Absolutely LOVED the Zingers Mac. Thai Sauce (Orange?) is really good with it. We had some decent apps but I really liked the potstickers. This was, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. After waiting 45 minutes to be seated, we placed our order and then waited another 30+ minutes before a manager finally came over to tell us our food would be out "soon." During that time, I watched the kitchen manager laughing and joking around with staff instead of ensuring orders were being completed. After we asked for the check because we were ready to leave, our food was suddenly rushed together. It appeared that the manager was piecing my meal together from plates that had been sitting in the kitchen waiting. As we were getting up to leave, the manager brought out our food and offered several excuses for the delay. He first offered us a 50% discount if we stayed. When we declined, he offered to pack the meal to go and give it to us for free. I declined again because this wasn't about the money--it was about professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I am a Bloody Mary enthusiast. I typically ask the bartender 'How is your Bloody Mary'? And my question is typically answered with a blasé response such as, 'fine', 'good' or 'typical mix and vodka'. At Miller's Ale House the manager (I believe) answered my question with 'How do you like it?' THAT is the response someone who knows what they are doing makes. My husband and I stopped at Miller's on a Sunday night after returning from a international flight. It was around 9pm and everything was closed except this place so by default we came here. This was my first time coming to a Miller's Ale House. It is a casual sports bar with mostly bar food and the drink menu looks pretty good. Since it was so late we opted to order our food to go online. I'm a bit health-conscious and the only thing on the menu that seemed healthy enough was a house salad so I went with that and added grilled shrimp. My husband ordered the cilantro lime chicken. An amicable staff member brought out our food to the car, it was storming so curbside pickup was definitely a plus. My salad was large and very fresh, I enjoyed my food. My husband said he enjoyed his entrée as well. There are no Miller's near where I live but if I am ever near one again I would like to dine in and have a drink next time. read more

Let me start by saying the server was doing her best with a full bar. However my first visit was horrible i ordered the red one i believe is the name. Its the spicy chicken sandwich i cut it half and ate the first half and all was well. I then took a bite of the second was cold and raw and about made me throw up. Now after bringing it to the attention of the bar tender i was given some options. I chose to go back with a bacon cheeseburger. It then proceeded to take 20 minutes to get out the burger. I never got a refill on water and on top of it all I paid three dollars for two strips of bacon. I can buy a full pound of bacon for six! I highly doubt ill ever be back. read more

Show up at 730 pm and we're told it's a 30 minute wait. I walk through the restaurant and see at least six empty tables and asked the hostess about it and she said we are short of servers. So i asked they would rather you wait outside at 28 degrees than let you sit and wait at a table. STUPID policy. Finally order and twenty minutes later waitress tells me they are out of prime rib. I'm 66 and had one of the best burgers at Miller's. I'll return when I go back to visit family. My only complaint was it was a bit noisy.

Tried the pot stickers pan fried they were good. Also had the crab legs which for $20 is not a bad deal at all with two side. I think her name was Cheyenne (sorry if I misspelled your name) originally served us drinks and took our order then another younger gentleman took over. Both were good & services met. We were driving through town and stopped here for lunch because their website looked like they had decent burgers. Our waitress recommended the burger when we sat down. We ordered the spinach dip appetizer, which was good, not the best spinach dip we've had but it was good. More spinach than cheese but good. My husband and I both ordered burgers and you could tell they were made fresh. Delicious burgers! So good we forgot to take pictures before we dug in. Perfect amount of fries on the side. She described the menu so well that it felt like we ordered almost everything on the menu. This was my 1st time ever eating at this restaurant, and I will definitely return. We are visiting McDonough for a few days and needed a place open late. We checked online and voila! The hostess was welcoming and sweet and then we met the star of the night, our server Nerissa. She is wonderful! I had questions about the menu and portions being a first timer and she was patient and helpful. She is such a natural people person who delivers charm and efficiency with ease. We felt like we'd known her for years. My husband is a server and we travel often and can say that Nerissa is definitely in our top 5 servers of all time. We plan to come back during our remaining time here to chat with her (and eat some food, but mostly to see her). But in all seriousness the food service were top notch. read more

The wife and I decided earlier this week to try this place. We kinda did some homework before we arrived that way we had an idea of what we wanted to eat. I can't review any beverages due to us just ordering water. For our appetizer we got the zinger mountain melt. It was the star of the show. We could've just ate that and been just fine but nope we wanted to try some things. For her main entree, she opted for the chicken parm Alfredo. She said it was good but if you look at the photos o posted the breading on certain spots was way overcooked. We didn't complain because the cooks and waitresses really should have seen it for themselves before they brought it out. This is the only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me. I however ordered the Mimi's fiesta chicken and shrimp bowl. It was amazing. Mind you, you get a lot of food so after the appetizer it was hard to eat the main entrees but we tried anyways. Let me start by saying that the service was awesome! It appeared they were short staffed and dealing with a MNF crowd and a sole bartender they still were attentive, patient, and mede you feel welcomed. They have a great sports bar atmosphere with plenty of TV's, an ample beer selection with quite a few IPA's on draft,and a menu that has something for everyone. The reason for the 3 stars was the food. I had a Caesar salad and although tasty it was drowning in dressing so much so it was soupy on the bottom. As an entree I had the sirloin with fried shrimp that came with a baked potato and a zucchini medley. The steak was tough and literally unseasoned as I added salt and pepper, the squash was way overcooked but had good flavor (love the touch of red pepper in it which was crunchy), and then the potato...rock... no potato, you get it? It was half baked and adding all the butter and sour cream did not help. The improvement they need is centered on the food. The people next to me got 2 orders of wings and they were really not impressed. Fix the food and you have a winner. read more
