Tons of tables open when you arrive but somehow there's always a 10 plus minute wait. Doesn't make any sense.

Applebee's tends to be not enjoyed by my family as they would rather eat McDonalds instead but after my grandmother gave us a gift card, we decided to have dinner there to see if a surprise was waiting inside the rotten apple. I expected for our server to arrive at our table in ten minutes or less...not the case here. We sat there for a mere twenty minutes poorly waiting for any staff member to walk up and take our orders, or at the very most, explain what the popsicles was going on. Eventually, a waiter finally noticed us and even though he was swamped with five other tables, was generous enough to take care of us and was very friendly the entire way which in return, rewarded him a fifty dollar tip. Our food eventually arrived and as I enjoyed my steak, the rest of my family were pleased with their plates of awesome as I call them. I'm happy to write that the experience was better then I expected but it wasn't anything extraordinary. read more

Second time going there and they messed up my order. I ordered the burger, cooked well done, no pink. Well, the first time the burger was raw and the second time, the burger was pink. The fries were soggy, like they are left overs. Very gross. Also, they don't give you a full portion of fries, sides, or condiments. Ugh. So frustrating. Won't be returning at all. read more

Ordered online and ordered curbside takeout. It took 6 minutes before anyone even came out and acknowledged that I was there. Now I know why I truly avoid Applebees, the food sucked it was dry the frys were thrown in the bottom of the bag wide open and soggy. I come to this Applebees quite a bit and have always enjoyed the service I have received from there. Not only is the food great,( but they could bring back my Chicken Chimichanga's and I would be most happy!) but the servers are equally great. We have a few of the servers that we will go to, if they aren't there then we will sit at the bar. The old timer's when it comes to servers are the very best. Kyle, Allison, Courtney and so on. A few of the new servers tend to have attitudes with you if you ask for something after the food has come or they won't show up at all to offer refills on your drinks. One peeve I have is the music.. I don't listen to that trash at home so I wouldn't want to listen to it when I'm out eating. Volume wise it needs to be turned down, one can't sit and think with it blaring. read more

It's pretty ok. Typical Applebee's. Gets kind of crowded. Staff can be heard clapping and singing their birthday chant-song every 3 minutes throughout your meal. Bathroom cleanliness 6/10. Staff politeness 7.5/10. Decor 9/10 better than average for a sports bar/grill I like how they incorporate local teams in the wall decorations. 2 for $20 thing they offer is certainly a good deal. We had a group of about 7 girls for a fundraiser. We arrived around the same time a bus of over 100 camp kids were finishing up/leaving. Naturally this Applebee's was busy. But we were brought dirty utensil after dirty utensil. Cold food. Forgotten food. I asked for water more than once and never got it. Mid our dining experience the waitresses changed shifts and the new waitress was very unprofessional. Saying things like 'oh shit' and blaming everyone else but herself or just apologizing for our experience. Needless to say, this will be my last visit to this location. read more

Ordered 2 dinners salad and desert to go and had it delivered. No butter or sour cream on my potato and no Cesar salad dressing on my salad. Worst part was they totally forgot one of the dinners completely. The payed me back for missing dinner but that didn't help my hungry wife. Too bad cause my bourbon street steak was good. read more

Tonight's visit to our local Greece Applebee's Grill & Bar did not reach the bar. Once seated we were not provided dinnerware or beverage napkins which we can oversee. The server did not greet our table for at least 5-10 minutes and beverages delivered took more time. We ordered appetizers, salads and entree specifically asking to space the courses and were assured that would be reasonable. The salads,much more time passing were delivered prior to one of two appetizers. The entrees varied from being cold, incorrect and overall subpar. We requested a beverage refill that had to be obtained by another server. We brought our concerns to both server and manager which were very apologetic. The manager was seen lending help to many tables and assisting his crew. That said our server may have been distracted while entertaining friends all while the manager was cleaning tables, etc. Applebee's has been a token of this community for many years. With more teamwork hopefully it will arise from the dust. read more

i ordered all you can eat boneless wings, i ate one plate and i asked for a refill of wings and i never got them. service was horrible, she never asked us for refills on drinks so we had to ask for refills. wouldn't recommend eating here. read more

Order a Togo and they didn't even make the second meal. Then when I called the manger said he didn't know what he could do to fix that. Then said bye and hung up.... great service. Awful management and poor customer service skills. Never eating their again. Only did one star because yelp made me. read more

It's been a long time since I have been here. Menu has changed. But they had a good selection to choose from. I wanted to get a traditional burger that I have gotten. I will admit they no longer grill them over a flame. Which was disappointing. They are fried. I loved it when they grilled them. But the service was good and the meal was still tastey. read more

Food was delicious. Our server, Maggie was wonderful. She very attentive to our needs. She kept checking with us to make sure we were okay. We'll be asking to set in her section next time for sure. I kind of don't even know what to say about this place. Nothing about it stands out but nothing is horrible either. It is your average grill and bar with average food and average service. This was our first visit and we will never eat here again. We got seated at one of the round circle table and as we were waiting for the rest of our party to arrive we noticed water on our table. We looked up and saw it was leaking from the ceiling. We asked to be moved and the server didn't seem to care or even apologize for the inconvenience. We got our food and I wasn't impressed with that either. The onion rings were terrible and my husband said the orange juice tasted terrible. As we were leaving we noticed that the hostess had once again seated another party at the table where it was leaking from the ceiling. So it's a chain restaurant. Take it for what it is! I came here because I was staying near by for work. The service was prompt and friendly. My order was not correct and the man who brought it out could tell just by my facial expression and immediately addressed the situation and corrected it. Friendly and prompt service. Went last week after having a bad experience many months ago. MUCH better this time. Service was good and quick, food was hot and yummy. Got the brewhouse chicken. Very good and I don't usually like gravy. This was very good. Glad I retried this location. They have made many improvements. Bathroom was cleaner than last time too. read more

Applebees is always a fun place for family or even just a couple friends! This specific Applebee's always has excellent customer service and tasty food! Unfortunately sometimes I leave with a stomach ache! But the food always seems fresh and hot. I've only ever had to send food back twice and I've been dinning here forever! My Hubby and I travel a lot for business and we find that this chain can be a hit or miss. This one was a hit. We ordered the 2 for $20 and both had the oriental chicken salad. The salads were served very quickly and the portions were larger than we normally receive. The salads were indeed so large, neither of us finished our meal. We would recommend to locals and travelers. Fast, friendly service with well prepared food. read more

I have to clap my hands after my last visit to Applebee's. I had lost my zest for going there but when I went I saw the new additions to the menu and i was pleasantly surprised . Applebee's has always been a personal favorite for years, but what is going on?! The host and server were both short and to focused on "hustling" that they came off rude. The menu changes to keep up with the times, ended up getting rid of classics. Over heard complaints from other tables on the menu as well. None of our dishes were brought out by our actual server and she was missing for check ins. We ordered dessert and the check was brought to us before the dessert. Never. Again. read more

This place used to be a decent go-to chain for a quick affordable meal that was relatively tasty. Not no more. Our burgers were bland, dry, overcooked and tough, a pretty bad combination. The burger roll was a huge dry mess, too. The chicken fingers and boneless wings were exactly the same low grade fare, except the "wings" has buffalo sauce dumped on them. Took the kids. Ordered. Waited 1/2 hour no food. Asked about food. Waitress said they were having some issues with my soup. (it was French Onion) What kind of issues can you have with soup? Anyway she said our other food had been ready but she was waiting on the soup. I said bring the other dishes out. I see her pass our table twice in the next 10 minutes and then ask about the food. She says oh yeah I was just on the way to get it for you. Yeeahhh ok. Finally the food and the kids are hungry. Soup ends up coming with the food. Soup was luke warm, ribs were cold. Daughters hamburger buns were rock hard and her mandarin orange slices were canned and tasted horrible. I returned the ribs and the rest of her meal. Manager comped me for the ribs and her dinner. So sorry for only one star but our meal last night was just awful. We were there at dinner time and it wasn't terribly busy. First off it was freezing cold with the a/c blowing full force. Second, everyone of the staff greets you by calling you a guy. "Hi guys, are you ready to order guys, will that be all guys, bye guys". I hate that, I am not a guy and it's not much of an effort to say "Hi folks, etc. Much more respectful. My husband had boneless wings and french onion soup and he was satisfied with both. I had the combo appetizer platter and the mozz. sticks were watery--can't figure out how that can be--the boneless wings were overcooked and dry, the spinach dip was disgusting, just creamed spinach with a glob of melted cheese on top, and lastly the chicken quesadilla tasted old and stale. I know I probably should have said something to the management--actually I did see several people doing just that--but I always feel funny complaining in person. Bottom line we will NOT be returning. read more
