Absolutely terrible. Ordered Curbside to go for myself and a coworker on our lunch break. We placed the order online. Arrived a few minutes early and parked in a designated spot. Waited 10 minutes past the quoted pickup time then had to go inside. Once inside, I asked if curbside to go was unavailable. The associate stated there was a button to press in my confirmation email, there was not. When I told her that she said "well you could've called " with an attitude. Very rude and unprofessional. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'd give zero stars if it were possible. Do yourself a favor and bypass this place. For a chain, Applebee's has a pretty consistent menu. Appetizers are always great, especially during 3-6pm or 9-close when they are half priced. Choose from bone in or boneless wings, 6 different sauces to choose from. My personal favorite is the sweet Asian chili. Mozzarella sticks, chicken quesadillas, waffle fries, queso and chips, spinach dip, the options are endless and if you can't decide, you can go with the sampler platter. Nachos are always a winning choice as well, huge portions, definitely shareable. On a budget they do offer 2/$23 or 2/$30 deals which included an appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert. Can't go wrong there. Drinks are always delicious, I like that they have fun non-alcoholic beverages as well. Such as a mango smoothie and passion fruit lemonade. They have plenty of boozy options as well, and also over drinks/food to go. Applebee's is the most convenient car side to go out of the other restaurants in my area. Ordered take out for me, hubby and Mum. Hubby : Bourbon Swiss Mushroom burger w/ $1.00 boneless wings, fries. Mum : fish & chip. Me : classic cheeseburger (no vegetables w/ just mayo & ketchup) and fries. Me & hubby also got a cocktail to go : a Long Island iced tea and a Dracula's Juice. Everything was cold. We showed up right on time and it must've been sitting for 1/2 the time we was told. As we waited for our drinks to go hubby wanted to munch on the fries as we waited and they were already cold. My burger that was supposed to have no vegetables and just mayo & ketchup had lettuce and tomato (maybe they don't know what a vegetable is) and no mayo & ketchup ... zero, zilch (see pic). Also, I asked for straws for the drinks and the girl said "we can't do that" ... they don't want you to drink & drive ... umm ... does she realize that I can just take the cover off the drink and drink it?!? Mmmmmm, interesting that I don't see any management responses... "The "Special Boneless Wing" advertised at the front door at .25 per wing is a waste of energy to even attempt to order or eat. The breading was a very thick coating and over cooked. A knife couldn't cut these disgusting flour balls with dried chicken. This special doesn't compare to the menu Boneless Wings that you would expect to have. My "Famous Riblet Plater" was served lukewarm and cool to the touch. The fries also just warm. I sent the plater back stateing that it was cold. Within 12 minutes the meal was served by a manager minus the coleslaw. The ribs were hot with cold fries. At this point I was disgusted with the "Famous Riblet Plater"! I was also embarrassed that my guest were nearly finished with their meals. I returned my meal, the manager removed it from the bill but never approached the table again to speak to me or show concern. We stopped by Applebee's not to dine or with high expectations but just to get some comfort food. Unfortunately this location failed to meet our simple expected needs." I went with my mother the other day and she said the same thing and apologized for choosing it over the thought of the place I had thought of for us (I will keep that name off of this review). Processed and kind of crunchy, like they were over-fried. I was not impressed with these. For entrees, we both got the chicken and portobello mushroom dish that is 550 calories. Normally I love Applebee's but recently I noticed they have those irresistible bowl meals so I ordered a home style chicken and a south west chick bowl. Here were the issues 1. ) They give you a time of when the food will be ready yet my food wasn't ready until 25 minutes after the pick up time I was given which is very annoying and frustrating when you have limited time to eat. They don't take into consideration if you're working or eating before work every minute counts. Give accurate times don't say a time then give the food 25 minutes later. 2.) 1 of the meals was wrong they didn't even give the right meal. I mean how hard is it to read an order slip make the order and package that order? But again because of lack of time I had to accept it and eat a meal I didn't want yet paid for which is aggravating and 3.) idk what they were thinking with the insane amount of pick DW gallo they put on my wife southwest chicken it was barely edible and there were no beans which I check and it says the meal includes beans. In conclusion it was an overall fail and bad experience. Wasted 45 minutes of round trip driving plus sitting in a parking lot a long time waiting for food that was 25 minutes late just to get home have 1 meal be wrong and the other meal missing an item and with so much pico de Gallo that it made the meal unenjoyable. It's been a couple weeks but driving by it today and seeing Applebee's stirred up so much annoyance and reminder of the bad experience which is what made me decide to write this review. I think the cooks here are a revolving door. The food is very inconsistent. The staff is also very inconsistent. The past 2 times I've been here the food was not that good and the silverware was dirty. Last time we walked out when we asked for new silverware twice and both times it was dirty. I love this place since they redid it about a year ago. It's so much more modern inside and just feels cleaner! Friendly staff and OK food, you know, for a chain. It's cheap, which is nice... There's a cute manager that works there, I think she's the main manager?? She's really friendly and I always see her chatting up the guests. At the end of the day, it's an Applebee's, but it's one of the better ones I've been to! If you're in the mood for tall boy Coors Lights and riblets (I'm hopelessly addicted to these from when I worked for a 'bees in college) I highly recommend this place! read more

On Tuesday night I went with my mom for dinner, we both ordered the 6 Oz sirloin. Hers was excellent but I got a cut with a lot of gristle. I tried to eat the good pieces but that was very little. When our waitress Kelci came and asked how things were, my mom stated that I wasn't able to eat my steak. She said "I'll be right back". Two minutes later, Scott, the manager came over and looked at the steak. He apologized more than once, handed us a bill and said he took $9 off! Wow, awesome! But then he went even further and cooked me another one to take home!! We couldn't believe it! The meal was free plus one to take! This five star review is not for Applebee's it's for jymn. Applebee's has done us dirty in the past and although they can be hit or miss I would probably give them like a three star review based on our past experiences and the food has gone down hill over the years. BUT jymn literally makes it all better for us. He's the best bartender and he goes out of his way to take care of customers (even sits people at tables when it's clearly not his job) he's just good stuff. We went for lunch today and EVERY time we decide to sit at the bar and he's working we have an awesome experience. So Applebee's your eh. But Applebee's plus jymn is like heaven. Food was okay, basically exactly what you would expect from an Applebee's, however the onion rings were not good. The onion inside had a weird taste and the outside had way to much batter, really wouldn't have minded but they charge an extra $1.29 which is not worth it at all. Another problem was the music. We sat in bar area and the music was so so loud, it was hard to hear each other. My boyfriend and I went here for lunch around 2:00 on a Sunday, they had maybe less than 10 tables in the whole restaurant. Our waitress came and took our drink orders, then proceeded to basically yell from the bar area to our booth because she forgot what I ordered to drink. After taking our food order, and waiting 40 MINUTES, she comes over to our booth and asked to "review" our order, to me it sounded like she forgot our order completely. She then explained it was taking so long because she rang our order under another table. Which makes no sense to me, these people at a different table just accepted this food even though it wasn't what they ordered? Waited ANOTHER 20 minutes, food finally came out after an hour of waiting. Asked for more napkins, never got them. She thanked us for understanding, but we won't be returning. read more

We decided to grab an early dinner on Saturday we got there at 4:15 and were seated promptly. And that's where the service ended. After sitting there 15 minutes we heard the large table of 8 in the corner ask for a waitress. They finally got drinks after a 20min. Wait..we waited an additional 10 min. So a total of 25minutes and absolutely no customer service!!! If you can't serve your customers don't seat them!!! We got up and left. And had a great meal and drinks at the 99 resturant.
