SLOW service for curbside pickup. Curbside service didn't work -had to walk in and try and find my dinner. The employees and bartender were rude and less than helpful. The website said dinner would be ready in 20 minutes--took almost 45 mins-in part due to very RUDE carry-out waitress. The food was cold when we got home. I finally received the carryout text, which we were supposed to get BEFORE we arrived at the restaurant when we were back home eating the dinner-50 mins later. This has to be one of the worst Applebee's in the area and judging by the reviews others think so as well. Let me begin my critique with the piss poor service. I attempted to call my order ahead of time to be proactive, but was on hold the duration of my drive to the restaurant, so needless to say no one picked up for at least 12 minutes. I ordered two salads to go, from the bar. While I was waiting a gentleman came behind me and ordered a burger and fries. Thinking my order should come out first and the simplicity of my order, the guy who ordered the burger got his food first and I had to wait for another 10 minutes for salad!!! Are you kidding... When I got home ready to eat my salad, I looked in the bag, No salad dressing and No eating utensils.... Come on man...!! What did they expect me to do... throw my face into my salad bowl and choke down a dry salad... Arrived at the restaurant two hours before closing time which was 2am. Had a party of 12 and it seems that the whole staff fell apart trying to take care of our orders. Our waitress did do her best and she deserves credit for her efforts but the assisting staff kept sending out orders that weren't for our table. Plus food kept coming out slow. In the end once everyone finally got their food we decided to just take it to go instead of eating at the restaurant. Horrible from the moment we walked in the door. The greeter has no sense of urgency to welcome us or seat us and it wasn't packed. Then the table and seat was still dirty and wet. The waiter had a slight attitude taking our order couldn't recommend anything from the menu. I ordered a Mardi gra drink and it was suppose to like a slush frozen drink it came back as liquid no slush. I sent it back the waiter and bar tender thought it would be funny to make me a mountain of frozen slush it was all ice no sky's him liquid to even sip. She should have just brought me a spoon to eat frozen ice. I told the manager and I was dissatisfied with the service and I thought it was uncalled for. Then as we started eating our food my son reached his wings and never got his soup. But before we can even eat 2 wings there was a bug on the table and then it started jumping. I immediately told the waiter she walked away told the manager and then continued serving other tables while he stayed at the bar. My friend ended up killing the bug. I had to go up to the bar to talk with the manager again and he asked if I just wanted the bill and to pack up the food to go. Absolutely unacceptable to not 1 come to address the situation at the table. 2 Not offer a compensation. 3 Not to have a sense of urgency to handle the situation especially since it's bugs. I am very disappointed with this location. The website says it closed at 1am. I placed an order around 11:30. I revived an confirmation email and a pick up time at 12:04. I pulled into an empty parking lot. If no one was there why was I able to make a to go order? I payed for food I didn't receive. That is very unexpected able. I've also called multiple times, pressed every extension and no one has answer the phone. If the location is closed the website needs to say that. read more

If you want more business , on a day that is not busy like today dear restaurant manager, must speed up your service. Waited 20 minutes for a glass of wine only to be told they had to get it from the back when I asked why it was taking so long. Standard Cabernet. Wait another 20 minutes or so for my Fiesta lime chicken to come out. Fortunately the chicken was good and this cedar plank salmon was good that my husband had so we will probably come back only because it's in our town, but would not come to this restaurant if we had choices. Waiter Jason was friendly enough but did not come back and check after our meal was delivered until we were almost through. My husband had to ask for more water. Went in for a quick lunch, waitress was great and getting the ordered placed, served and bill processed. Very affordable lunch options with pick a pair. We order our appetizers and our original waitress left without letting us know she was leaving for today so we ended up with a new waitress and ordered the remaining of our meals. With this particular Applebees either your food was just really hot or it was a lukewarm we ordered shooter for dessert I had a strawberry cheesecake shooter and my daughter had to check with me shooter my daughter looked at me funny while chewing her dessert she stated its really crunchy she took another scoop and found half of a cockroach in her shooter " pictures posted so you can see a leg and half of its body" I informed the waitress she saw it and got the manager the manager tried to play it off and then when he went to go back to see the shooter he paid our entire our ticket and he was trying to explain that they do not meet the desserts in house that they come from somewhere else I don't know what to say about this but it was really disgusting my daughter will not eat at a Applebee's any longer nor wish to eat chocolate mouspse. read more

Super super slow. Waited over an hour for food and it wasn't even busy. Wasn't our waitress fault but then again she didn't really wow us either. I am traveling and saw an Applebees as we turned to our hotel. Not wanting to go in, I - for the 1st time - ordered online. I was impressed when I was able to enter my car information and wanted curb side service. I got there 2 minutes early. 2 others were waiting.....After 5 minutes, a waitress came out and asked each of us our names. Within 10 minutes, the others got their orders. In the mean time, 2 more customers showed up....after waiting 5 minutes, they went in and came out with their food. After 30 minutes, I went in.....waited 5 more minutes and was asked "What's up?" The wait staff looked in the computer and informed me there wasn't an order for me! She then walked around and found the order "At the BAR!". When I told her about the person, who had come out over a half hour prior and asked my name, she merely said "you come and see me, next time!" WHAT NEXT TIME!!!! read more

I have given this one a chance TWICE.. the first time the host said table or bar and we said table and he said ok I will be right back and then NEVER came back to seat us lol we waited 5 mins and then went to TACOMAC that was right next door, about two months later I was like ok maybe just a bad night for them so let's go try it again bc I really do love Applebee's and never had a problem before with any other location. We go in and it's dead inside and the host is like table or bar and we say table and he sits us at a table with NO menus or anything and we wait and NOBODY comes to greet us but he sits down at a table with two other staff members on their phones but after 8 mins and I look and that table of employees just happen to look at me and I say ummm is anyone coming over? And two of them mumble " I didn't know they were there" and the host who SAT us goes " me either" so now I'm really confused and they all jump up and run away and about two mins goes by and a girl I have never even seen before comes from the back and serves us and she was nice but very inattentive. We asked for ketchup and she brings us a portion cup half full and then never returns until it's time to drop the check lol that ketchup was enough for like 5 fries! Don't even get me started on the R&B music they have blaring in the bar area bc I could barely even have a conversation with my girlfriend at a table away from the bar. It seems like the staff just wanted to sit in bar area and party with each other rather than serve customers. We felt like such an inconvenience. I would give negative stars if I could! We ordered online for carside to go pick up last night. My husband went to pick it up, and sat for 30 minutes in the spot marked for carside pick up. Another person drove up right after he did. After 30 minutes, he went inside to check on it. The food was sitting there - stone cold. He asked to speak to a manager, and was told that they cannot sit there and watch the curbside pick up all the time. Because the food was cold - he asked them to remake it. And he insisted on removing the tip from the order. The manager was most ungracious about all of it. Not only will we not do the carside pick again, we won't go back! And for the record, the person who drove up right after my husband had to go inside to pick up his order, too. If you don't want to offer carside pick up - then don't - but certainly don't offer it if you don't intend to fulfill it! read more

My family and I first entered the restaurant and were instantly greeted with a joyous host, ready to seat us. The young gentleman was very kind as he showed us where we were supposed to be seated. Another plus was that we were seated almost immediately, something that never happens since we are a really big family. In addition to that, our waiter for the night was extremely helpful. My younger brother has certain allergies, and some food he can not eat or else he'd be in serious trouble. Our waitress assisted us with everything, down to explaining the ingredients in the foods my brother was interested in. And that's no easy task considering the fact that my brother eats everything. But down to the food. Applebee's has some of the best appetizers. I always get the mozzarella sticks and boneless wings....and let me tell you. The sticks are light and fluffy and the cheese melts into your mouth, giving you a nice savory butter aftertaste. The wings are no short of great either and it really fills you up. So you can have more food when you get home. Onto the entree, i get the chicken finger platter because thats really all i can at least snack on because im so full from the appetizers. Applebee's house some of the best chicken tenders. The meat is cooked to crispy perfection and is a flattering golden brown color. Everyone knows the safest thing to order when you are new to a restaurant is the chicken tenders and fries. read more

Food was decent. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, which was okay. The bacon was missing, however. Also, I asked for mayo and it was never delivered. Otherwise the food was okay. However, near the end of the meal I needed to use the restroom. Big mistake. The room was filthy. It obviously hadn't been cleaned in some time. Also, someone had defecated in one of the urinals. According to my wife, the women's restroom was in similar shape. I complained to Applebee's. Three weeks later I got a call from a manager. He apologized, but suggested that I was mistaken, or lying, though he didn't use that word. I'll definitely avoid this place in the future. read more
