that didn't happen this time. My friend's dish looked ... awful. When it was placed in front of her, we all looked at it sadly, lol. Apparently she ordered the Caprese Mozzarella Chicken, but it was missing the basil ... and it just looked sad. Despite a minor booboo with getting our food (our fault - we moved to a different table literally right next to our original spot and our food went to the wrong people [to the couple who were seated after us at our original table and accidently got our food, did yall even order the same thing we did because why did you even eat it? Last night four of us went to the Applebee's Bar and Grill on Little Creek Rd. It was one of the poorest experiences I've ever had. The waitress was very nice but got nothing right. First off my salad was made with lettuce that looked like it was old with a lot of brown spots on it. My actual order came wrong because I asked for the sauce on the side and it was all over the top of the steak and I asked for broccoli not garlicky green beans. This resulted in having the steak to be completely redone so they brought back just the potatoes and broccoli which I ate because I was hungry. By the time the steak arrived I was pretty full and my husband, sister in law and brother in law were done eating. There were also mistakes made with the other orders at the table. They were fortunately rectified quickly but it was annoying for all. Even worse than all that was when I went into the ladies room and there was feces on toilet. The bathroom itself was dirty as well and there were no paper towels. Never again, will not go back to this location. read more

Salad came drowning in dressing and the wrap had a hair in it. We observed line cooks with no hats/hair nets and beard protectors. Asked to speak to a manager and 30 minutes later one appeared and did not seem concerned with our issues. Let me start off by saying every Applebee's I've been to was absolutely horrible nor has the food been good either but I thought I'd give it one last shot and of course once again just like all the other times i was let down, took almost 10 for the waitress to come take our drink orders (keep in mind this place wasn't busy at all and it was just my friend and I) then it took 15 minutes to actually get our drinks. Then we both ordered side salad one Caesar salad and one house salad and that took over 20 minutes to finally come out oh and the drinks were very acidic and just flat out gross, my salad was brown and the tomatoes were mushy same with my cucumbers i ended up picking through it so the manager took it off my bill. The service was subpar, our server was almost nonexistent. I was given a butter knife for a rare steak and had to ask someone from the bar to get one so I could eat. By the time I got it my food was already cold. My cheesy broccoli had queso instead of cheddar cheese. The manager lied to my face and said they changed the recipe not realizing that we are a regular. My green beans had congealed butter and garlic there was no warmth what so ever. I did not get a refill for my 3.50 lemonade then it took forever for our food and desserts to come out. The manager hid from me until we had an issue splitting the check. Oh and my boyfriend and his friend went in the bathroom to find someone smoking weed in the bathroom. And then our server Devon came out. And he didnt even flush the toilet with the evidence. My boyfriend told his friend to put on his badge to mess with him. Our meal was not discounted because our server messed up and another table paid a portion of our bill so we couldnt even split it. My friend had to pay the whole bill. We were given 2 discount appetizer coupons for 3 people. I told them I will never be back unless our regular server is there. I will turn around and go to one of the fast food places nearby where I know my stuff will be correct. We come around 4 times a month and spend at least $40 for just 2 people. And we tip generously.
